Overall, a very good stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the shower was excellent.

However, there is no elevator, which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Breakfast seating is extremely limited — something to be aware of during busy hours. Soundproofing could be better, as we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Also, a few of the older staff members came across as quite unfriendly, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the younger staff, including housekeeping and front desk, were all very friendly and welcoming. Their positive attitude made a big difference in the overall experience

Although the breakfast room was small compared to others we have used it was staffed real well. The breakfast was a basic scrambled eggs , bacon and fried potatoes which was okay but could be upgraded by changing up the menu every day. It doesn't have to be real special but maybe having bacon one day then sausage another day or sausage patties even just to have a variety.

Nothing everything was great during our stay, keep up the great work.

the one bed in the room could have been more comfortable. mattress maybe been replaced. towel rack needed to be secured to the wall better. i did mention that to the staff.

The room, the bathroom mostly, wasn't very clean. The pillows are very chrap. The dining room for the free breakfast is too small and very crowded.

Central to all we did on PEI. Clean. Breakfast was good and the staff went overboard to keep area clean and neat. I would go so far as to say you could use this location for all you wanted to do on PEI.

I liked the outdoor drive up rooms. The staff was accomandating and were able to change my room from upper floor to lower level as I was injured.

They charged me more going to one of the outside rooms even though we went from 2 queen beds to 2 double beds. They could do a better job at cleaning. It wasn’t terrible but looked like under the beds were never looked after

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel was. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough for my satisfaction. The first floor rooms have sliding glass doors, so it makes it easier to unload and load your car. It was a great location to be able to have as a “home base” to see all of the beauty of PEI. There is a 24 hour gas station/convenience store with a 24 hour McDonalds right next door which was helpful for me to get food after exploring all day. There is also a Wal-mart behind the hotel in case you forget to pack something. Fortunately, I did not have to go there.

I wish that the lighting was better in the bathroom, but that’s not enough for me to give the place a low score.

For the second day. Bacon not ready. No Bread for toast, it had all gone lady told me she had not been told of large number of guests. Cook seemed very unfriendly and surly.

The breakfast was better than expected with several choices.

There should be more walk in showers instead of tubs.

It was clean and met our needs.

The bathroom sink area was very small.Not much space to put your toilettries curling iron etc.,however we made do.
