Location was great for our visit (friends in the area). Parking was suitable. Room worked well as we had our dog with us. Staff polite and friendly.

The breakfast was not quite as good as expected. Selection for teas not great, oatmeal was lumpy and a bit overcooked. Fruit selection was good and the yogurt options. Not a dislike comment, however, when travelling with a pet it would be helpful to have something on site (back of hotel maybe) for disposal of pet waste. You have to wander off campus to find something.

I stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Cynthia at the reception. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable by providing excellent recommendations for a tour of Montreal and nearby restaurants for dinner. Her suggestions were spot-on and truly enhanced my trip. Additionally, she informed me about the convenient parking extension, which was very helpful. Cynthia's professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Cynthia for her outstanding service!

The breakfast was a typical continental style.

Good reception area and very kind staff, the room with a modern style and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent choice breakfast. Location within walking distance to metro station. Very good parking area.

We never went to their dinner and it’s at I think 5pm. The dinner is at one of the most busy times of the day. Also their breakfast is altering times depending on if it’s a weekday or weekend. It’s very weird and I did not like that. Also they need to work on breakfast organization: when there are not many people it is ok, but if there are a lot of people it is chaotic and you need to either wait for food refill or just opt for something else.

It was awful, after 9 am we couldn’t get anything to eat. They ran out of omelettes or not making any more, no sausages, then bland scrambled eggs were put out for few people, only thing available was bagels. They ran out of ketchup. One small waffle maker, line is long. People are standing in line, not to miss the few omelettes or sausages being put out. I had four grown men with me, there was no breakfast for them, we still had to go out for breakfast although breakfast was included in the package, and also why we chose Residence Inn.

Bedroom was comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice. There was a vending machine that was very helpful specially late at night. Hotel had parking and was also close to a subway station.

Overall my stay was great and not really much to complain. My only comment is that breakfast run out of plain croissants very early in the morning, but to be fair it was probably the most busy weekend Montreal had this year. Honestly, if this is the only thing that was not perfect, that means everything is pretty great.

The rooms are big and comfortable with a lovely well-equipped kitchen, work area, and lounge area. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is also a nice supermarket around the corner and a mall across the street. I would be happy to stay here again.

It's a bit of a walk to the metro but not terrible.

We liked the room size. Room was huge and comfortable. We also liked the underground parking lot. Breakfast was good and facilities were clean.

Breakfast prep area is too small. Waffle maker needs replacement because waffles stick to the waffle maker, you need to grease it a lot.

Decent breakfast, limited but good options. Parking underground was safe and comfortable even though it is paid. Even though I reached before the check-in time, I was allowed to park the car. Staff was polite and understanding. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Nothing bad.

The staff was amazing! We were greeted by Amina who was so helpful with assisting us with popular sites around the city. A great first trip to Montréal. The free breakfast was delicious. The kitchen staff even made eggs without meat for us! There were also so many plant based options to choose from. The hotel is very new with beautiful decor and amenities. Quite possibly our best stay with Marriott ever and definitely out did any other brand.

Location, parking, breakfast, clean and spacious room, outside bathroom mirror and counter, plenty of seating, decor nice.

Staff at front desk, when we checked in,seemed hurried( although no one else was there ), seemed like we were a bother, did not like to give us information when asked. Although morning person was very helpful and very nice. Bed was not comfortable. Needs to be softer.
