large room; very quiet even though it overlooked the street (double-pane windows); super clean and modern with nice lighting, comfortable bed, and plenty of space, also in the bathroom; coffee machine in room and small fridge (mini-bar); good location right across the street from a park and within walking distance of many sites, stores and restaurants; generous breakfast buffet with fruit, eggs, yoghurt, pastries, and more; friendly staff (Paul and Raul); when we had to check out at 6:30 before breakfast started at 7:00 they packed us sandwiches to take with us

they charged us $2.50 USD for each extra coffee pod that we requested for our room and didn't tell us until we checked out that there would be a charge--a classy hotel shouldn't charge guests for small items like that, and if there is a charge, guests should be informed ahead of time

I liked the central location, near many nice neighborhoods as well as the historical district. The breakfast was very good, and the shower was absolutely wonderful -- waterfall showerhead and a removable one, plus excellent hot water.

I found the description of the room on Booking.com to be misleading in regards to the "Balcony, City view." Because the room I was put in was on the second floor (first floor of rooms), on the side not fronting the street, the "balcony" area was just a glassed in perhaps 2 x 10 foot space, and the only "view" was of the weird in-between area of the buildings--airducts and building walls. If I had known this, I probably would have booked somewhere else.

The location is great in the old part of town and walking was easy. The room was small but nice & clean. Great Shower. Love the rooftop deck restaurant & bar very happening spot!

Didn’t like the outside looked nothing like the picture on line. Did not like the morning gentleman at the front desk. He was arrogant and dismissive when I showed him the address of our cruise ship he didn’t like that and said he knows. The driver was horrible and took us to the wrong city - took 3+ hours for a 1.5 hour drive because of the guy at the front desk. Do Not use the hotel transportation.

Such a pleasure to stay in this boutique hotel. Everything was great but the rooms are the best feature. They are really large and very comfortable with nice bedding.

I had to wait until 3pm to check in but of course they were happy to keep my bag while I explored the area.

Great boutique hotel with a restaurant / bar on the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring the centre of Santiago - Plaza de Armas is a short walk. It's also close to several main attractions and the Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods are nearby (these are great for eating, drinking and shopping). What really makes this hotel stand out, however, are the wonderful staff. The receptionist were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff were lovely, as were the staff who cleaned the rooms. The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus serving excellent food - and again the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We stayed 2 weeks (some business but mainly pleasure) and were genuinely sad to leave. The perfect place to explore Santiago.

The rooftop restaurant was closed on Sunday - we hadn't realised - but managed to get food nearby so not really a problem.

Our group of 5 had 2 suites and a deluxe single room. Stylish, opulently furnished very spacious rooms, the most luxurious feeling rooms of anywhere we stayed on this trip (Foz do Iguazu, Curitiba, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and here, Santiago) all at around the same budget. Firm bed which we like. Unfortunately I got ill while here (nothing to do with the Hotel) so we were unable to experience the rooftop wine terrace or the (ground floor) restaurant which we had been looking forward to. Another time maybe, I'd stay here again.

Reception area is small, though imaginatively presented. There's no common "lounge" area. But, to be fair, the rooms made up for it. The hotel staff could have been more sympathetic when I was taken ill, my wife had to argue to be allowed to bring food to our room for me, though, when she spoke to the manager, in English (although as a Brazilian she could have used Portunol), he accommodated immediately.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, situated in downtown Santiago, ideally situated for exploring the local bars and restaurants. Staff were all super-friendly. They even allowed me to arrive early to drop off my bags, while I went off to have some lunch, before checking-in an hour or so later. Room was very clean and spacious with a nice sized balcony, with a table and a view of the local area. Large, comfortable bed too. There's a rooftop bar - unfortunately this was closed (Sunday) during my overnight stay. Breakfast was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, but probably not for a Sunday evening, so I could take advantage of the rooftop bar!

Rooftop bar/restaurant closed on a Sunday evening. The rooftop bar was one of the deciding factors of chosing to stay in the hotel. Think it should be made more obvious during the booking process that this facility isn't available on Sundays.

Room was modern, immaculate, comfortable, close to the elevator, totally top class. The locations was in the midst o an interesting restaurant/night market area, so getting a good meal was easy. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and presented in a clean, comfortable restaurant area.

A guide to how to work the television would have helped. I couldn't work out what services were or were not available, and couldn't get live channels to load. Also, the water temperature in the shower was a bit low for my laste. However, when both these issues were brought to the attention of the management, they offered to immediately come and fix both. All personnel were very accommodating and friendly.

Room was great, but the shower was odd as the door to the shower would turn off the faucet. Not sure if this was an intentional design or not well thought out. However; the amenities, and the breakfast were great and the service was excellent!

Honestly, I wish I remembered to ask the kitchen to prepare a breakfast to-go! We went on excursions that required early morning pick ups while breakfast was from 7-10AM; however, the front desk let us know that we can let the kitchen know the evening before to have a go bag for breakfast prepared for you! I just forgot to ask for two of the days

Let me tell you… This hotel it’s as its name a Sommelier hotel,it’s a very privileged location, from there you can go anywhere in Santiago either walking or by public transport. The staff especially the concierge are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved by cooking my morning eggs without too much garlic, but in general this will continue the place I will stay in all my visits to Chile.

I could only suggest to improve breakfast.
