room was large with great view of the falls breakfast had plenty of choice good location - slightly quieter as on the edge of the resort and last one on the road easy to walk to all major tourist destinations

hotel felt over run with young girls running around from the nearby dance convention- wouldnt have wanted to try and get in the pool as was overcrowded have no idea how the breakfast system worked- some days it seemed included some days we seemed to be charged - did try and clarify but no one seemed to be able to explain i left a drawer of clothes ( ok my fault) hotel have been unable to find them this was about 12 items of clothing and have been very unhelpful and trying to resolve

View was fantastic. Placement of chairs directly in front of the windows was awesome.

In our executive suite, the large bathroom included a sink, shower, and jaccuzi tub, but only one towel bar for all those towels that one would think might be used. Signage in the bathroom asks guests to conserve towels by hanging them on towel bars after using them. Where? Obviously, only 1 towel bar is insufficient. Additionally, that one bar is located about 4 feet away from the sink; a rather inconvenient placement after washing one's hands, etc.; especially strange being as there is a large blank wall just to the right of the sink. It was totally inconvenient during our 2 day stay.

Unfortunately a necklace and earrings left by bed stand was taken while we were out a few hours. It was the first piece jewelry my husband bought me so sentimental…sad. There was no safe in room so my mistake. Parking $45!!

1. It is very difficult to get on the elevator 2. coffee machine in the room was not clean 3. No tooth brush or paste ,comb ,etc, which are very basic facilities in a 4 star Marriott property. 4. If you ask, you get slippers. Normally, they are already in the room. 5. The box of tissue paper was dirty and wet ,it was not changed, when we requested it was changed. There should have been a clean box. Lot of small things that need attention .The reason we stay in a 4/5 star property is so we don't have to be bothered by such basic stuff.

The room was amazing.

You have to pay 39$ for a night at the parking!!! It says there's private parking for guests, but it doesn't mention that it costs $39 a night! So when you arrive, there's really no choice but to park in the paid parking because there are no free spots around. It feels like they're taking advantage of this to charge an exorbitant price. It really downs the experience. Additionally, they charged me $7 for unclear reasons, and the receipt they issue is full of abbreviations, so it's not easy to understand what I was charged for. Consider the parking cost before you arrive. Even though the hotel is the first stop to Niagara, the walk to it isn't short because there's a highway separating the hotel from the site. The walking distance is about half an hour.

The view from the room was as expected since we paid for a room facing the falls. Parking was too expensive. Breakfast was ok but the guy who makes the omelets was so rude he won't even smile or say hello. I was in line, and he asked someone else who came after me. This guy was so rude I would have kicked his ass if he did that in the USA.

Parking was too expensive. Did not expect to pay for parking the web site did not mention that. We had dinner at the Milestones restaurant the guy at the reception did not even greet us till we asked him to get us a table. This guy was so unfriendly finally came to our table and apologist for his rudeness. The food my wife ordered was so cold she just threw it out! Most unfriendly and rudest people we have ever met!

Garabage was not emptied in the washroom

Staff were exceptional & the beds were very comfortable.

Pool - disgusting with tiles missing from the so called jacuzzi (dangerous) & so much chlorine in the pool it burnt my eyes, changing facilities - "What changing facilities"?!!! You're stuck in the 70's & in much need of a massive overhaul! Lifts were terrible!! Bathroom - dirty & the tap was loose, housekeeping left a lot to be desired, Milestones restaurant was far too expensive!

Fabulous location with amazing views.

Milestones restaurant needs staff! Breakfasts, the food was fabulous but put off by being surrounded by uncleared tables. The waitresses' stations were filthy and needed a thorough scrubbing. Tables always felt sticky. Many of the staff did not seem to have any sense of urgency, very slow paced. The restaurant reception staff were very offhand. Extra cutlery needs to be available at breakfast as it is not ideal eating fruit or buttering croissants etc with dirty knives. There was also an issue with uncleared tables in the evenings.

Location was good from the perspective of seeing the falls but it was very much at the end of the street so relatively quiet. They kept our luggage till late evening, which was excellent

Very little staff at the front desk, so the wait time was too long. Rooms are dated, and the amenities are rather basic. No bottled water was provided. I asked the front desk staff if they could do anything special since we were there for our daughter's birthday. But he did not even understand the request...... He repeatedly told me that there was plenty to do in the area but failed to understand that I was asking to make it special for her in the room. Maybe a little bit more training to the staff would be a good idea.
