The location, the ambience - lively and stylish - lovely piano music coming from the ground floor restaurant and the 17 th floor outside terrace is really nice with a great view of the city. The hotel has been refurbished - super comfy beds, excellent pressure from the shower and generally really nice bathroom

We were first given a room which faced the wall of a building … it can happen… they changed us to a higher floor the second night when they had availability

Best location in downtown Toronto, close to Yorkville, ROM, Art Gallery of Ontario. Since I didn't have a car, it was great to be able to get a taxi or hop on the subway in minutes. Staff were welcoming and helpful without exception. Can always count on Park Hyatt's restaurant Joni for an excellent meal - whether it's breakfast or dinner.

I wish there were grab bars in the shower!

The food was very ordinary with small portion for a high price. 3 chickens fingers and a bunch of fries for 35$ is a scam, 7$ for a can of gingerale you are just laughing at me! 5 stars doesn't mean they have to steal us, I have money and can afford your insane price, but it didn't make me feel good it made me feel taken advantage of and I will probably not come back because of this. The TV in the room never worked, it wouldn't even open the guide or the menu so we were stuck on the same boring channel. Also the fact that there's no pool, at that price for a stay Id except more amenities.

Love the refurbishment!! Love the tree in the restaurant. Loved the pianist playing while I had brunch. Should play at every meal time. Food and excellent service. Julia Hong was excellent and check in and beyond. Amazing location!!

It’s quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There wasn’t availability in the spa unfortunately.

Breakfast in restaurant Joni was excellent. Location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful helping me get around town, whether it was calling a taxi for me or explaining how to navigate the subway system's new method of payment.

My only minor complaint was that the feather duvet on the bed was too hot for a really comfortable night's sleep unless the air conditioning was turned way down. But I'm from Florida and used to a room temperature of 74 degrees or so, year round, so this is probably just me!

Hands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

I liked check-in process it took fankly 2 minutes, also the stuff was very polite and kind, also enjoyed breakfast at Joni restaraunt, the meal was amazing. Moreover location is great, couple minutes of walk to a metro station and 1 minutes of walk to Avenue street were you will find all brandy shops

only noise from coridor and other rooms next to mine, i dont know why but it seems like they are next to you walking

I was offered an upgrade and accepted at a truly modest cost; all front desk staff as well as the concierge were sincerely friendly and patient - not plastic, sticky phony. The espresso machine was great - very comfortable room.

As with many North American cities, Toronto seems to be going through some kind of building and redesign mania; Yorkville seems to have lost some of its charm and class - with more "muffler wars" and loud base car-music than in the past...

The hotel breakfast is à la carte, with moderate portions, a wide variety of choices, and delicious flavors.

Please ensure that used water glasses in the lobby elevator area are promptly replaced to avoid confusion with unused ones.

Breakfast was delicious - plenty of selection, healthy, fresh ingredients. Joni restaurant is a calm, well designed place to start the day. Staff always friendly and professional and they remember you.
