All of the hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. I would give the service 5 stars except for the weak communication when the hotel shuttle wasn't waiting for us at the airport. We were happy with the breakfast they provided. Also, the pool and facilities looked very relaxing (we weren't there long enough to actually use any of it).

We arranged for the hotel's shuttle to pick us up from the airport. However, the whole process at the actual airport was unclear and confusing. We were at the correct waiting area, but there wasn't anyone with a "Country Inn" sign, nor was there a shuttle with a "Country Inn" logo. Eventually someone appeared and then summoned a shuttle, but it took awhile. Then when we got to the hotel, our room's window would not lock shut. We requested a different room since the maintenance person couldn't fix the window lock, which the hotel granted. Overall, the rooms were a bit shabby (bad paint jobs, smelled weird, electrical outlets were too loose to keep plugs in place, etc.). They felt more like rooms in a budget hotel.

The suites are very nice, the normal rooms have a good amount of space. The pool is good, I think they used to advertise a sauna that was not working during my stay. The gym has some useful equipment including a treadmill: basic and functional.

Although staff were helpful as possible, there were a few things. One night there was some confusion about my request for food, so I skipped ordering something. The delays in checking in to a room didn't seem to be their fault. For the price considering the location I think it's good value if you're staying several nights, but not ideal if you're changing rooms!

We had a wonderful stay! We came to San Jose for a race with 3 adults and 3 children. We had two suites which were located relatively close to each other, with plenty of room for everyone! The breakfast offered a great variety of foods including eggs, fruits, pancakes, plantains, juices, etc. the staff was so wonderful and helpful! We had WiFi and air conditioning which both worked well. We had a great experience!

The only minor struggles we had were with the shuttle. The sign for the bus was literally a paper sign with the hotel printed and put on the dash which was hard to spot because at the airport we waited behind a large wall with other tourists. Other than that we had a great stay, the receptionist also helped us to rent a car for our stay!

Very nice and super friendly staff, nice and beautiful room. Very comfortable bed.

We missed fresh fruits at the breakfast as there was only precut, almost rottening fruitpieces in very small portions available. Another thing we really found disappointing, but was not directly connected to our stay, that I have asked for a taxi, they ordered their "known" driver. He gave me a price in advance and after arrival, he just raised the price, telling me his boss suddenly had changed the price. I have expected a bit more of a 4star hotel, but in general it was a nice stay and I recommend it for families with children.

We had the 2 bedroom suite, which provides a lot of space for unto 6 people (we were with 5) - Nice living room area with 2 bedrooms. Good beds, air, nice breakfast. Excellent shuttle service to airport. There are some restaurants (McDonald's and others ) in 10 minutes walking distance. We had a very nice meal in a Peruvian restaurant (Lima Picante) just on the other side of the high-way which can be safely accessed using the pedestrian bridge.

There was no elevator to get up to the 3rd floor. a bit of an inconvenience with luggage, but being fit it was not a problem for me. For people that are not fit, maybe good to specify that during booking to have a room on ground floor.

It's a great location if you plan to go to the San Jose conference center. It is a 10-minute walk, basically crossing a bridge. The breakfast is nice for the US standards, but I would rate it as regular for the Brazilian standards. Rooms are big.

My room was on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator, so I had to go up the stairs. The bathroom did not have a bathtub, and the water took a while to get hot. Price is a bit expensive.

Friendly reception. Quick to fix the room when we found out that we were placed in the wrong room that was paid for. Plenty of parking. Lovely pools. Plenty of towels. They had a complimentary breakfast included with our room. We did not partake. Not far from airport. They do offer a shuttle, which we did not need.

There was no shower curtain and the flooring in both the bathroom & outside the bathroom(room 157) had been badly damaged - sunk down when walking on it. Flooring coming up. No railing on part of the staircase to go to the bed. No elevator to get to our room - quite a few stairs and slippery when wet. The restaurant did not have quite a few items listed on their menu.

Location is good if you’re looking for a good hotel close to the airport, with a shuttle service (starting at 5:15 am). Not much to do in the neighborhood, but that was fine for me as I didn’t want to roam around anyway. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. Staff was friendly. Pool was very nice.

It was difficult to find a receptionist at 5:00 in the morning. Also, the hotel has a lot of different staircases, I’m not sure if anyone can walk in from outside… The food in the restaurant is very pricey and portions are small. Sunbeds by the pool are old need a bit of an upgrade…

Large, comfortable room with a large balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Nice area for eating. Breakfast buffet was very nice. It's a beautiful hotel with attractive plantings. Contrary to what some reviewers have said there are other restaurants and even a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Free airport shuttle every hour.

No elevators so you can hear people clanking their suitcases down the stairs. Somewhat noisy, including partying with music around the pool late into the evening. Shower floor is just part of the whole bathroom floor. There is a shower curtain but nothing to stop the water from coming down on the bathroom floor.

Hotel recommendable for the last night before flight , safe area , but not much to do . The staff was super friendly and helpful everyone was smiling and customer friendly. Food in restaurant was tasty and good, not necessary to go out .

The pool area was mostly used by hyper active children maybe there should be age limitations so adults are able to use the pool for swimming aswell. I felt the service around the pool was not available, tables not have been cleaned , plus would appreciate waiters serving drinks . Have seen many complaints about noise at night I had a room next to the gym block 3 and was not bothered by the road . Ofcourse still the construction of the building itself is little noisy, but earplugs help against to hear the activities of other guests . There should be later shuttle for overseas flights in the evening.
