Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Parking close by and with discount through hotel.

Personally, I found the beds a bit too firm for my liking. We did not include breakfast, we thought to go out for breakfast. We eventually found a nice place at the seaside, but be aware that outside of peak season, not many restaurants offer breakfast. We have been in Split before in the summer, and then there are many breakfast options. But in low season you need to search for it, or do as the locals do and buy a pastry at the Pekara and find a sunny terrace to have a coffee.

Really lovely simple property, right in the heart of the Old Town, 1 minute from the sea! You are right by all the restaurants and attractions here, but it is also very quiet and calm. We had such a lovely 4 night stay here! The staff were amazing, especially Ella on the front desk who was very accommodating and just so nice! Ana who helped us arrange our stay was also fab. It has all the simple amenities you’d need for an easy stay! The room was lovely and clean. They had options on the TV for Netflix and Disney plus. Comfortable bed, nice spacious and clean shower room. They made up our room every day. Ignore the bad reviews seen before, it’s just a simple quaint place! I think it’s best as just a lovely room for the nights rather than a resort like hotel (with all the extras). We didn’t get breakfast but if you did want breakfast, like a cooked breakfast - I would go out as the old town has a lot to offer! They do only take cash or bank transfer. We were hesitant before our stay, but we paid in cash and everything was completely fine! Once again, lovely staff, fantastic location, clean and pretty!

Galeria Valeria hotel has totaly exceed my expectations. Hotel is located in the centre of Split on the main sea promenade and all around there are variety of cafes and restaurants with so tasty authentic food. We were given room with a sea view and lovely balkony. Room is modern decorated, clean and nearby garage was so helpfull. Big plus is elevator in the hotel,roof top with amazing view and reception staff who was very kind and friendly to welcome us and give us all necessary informations. We will definitelly come back again.

We had a fascinating discussion with our host when we arrived. My knowledge of quantum physics is limited so I was on my guard. It seems that our room was in a quantum superposition of having and not having a balcony both at the same time. When we opened the door to observe our room the superposition immediately resolved itself - the room had no balcony! Very professionally and courteously our host immediately changed our room and all was well.

The rooftop patio was lovely, especially in the evening. The lift was a nice surprise. The location was convenient to several nice restaurants. The hotel arranged a driver for airport pickup, and he was quite friendly.

On a sunny day, the walk to the ferry terminal with luggage, can seem long. But the location is convenient otherwise. The towels could have been nicer, but the room was tidy and the bed was comfortable.

We had a “deluxe” room which rather small and not cheap so it was a surprise to find that in the bathroom there was no shampoo or body wash or a bar of soap for the shower. So the first thing we had to do was go and buy some. And just a note for breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant also fairly nearby is the parking garage which costs €44 per day

The location was fantastic. Located right on the RIva but very quiet and on the water. It was at the end of the Riva so was better then being smack in the loud center, but still just a short walk into the Palace. Great restaurant right next door for breakfast or short walk into the Pal;ace for cafes, coffee places and farmer's market. The hotel was very clean and our room was beautiful and large overlooking the water.

I would not pay for the breakfast but get breakfast next door or at any of the nearby cafes.

I loved my stay at Galleria Valeria - conveniently located to all of the old town. The staff were all so professional and helpful. They really went above and beyond, checking me in early into an upgraded room. My room was also clean, spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower is just perfect as well, it was fantastic. Don’t hesitate, just book, it’s spot on! Don’t forget the roof terrace, glorious views and a nice chilling space. I love it!!

Location is superb. The room we stayed in was alright. Reception Staff is what made the difference to rate it a 10.

We would be out whole day and come in the evening. The toilet would smell bad, I mentioned it to the staff when we were leaving. Also, the cleanliness in the room can improve.

Our first three nights in Split we chose to stay at this hotel to start our trip right. Excellent prime location that's close enough to the main port but also tucked away to be away from the sounds of the local night life. We were very pleased with this hotel and especially with Lucija at the front desk. She was constantly accommodating to any requests of ours, small or large. Always had a genuine smile on her face. The balcony with the sea view room wasn't available but we got the one with the window view of the beautiful sea and palm trees in front. This is the way to be waking up in the morning to beautiful split. The rooftop was great we spent one late night up there just star gazing with some wine. Day 1 our refrigerator was not working but they replaced it efficiently enough. The only bad part of this was when we were checking out to leave, highly recommend!
