The hotel is well kept, professionally managed and not too far from the falls or Clifton Hill. The room was spacious and they thought of every detail when staying including storage, hooks, lightening. Even dim lightening in the bathroom at night. The pool was wonderful and clean and well stocked with towels. The breakfast was amazing - lots of options and constantly replenished. We are very impressed with this hotel and will definitely stay here again. A great option to a more quieter hotel away from the busy falls area.

The pillows in the bedroom flatten completely as you sleep with the weight of your head and makes it uncomfortable. Better support is appreciated. And the pool was on the colder side. Setting the pool to a warmer temperature is more ideal especially for the kids.

Liked all the room amenities like a ton of outlets and enough night stands for everyone, the closet, the book shelf, the kitchen with a big fridge. The staff was very nice! Most importanlty was how clean TownPlace was! Thank you for the nice comfortable stay!

Honestly, its only a teeny tiny thing, the only thing it could use would be more hooks in the bathroom so we could hang towels or our clothes when showering. It had every other thing you could want. You can tell so much thought went into planning the rooms. I Feel you thought of everything needed to make one's stay comfortable and convenient!

Located at a scenery place, just along the banks of River Niagara. A very convenient place for anyone touring the scenic Niagara Falls and wouldn't want the hassle of driving in the busy freeways to seek accommodation services away from the attraction. The staff are just outside this world, I'd say their hospitality is one of a kind. A great facility with value for money.

Love the location, away from the big crowd. Bed is very comfortable, room is very clean and I love that the room is with a good size fridge and microwave. Lovely kitchenette! Breakfast was alright, the egg bites were a hit.

One small thing that is not a big issue since it's only a 5-floor building. The elevator button is not efficient on the second floor where the pool and the gym is. I have to press it 5 times for it to light up to call a car.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and the The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in

The room was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and there was an extra cot provided for our third child. All our interactions with the hotel staff were positive.

The breakfast was ok. There were a lot of guests (Niagara Falls!) and they started to run out of a few items. Paying for hotel parking even though the hotel is far away from all attractions. The location of the hotel means that you will have to drive, so remember to factor parking at the Falls into your overall costs.

When I take breakfast, I found other tourist in amother table have different bread, croissant, roll…. And I couldn’t find them in the breakfast area. Then few minutes later, I saw the woman took those breads back to breakfast area. She put them near bread case, but not put back to case. But a few minutes later, the tourist who don’t know the situation took all the breads. I know it maybe not hotel’s problem, but still make me surprised….

Service was great. Room is very spacious and clean. I like the Jacuzzi in my unit in addition to the regular shower. The view from my 4th floor windows was exceptional. You got me now RAMADA, You are now my favorites. I will be back there in 2months. The receptionist, the cleaning ladies were wonderful. Lest I forgot, I enjoyed the Continental breakfast that was included in the package. Bravo RAMADA. 5-star from me and my spouse.

Pleasantly surprised (for the price) at how clean and updated the corridors and room were. Very spacious room with a nice view. Convenient and free parking. Easy to find - good location.

No nightstand on one side of the bed (only one in between the beds). Coffee maker was super clean but didn't work properly. Tub surface was a bit grey - not clean in appearance but I'm sure it was clean. We weren't able to benefit from the included breakfast because we had to leave before 8am - would have been appreciated if at least there was some self-serve coffee and packaged foods for those leaving before 8.

Lovely big rooms with very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was spotless. We wanted to be near the bus/train station, so the location was perfect. Added bonus that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel to get easily and quickly to the falls area. Getting around was really easy. Hot breakfast buffet was good.

They used disposable plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast which isn’t great for the environment and doesn’t make a lovely breakfast experience.
