The room is basic, but exceedingly clean, and the staff thoroughly cleans it daily (clean sheets, towels, bathroom cleaned, fresh toiletries, and floors all washed. There is no a/c but it is not needed except for dehumidification purposes, as the room temp was perfectly comfortable with the provided box fan. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

There was no comfortable chair in the room to sit and read - there was a table with a couple of hard chairs, which served the purpose,, but which didn't invite you to sit and be comfortable. They were strictly utilitarian.

The grounds were pretty with lots of flowering plants growing and grassy areas to hang out in. There is a pool that is pretty as well. I would stay here again for the price and the location I needed to be.

I paid 11$ for breakfast and it was really not that great. It was convenient but really not worth the money. I should have gone to a coffee shop Everything is pretty simple and out dated which is sad because the grounds are very pretty

Clean, convenient location, secure parking. Lovely pool area though we did not personally take advantage. Very pleasant and helpful staff in reception, and the Chef Marcos provided a lovely breakfast.

The accommodations in the standard room are very basic. But still good value considering other factors. Be aware, there are few options for lunch or dinner within walking distance.

Very reasonable through Booking.com. Staff was very nice, grounds are very lovely. Did not swim or use jacuzzi but they looked nice. Room was very attractive, clean, and spacious. Nice, hot shower. Good wifi connectivity, but only in the rooms and near the office. Great place for a wedding, convention, or family reunion!

Long walk to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was an extra $11 and it was just ok. I'd definitely plan to eat elsewhere next time. Wish there was more outdoor seating in the shade.

The room was big, had microwave, refrigerator, shower, large tub and very comfortable queen bed. Towels replaced and the room was cleaned every day. Coffee maker with daily supplies if coffee and packaged sugar and creamer. Pool looked inviting and the grounds were well kept. Private gate and guard .

The room front door key lock I had trouble opening do to operator error on me.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even when we left our phone in an Uber they went above and beyond to help us out. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was quiet and refreshing, and the grounds and gardens were maintained to a high standard.

Hotel felt like you were staying in the jungle with pretty plants everwhere. The staff was super friendly and they gave me an upgraded room at no extra cost..

The coffemaker in the room it's a great idea. You can ask for uber eats directly to the door of your room. Pool was very nice and clean. The staff would not bother you at all, lots of privacy. The staff was very nice all the time.

There were ants in the room, any unattended food will have ants in 20 minutes or so. There was only one trash can, the one in the bathroom and very small but not a big deal.

Nice room, nice building complex, nice breakfast. Very secure hotel - they closed the gate in the evening. They also had a gym, although I did not use, but I saw people exercising.

Little bit expensive - had to pay breakfast additionally and tax was added to the presented price. Location is not very centric, need to take taxi to come and go.

Had to take care of some things for my residency and this was close to the CCSS office. Liked the woodwork of the room's ceiling. Bed was comfortable.

Couple minor repairs in progress (electric sockets moved and wall patching incomplete).
