Fantastic location in Split, 10 minute walk to Old Town, right outside the door are restaurants, the water, marina's, etc. The room was very lovely but the terrace was amazing! Cute little table and chairs and direct water views, couldn't ask for more. I didn't see other hotels with that proximity. Great value, nice check-in experience.

Cons: no elevator (pack lightly), really dark entrance and hallway (lights out, you go to 2nd floor door to check-in), require $100 Euro CASH deposit - (would prefer credit) but seamless return.

Location was great and very easy to walk into town. Only points to note for us were that the bedroom window is very noisy being next to the lane, maybe some better sound insulation for this window? Also we did not know the code to get up to the main bar and terrace area so we were unable to use these facilities during our stay. We did enjoy ourselves however and would book again if we come back!

The location was perfect! right across the street from the harbor with restaurants and bars just a 2 minute walk. old town and the palace,as well as the Riva, were within 5 minute walk.

I wish they would have provided an access code on our day of arrival to get in so we didn’t have to call. if we didn’t have cell service it would have been a real problem.

Staff I would rate 12 out of 10. Jelena hope I wrote it right was the one we had most contact with. And she was really great. Helpful, friendly and open. But all the other Staff we meet was also helpful and friendly. Location close to most things walking distance to city. Bus to the beach just outside the door or a 20-25 min walk. If you arrive with shuttle bus it willl be a 15 min walk to the hotel. Nice sea view from. the balcony. Room was very clean everyday that we got back to the hotel.

Does not have any windows facing the sea. only one window faces the parking lot. Also does not have any elevator.

The staff were friendly kind and super helpful. Kitchen well equipped. comfortable bed. Apartment is Exactly as in their pictures. You’re there for amazing staff and location, not the views

beautiful, chic room in a modern furnished apartment block within a traditional building only 5 minutes away from the centre of historic Split. Loved the shared kitchen area. amazing views of the marina.

Location was perfect - just far enough to feel a part of the action, but not so in the middle that you felt overwhelmed. Convenient to everything you might need. Perfect views. Fantastic amenities.

There was nothing that I can think of that was a downside. Everything was spot on perfect.

great location overlooking the harbor .Rooms are clean ,modern and have everything you need ! extremely comfortable beds 😴the cherry on the top was the wonderful balcony which became our sundowner meeting spot for our group of 6 ! highly recommended..
