View was fantastic. Placement of chairs directly in front of the windows was awesome.

In our executive suite, the large bathroom included a sink, shower, and jaccuzi tub, but only one towel bar for all those towels that one would think might be used. Signage in the bathroom asks guests to conserve towels by hanging them on towel bars after using them. Where? Obviously, only 1 towel bar is insufficient. Additionally, that one bar is located about 4 feet away from the sink; a rather inconvenient placement after washing one's hands, etc.; especially strange being as there is a large blank wall just to the right of the sink. It was totally inconvenient during our 2 day stay.

Unfortunately a necklace and earrings left by bed stand was taken while we were out a few hours. It was the first piece jewelry my husband bought me so sentimental…sad. There was no safe in room so my mistake. Parking $45!!

1. It is very difficult to get on the elevator 2. coffee machine in the room was not clean 3. No tooth brush or paste ,comb ,etc, which are very basic facilities in a 4 star Marriott property. 4. If you ask, you get slippers. Normally, they are already in the room. 5. The box of tissue paper was dirty and wet ,it was not changed, when we requested it was changed. There should have been a clean box. Lot of small things that need attention .The reason we stay in a 4/5 star property is so we don't have to be bothered by such basic stuff.

The room was amazing.

You have to pay 39$ for a night at the parking!!! It says there's private parking for guests, but it doesn't mention that it costs $39 a night! So when you arrive, there's really no choice but to park in the paid parking because there are no free spots around. It feels like they're taking advantage of this to charge an exorbitant price. It really downs the experience. Additionally, they charged me $7 for unclear reasons, and the receipt they issue is full of abbreviations, so it's not easy to understand what I was charged for. Consider the parking cost before you arrive. Even though the hotel is the first stop to Niagara, the walk to it isn't short because there's a highway separating the hotel from the site. The walking distance is about half an hour.

Garabage was not emptied in the washroom

The hotel was amazing! Right on the falls as I’d pictured. View was beautiful, 8th floor, wouldn’t mind booking higher floor next time, but not necessary 8th floor gave a fantastic experience of the falls day and lit up at night. Also great view of the fire works if you’re interested.

Would like longer restaurant and room service hours. Was almost 945pm when we checked in after a full day checking out all the sights. Worse the room service says open until 11pm when we called they said the kitchen closed at 10pm tonight, no reason, no warning at check in. Ended up with door dash. Not the worst, just disappointing.

Attentive, accommodating staff, stunning view of the falls on a level with a balcony. The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner, recognizing we were there for birthday celebrations. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The property has a large pool with jacuzzi tub and a good gym. Having Starbucks on site was convenient and the location was perfect and walkable to main attractions. I would definitely stay again.

Loved everything! Just a suggestion to maybe lower the shower soap dispensers for shorter individuals :)

The location was ideal for me and my daughter, as I was fulfilling a 30 year old dream to come and see the falls. I was able to see them from my dinner table and had a really fantastic view from my bedroom….so stunning! I had to have in room breakfast service. The food was pipping hot, the food platter was enough to feed an army, The chef created great omelettes nicely seasoned 5 star location and staff

Please offer freshly made hot chocolate with an infusion of cinnamon, as opposed to packet hot chocolate that you have to mix with water, just the small touch of milk based hot chocolate served in the thermal jugs would have made the breakfast perfect. In the bathroom the toiletries were amazing and very natural, my one concern was that I paid so much for my room and the shower gel had been taken off the wall display but no staff member had the courtesy to get it replaced before we occupied the room, for the amount you pay and the fact it is five star you do have the expectation for everything to be on point, but it really is a minor faux pas. It did not impact on our stay

I recently stayed at the Niagara Marriott on the Falls and had a great experience. It's a large, well-maintained hotel with plenty of amenities to enjoy. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offers a lovely view of the falls. While it’s not quite the most direct or dramatic angle, the view is still beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset, and it made for a relaxing dining atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Another big plus for me was the Starbucks in the lobby. Always a bonus to have easy access to coffee first thing in the morning! Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you're visiting Niagara Falls and want a balance of comfort, convenience, and scenic views.

Absolutely amazing view from falls view high floor room. Was mesmerising. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially Chris. Restaurant was good.

Not much to not like as was a fab stay . . there was no ice machine on our floor . . but not a real issue. We did not get time to use the spa /pool facilities etc to comment upon those. Did feel that parking was excessive at 45 cad per day, and felt this should be free for hotel guests. However, seemed to be the standard practice for the area.
