This hotel is always my friends and I’s go to when in the city of Winnipeg for concerts, girls trips, going out, and shopping weekends! We heavily rely on this hotel for it’s friendly staff, accomidations, and great rooms. We got upgraded to a king suit which was amazing and very much appreciated! Even when busy with concerts or Jets games, the staff are always so helpful and kind. A huge plus is that there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel with great hours. Beds are always heavenly and rooms are always clean. This area is not ideal to be staying in, but the security and card to access makes everything feel very safe. The Radisson hotel is by far my favourite, and will forever be my go to!
The only thing to worry about when at this hotel is the location. It is directly downtown which is extreamly sketchy. There is access to whoever to enter the parking lots this hotel provides which can be scary especially when parking alone. This is honestly inevitable and not the hotels responsibility although it is something to keep in mind. I highly recommend ordering an uber to and from the hotel to ensure your safety!

My main objective of this stay was enjoying a quiet room. It was my second time staying at the Radisson downtown in Winnipeg. Anastasia, front desk lady, offered me great value for a brand new room on the 28th floor - I would totally recommend staying there and upgrading. I answered "no" for the quiet objective as sometimes during the day, I could hear construction/drilling noise in other soon to be ready brand new rooms & unfortunately (this is not the fault of Radisson), there were drunk loud neighbors Thursday, Dec 12th night after a hockey game. A call to the security helped with that issue. All in all, good stay and amazing hospitality with unlimited bottles of water (Dasani brand) - free. Other than that, very calm/quiet stay.
No drunkies & no hole drillers... But c'est la vie, hard to control that I guess - otherwise amazing value for stay and bed/shower are brand new - that alone is worth the upgrade. Thank you Anastasia!

The property was clean and well managed. A business conference center and this leant itself to hospitality and professionalism. Couldn’t have been happier and was impressed for a last minute stopover to get to the airport to continual travel destination when our Via Rail train was evacuated in Melville due to a train wreck ahead of us. The bus ride was long and tiring. It was the perfect hotel close to the train station.
The staff and clean well stocked bathroom. Lots of linens and heating system perfect. Overall comfort for resting.

The staff was amazing!!! Very friendly and quite helpful. I liked the view from the room and the location of the hotel. I do not recall requesting a "quiet" room. Not sure where you got that. However, as it happens, the room was in a quiet place in the hotel.
It would be nice if the restaurant and lounge had better hours. When I returned from the ballet they were already closed. The staff recommended a pub across the street which was fine but I would have preferred staying in the hotel.

There were security guards downstairs, and you need to swipe your fob in order to get upstairs, which added to the security. Great staff really liked Arthur and Olga. Also, an added, plus was a Starbucks on the premises!
It doesn’t have to do with the property itself, but there are a lot of kind of like homeless people in the area, which is common for any city environment in most places, but just thought I’d mention.

hotel was right next to center where concert was held which was about 1/2 block away. room was quiet.
I had no idea where to park to check in. I had never been to Winnipeg and I had no clue about any parking in the downtown area. I saw a little spot right in front of the hotel which is where I thought I could stop to check in but apparently not. I would suggest that when anyone is making a reservation and is coming by car to let them know where they can stop/park to register.

This stay exceeded our expectations. It was a very comfortable and beautiful room with great views. Very clean bathrooms and rooms. The breakfast was really good. The check in and checkout was very easy and smooth, and staff friendly and helpful. It’s a great pet-friendly hotel, we had our cat traveling with us and she also enjoyed it and felt relaxed.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean. The hotel is right downtown with lots of restaurants around. Had a really cool view of the city on the 21st floor. Pet fee is $20, parking fee for 24 hours is $17
Winnipeg downtown doesn't feel like the safest area but that's not something the hotel can help. The covered parking helps for sure.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Very comfortable bed and quality bathroom fittings with large shower. Great views from upper floors
No safes in the rooms or safe storage at reception. This means you have to carry your passport and money around with you. Which isn't great in downtown Winnipeg with its reputation for petty crime. Not the hotel's fault but downtown Winnipeg, including the section of Portage Avenue that the Radisson is on, is blighted by economic problems, homelessness and drug use. During the day not a problem but I felt unsafe after 5pm when office workers go home. This impressive street which used to be the main shopping street with upmarket department stores has become a boarded up line of empty units. I don't understand how a city can let it's centre degrade so badly, especially Winnipeg which has such beautiful buildings and obvious potential.

Nasdia was very helpful in helping me with a glitch in our reservation and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. So much so, we booked another trip back there and another sister property in the US. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower temperature fluctuated a bit requiring constant temperature changes, and was a bit on the cool side one of the days. Bathroom door lock was not operational. Occasional non-guests inside the lobby that security had to contend with and did.
