The property was nice. The rooms were big and since this property is located pretty far from everything it made it very easy to fall asleep at night.

If you want to get anywhere a car is required. The hotel breakfast is not good at all (unless all you want to eat is toast and muffins) don’t expect eggs. We always drove to Tim hortons or local breakfast joints. Keep in mind, if you are going off season, there is not much to do, as nothing is open anywhere, this includes national parks etc. The season starts usually June 1st. Overall, the stay was decent

The Continental breakfast was absolutely wonderful, offering a generous variety of delicious food and beverage options to start the day right. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the boardwalk and stunning views of the water. A truly delightful stay!

The only downside was the lack of accessible outlets near the bed—especially challenging if you use a CPAP machine, with limited space to place it nearby. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location was nice, the included breakfast had lots of options, beds were comfy, loved the deep tub! The staff was pleasant and attentive. We were there to celebrate our 27th anniversary and upon our return to the room after a day of sightseeing, we discovered a bottle of wine and a lovely note from the hotel.

Adult only hours for the pool would have been nice...maybe 8-9 pm or 9-10 pm? Just a suggestion. One thing to be aware of is that pretty much everyplace in Summerside closes at 8 pm.

The breakfast was a nice inclusion and was always fresh. The servers were also so wonderful. You also can't beat the location to the water, cute shops and food. The microwave and mini fridge were also really helpful.

The lighting was not great in the room. Also the rooms on the ground floor only had one curtain and no sheer to add privacy when there were people walking by the windows looking into the room. It would be a nice touch.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room. The bed was comfortable and slept well on it. The breakfast was wonderful, delicious. Buffet style. The building was quiet. No loud banging or yelling, etc. Which you would get elsewhere.

The only issue, there was no microwave in the room. We didn't stay for more than one night, so wasn't an issue. Something to be aware of. Otherwise, everything else was great!

We had issues with the ac/heat and TV when we checked in. Someone was sent to our room to fix it but could not....they moved us to another room............to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was good, as it was buffet, it wasn't very hot. A microwave to re-heat food would be useful. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Our server in the lounge must have been new as she was not very knowledgeable about products in the bar or the lounge menu....kept having to go check with someone. We've all had first days at work, so it didn't bother me that much. I felt bad for her as it appeared she did not have alot of support or training. Property is tired looking....decor needs to be revamped and brought into this century.

Great location. Room had big windows overlooking the harbour. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excellent and staff went out of their way to keep items fresh. Previous comments by other visitors were that breakfast items were cold but we did not find that. Staff continually replaced eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. Overall excellent value and comfortable stay.

The parking lot needs maintenance. Not the best first impression when arriving at the hotel.

It is close to restaurants like Jolly Rangers. There is a view of the sea as well. Breakfast is great. They have gluten-free options. Check-in and check-out process were great. Staff were helpful as well. They have swimming pool and fitness center.

It would be great if there is a microwave in the room. The receptionist informed us that we can use the microwave on the breakfast place but during the time we were there, the staff informed us that someone took the micowave

great room for a family, very clean and tidy, there was a problem in the room - half of the shelf for soap, we reported to the reception and in 5 minutes it was fixed. The air conditioner worked, the staff was very surprised at breakfast, the service was very high and varied delicious food. Thank you, we really liked it!

The hotel itself is very old but everything was very nice, we would be happy to come to Summerside again if we have the opportunity.

I got in late - I was there for my son's hockey tournament with my spouse (son was staying elsewhere with his team elsewhere). It smelt nice! I loved that there was no carpet as I have bad asthma and allergies. I was very comfortable.

When the younger people came in after the bars - they were very loud. It woke me up but I think someone called to complain because it stopped suddenly
