Everything was good, I recommend it.

The price could be lower, I think it was expensive for a 4 stars hotell.

Clean and convenient. Hotel cleaning staff very nice, pleasant and attentative. Close to beach. Front desk was friendly. Great breakfast!

Restaurant staff need training with customer service. The only person with smile was the chef Toni. Management needs to better organize job titles and jobs assigned to them so they don't have staff that look lost. Didn't really use the pool it was a bit undersized, and the number of sunbeds insufficient for the number of hotel guests. Beds on the beach should be free for hotel guests. Beach is clean but overcrowded . If you come at 9am can't find place to sit. Parking should be free. Dinner needs to include water at least. The bottle of water was 5 euros. Bit pricey for not having any entertainment in resort.

The hotel is located on the beach , it has big rooms and comfy beds and the staff was super helpful and nice. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was just amazing and the variety quite good(we spent there 5 nights). We had a lot of vegetarian options and healthy food(which is why we chose dinner,too). The parking is located a few kilometers away(the one that they have on site fits only maximum 10-12 cars) and if you stay longer than 2-3 days, a driver will take you to the parking lot every time when you need it(just take into consideration it is a 10 minute drive from the hotel).

The only thing we didn’t appreciate was that the pool was a bit undersized and the number of sunbeds insufficient for the numbers of hotel guests they have in the summer. People would go there even before 8 AM to reserve seats(which is against hotel policy), and if you would want to go to the pool at 9 AM you wouldn’t have a place to seat. Otherwise,the hotel is really nice and we enjoyed a lot our stay there.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a good variety of options. The beach was beautiful and just steps away, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was the small parking area, but the hotel arranged parking about 10 minutes away and provided a ride back to the hotel. It was a bit inconvenient if you needed the car often, but overall, it was manageable.

Location was fantastic for access to the seaside, beaches, walkway, and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and if you get a seaside room, the views from the patio are wonderful. Breakfast was pretty good!

Pervasive smell of cigarettes from people smoking on their room patios. What a turnoff. Also, the hotel next door was power washing their exterior until 8 pm, which was very annoying, especially since we had paid extra for a seaside room with a balcony so we could enjoy listening to the sounds of the beach and surf. Instead we heard the constant noise of a loud compressor and power washer.

We keep coming back to the same place every time we are in Europe. This was our 4th stay at the same hotel. Service, staff, absolutely everything was perfect. There are a few original faces, that have been at the hotel since the first time we were there, in 2016, that are as happy to see you as we were to see them. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. We will be back again soon.

Super clean, comfy beds, beautiful views - mountains or sea view! Really good breakfast with loads of options (including ice cream haha) and perfect location next to the beach, with so many local amenities nearby.

Sometimes difficult to get a sun lounge around the pool after breakfast. Wasn’t any dairy free options for breakfast and hotel lobby could do with a bit more atmosphere

Very modern reception area and a perfect location to a lovely beach ( 5 metres down the steps of the pool area) Very clean with a great breakfast selection. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Our room did not have a walk in shower. Food at dinner was mostly lukewarm due to underperformance of heat lamps. Cliental mostly of an older age.

Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to the Port, Old Town and the beach. Plenty of food on offer along the beachfront. The breakfast was fabulous, with a huge selection to choose from. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony. I found the beds hard but slept well. Having a fridge was great. The beach was very crowed but it was a weekend and gorgeous weather. The pool was wonderful, small but very relaxing with views of the sea.. No iron in the room but we were given one from reception. The air conditioning was excellent. We loved our stay here.

Great convenient beachfront location

They need to change the design of their shower/tub. They have only a short 2 foot glass panel. Even trying to be careful, it’s impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. I did not like the bedding. A bottom sheet and no top sheet, you sleep directly under the comforter.
