Great shower. Comfortable bed. Room size and modern appliances were great. Customer service was very good. Great location in Chinatown and a quick walk to Old Montreal and a few other popular sites.

Breakfast was good but not refilled often enough. Many times the items I wanted were empty and we had to stand around and wait for the refill and other times not every utensil or cup or plate was available. Finding a table was a challenge. Finding a wide enough parking spot for our SUV was an adventure. We were almost too scared to use it and walked in the pouring rain because we were worried we would not find a spot to park.

Breakfast was standard, but tasty. Loved having actual bacon when possible. Popular hotel, so food would run out fast. The staff made note of this when checking in so the heads up was appreciated. Staff was accommodating and helpful when I needed to print something and their free guest terminal was not working. Location is spectacular. Right by two metro lines so it's very easy to get around and not to mention, you're by the old town and old port of montreal. Very comfortable beds!

House keeping left a LOT to be desired. Staff did not speak English very well. Rooms were not cleaned daily or often. It was a hassle to get good service. Bed sheets for the bed were one size too small, so the fitted sheet would always come undone. Frustrating, but not a deal breaker. Hotel seemed to have two different restaurants attached, which I found peculiar. One on the sixth floor, one on the bottom floor. This added to foot traffic in the area and made parking harder. Parking is a public parking area, but guests at the hotel have a discount of $5 off the normal rate, which I still find to be grossly overpriced considering that anyone can park there and hotel guests may not have access to parking on highest visitation dates.

Great location, friendly staff, great facilities spa, pool etc. room was nice a bit outdated but well maintained. Check in and out are nicer than usual 3 pm and 12 pm, and they accommodate early check in and late check out with no charge when possible, we used both options. Good value for money.

Right at the entrance of Chinatown, convenient location. Breakfast included, changing coffee in reception room regularly. Staff are nice and allowed me to check in early (at noon). Very good noise canceling. Not only I almost cannot hear anything outside, but also when the washer/dryer is running in the bathroom, cannot hear anything in bedroom as long as we close the door. Nice desk and sofa.

I find it weird that Hilton is so slow on integrating smart TV to their hotels... Could have made it to the next level for sure. Communication with cleaning staff seems a bit confusing. We told them to come back at 1pm yet they didn't show up till 2, had to call front desk to schedule again. A few lamps in the room not functioning too well, keeps flashing. Bed sheet is small and not thick.

I loved that the hotel is located right next to Chinatown! The parking garage is very convenient with in and out privileges. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus! The breakfast was great, enjoyed it. Balcony views are beautiful!

My card access was removed before 11am checkout time. Had to return to the lobby to regain access so I could continue transfering my luggage to my vehicle.

The room was lovely. The staff was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was really good. There was a lot of choice. If you arrive early it is easy to find a table.

We asked for a room away from the highway a few weeks before our arrival. Despite of this our bedroom had a window on the highway and it a bit noisy.

The staff were amazing and were always happy to help me with anything, very nice to talk to. The breakfast was beyond anything I could have expected. Bacon eggs, hash browns, waffles, muffins and so much more I had to try a bit of everything. I kept my bike in their underground parking and I felt as though it was as safe as it could be. One of the cleaning people even helped with our room during our last day and they did an amazing job. Their gym is 24h open which means I got to go running on a treadmill at 3:00 in the morning, so that was pretty fun. Their pool area looked amazing but there were a bit too many people the only couple times that I checked and I'm not the most social person. This is my first time reviewing anything but for this place I could go on and on, by far the best hotel I've stayed at and was much less than I expected it to be. My brother even came for the third night and they happily rolled in another bed for him with only an additional $25 fee!! Would go back again any day

Can't think of much. I was very happy with everything Only thing that comes to mind is our room key stopped working a couple times (worked with the elevator but not our room) which was inconvenient but not a big deal since the front desk was happy to fix them for us very quickly.

Breakfast was very good! Hot food and fresh muffins,bagels, yogurt fruit. We ate very well! Coffee was also very good and hot! Used the gym every day. Hotel was close to everything we wanted to do.

Our room had only 1 roll of toilet paper and no face cloths. No blanket for the pull out couch. An empty box of tissue. I called down to the lobby and they brought up 1 additional roll of toilet paper(we were there 3 days and there were 3 of us-women) and a blanket. The other items I asked for(face cloths,tissue paper) never came. Gym needed some sanitizer to wipe down the equipment. There were no towels in there either. Pool was kind of small but we didn’t end up using it anyways. Breakfast was so busy after 8:00 am that it was almost impossible to get a table. Guests are scrambling to get a seat, taking chairs from other tables and even saw some people standing to eat. Get down early to avoid a crowd!

Location in downtown and easy proximity to public transit.

The breakfast was very crowded around 9ish (which the hotel has signage notifying guests of). The difficulty was that things like plates and cups weren’t stocked in enough quantity for the volume of people. The hotel and breakfast are overall great so this isn’t a reason to not stay there.

The staff are very friendly, the room comfortable and the facilities practical. The location is close to the Palais des Congrès, ideal for a business stay.

The room was poorly soundproofed and the proximity to the freeway caused a disturbance, especially at night.
