The king bed and pillows were so comfortable! The fireplace was cozy. The bathtub was wide and deep. I liked the elevator security feature where it'll only work after you scan your room key. The restaurant food was pretty good and the casino lounge was fun!

The toilet was very low so it must be older because most toilets now are higher which helps people with mobility issues. The bathtub/shower had no railing or bars to hang on to as a safety feature.

Close to shopping

Would prefer to have a hot continental breakfast rather than the restaurant as I found it was very expensive. A cup of coffee was over 4.00.... WOW. Also, the shower curtain needs to go!!!! It kept opening and then there was water all over the floor.

Some of the food on the menu are great! I was not disappointed on the selection i have chosen for a meal. A great hotel to be staying for the night or a week.

What i did not like about the stay? I would have to say the depth of the pool. Just use to swim alot and would like a bigger pool for all ages.

I liked the room as it was very nicely decorated and spacious, with a lovely bathroom with plenty of counter space. The front desk staff person was courteous and professional.

People smoking too close to the entrance doors so you cannot avoid the smoke! Gross!

The staff is not very friendly. Thanks to Diana on reception! Good professional and helpful person. Would like to meet more people in the hotel like Diana. Otherwise I would give less points for my stay because of personnel. Change the beeper in the elevator!

The location was close to many amenities and the room wads comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 8. The pool was great. Our kids had so much fun in the pool. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. The room was cleaned and well maintined. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was not included. The single bed rooms light didn't work. The bedroom and bathroom doors were really squeaky and didn't close properly.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen and Justin in the Playmakers Lounge are the reason we were there 2x during our overnight stay. Big kudos to staff that actually enjoy their work 👏 Tavern United wings rule 😀

The super loud intermittent noise of the heating and cooling system in our room. It made it difficult to have a good night's sleep and we had to be up early.

Everything is at your disposal. There’s a bar, a weed store, a liquor store and a game room. Perfect for work parties with big board rooms. And there’s a water park. The restaurant on site was delicious. Great staff.

My room wreaked like marijuana . Wouldn't have minded if my kids weren't present. I pre-paid for my hotel room. The front desk lady at check In almost denied me and my family a room that was already paid for , because I didn't have a credit card. The website just said to give a 100$ deposit. She didn't seem to know what to do , but eventually decided that paying a 200$ deposit would be fine.I was a bit annoyed but all worked out.

The staff were very professional. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Shower was good but the tub was very slippery.
