John at the front desk was amazing during check-in, very, very friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Even when we walked ourselves out of our room, he was happy to assist in getting us a new key so we could get back in quickly. All the staff was very friendly except for one altercation with a lady working at the buffet in the morning. The young lady working front desk the second half of the night into the morning was also very friendly. I can’t recall her name at the moment, but she was wonderful. Our room was perfect, clean and very comfortable.

Our only complaint is one of the ladies working during breakfast was scolding multiple guests over leaving the hot plate lids open. Making passive aggressive comments about how the food will only stay warm if the lids remain closed. It was very offputting and kind of rude considering it’s a buffet breakfast, and there were multiple people in line waiting to get breakfast.

Very Clean and well maintained facility Staff was super great as we were met at the front door by staff with a "Welcome" Easy check in a a great Gal who ran the breakfast room - Keep up the great work everyone !!!

The heating in the suite was a bit screwed up - Heating unit in one room but nothing in the adjoining room other than a Rube Goldberg pipe that went thru a wall to the next room with very little air blowing out. The bedroom was very cool and it was only the middle of November

Location was perfect for the triathlon competition, about 2km from the race site.

This was no fault of the staff however, the person who stayed 1 floor above us was very disruptive during the evening (after 11pm and into the morning hours). I'm not sure who paces, loudly, back & forth while speaking fairly loudly on their phone for 1.5hrs at 11pm.

Beds were super comfy, even the pullout couch bed!! Breakfast was decent, a little lacking in imagination but it got the job done. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location convenient to Niagara and Niagara on the lake. Property borders a scenic canal and Park area.

Towels are made with sandpaper. Facility seems to be on the older side. Carpets rippled, need to be stretched, floors undulate.

For my purposes, visiting family in Welland, the location is excellent. I love being able to walk around the canal and I was pleased to see the labels on the toiletries in the shower are big enough to read without my glasses!

The price seems a bit high for Welland.

Location was conveniently located near where the regatta was held, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are generous and comfortable and clean.

There is a bit of a smell in the lobby area- like it used to be a smoking area. But the hallways or rooms didn’t at all.

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast is great in the morning. It’s so nice to have the option to make our own meals in the room as well. Only thing that would be nice is if the fridge was bigger but there is only so much space. We really found we saved money on our stay by making our own meals and not buying meals at restaurants. We will be going back again for sure

in the day we arrived after 7 hour's drive from Montreal, it was around 8PM, no one was in the reception, we have to wait 15 mn !! it was very bad to come to the hotel and no one attending or even note on the front desk i did little noise (hellooooooo call to the reception but nothing...) then came out very rude guy and tell me not to do noise, offence my child (take out your Garbisch. was food and personal staf) If I was not I was going out from the hotel . then Lin change all (in the days after) also I reported to the staff that 5 cigars wher missing after the first day they clean my room

Breakfast was good, the menu was written for each day. The location was perfect for the event that i had to attend to, not even 5 minutes by car. I was there last year, liked it so i booked the same hotel this year. The room is spacious, bed very comfy.

Kitchenette with plates and utensils. Good coffee maker in the room. Quiet - no loud road noises or higway. Windows open Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower

Carpeted - prefer no carpet due to smells, mold, allergies The Shower curtain was too short and made the shower a challenge in the morning.
