brand new boutique hotel. everything is clean and lovely. the staff are warm and inviting. chef in the restaurant makes amazing food. would stay here again! rooms are large with large balconies. bed is super comfortable. bathroom is clean and shower if great. but mostly loved the staff they were just so friendly.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel! Service was over the top, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Hotel has amazing breakfast menu, with meals that are full of imagination and quality preparation. Since the weather was sunny during our stay, we managed to enjoy beautiful view with drinks on outside terrace. I recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Split and can't wait to come back!

LOVED everything on our stay at this hotel! The location is great and close to Riva, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the staff is beyond polite and professional. We even got the complimentary parking in the garage and the extended checkout. Definitely will be visiting again!

This hotel is beautiful, it is clean and modern. We felt like we spent a week living in luxury. We were slightly concerned about previous bad reviews about construction across the way - it is a bit of an eyesore but it doesn’t take away from the beautiful views of split. The noise didn’t bother us at all, I was able to spend afternoons on the balcony quite comfortably, I think the really loud works must be finished and with the door closed we couldn’t hear anything. Don’t let this or the fact that it’s new put you off, it is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast is massive, and lots of choices. The staff were always more than accommodating to our needs, the lovely waiter and waitress (I didn’t get their names) remembered our coffee order each morning at breakfast and were always so happy to help. The rooftop pool is lovely, we almost always had it to ourselves although the water is a little cold! It is a 5 min (10 if you’re slow) walk into the heart of Split, and Marjan park is right behind. The immediate road surrounding the hotel is a little run down but it looks like the area is being redeveloped with the new hotel opposite. If we ever returned to split we would absolutely book the Mirari Boutique hotel again, we had a great week there.

Nothing really. The only minor issue we had was when we went down to get dinner we didn’t realise that the kitchen closed at 3pm so couldn’t get anything. It wasn’t a problem as there are so many restaurants close by so we just went out.

What did we like…? Literally everything! We were absolutely blown away by this place. When we booked, the hotel was brand new and there weren't many reviews or pics to go off but we made the best decision ever by chancing it. I cant pinpoint one specific thing that was good because everything was. 5 min walk from the main old town/marina area. Amazing view of the sea and harbour. The food was absolutely ridiculously good. The service was amazing and all the staff constantly went out of their way for us. The hotel itself was spotless and the design and facilities are first class. The aircon was top tier too. The infinity pool of the roof was the cherry on the cake as well. Whole experience was nothing short of 10/10.

What didnt we like? That we werent staying longer. I could literally live in this hotel.

First and foremost the whole staff was amazing. They truly make the hotel even more special. The location of the hotel is great because you're further away from old town and can relax after touristing around. The pool is a big plus, we went everyday after our excursions and trips. Restaurant was also very good, the brill dish was outstanding. The room was spacious (a big balcony too) with a very comfortable bed and pillows.

My only remark would be the cleaning of the rooms. They were clean but sometimes I noticed they didn't sweep i.e. the bathroom and forgot to restock some of the towels. And I believe they should offer guests a bottle of water everyday.

Really nice room, clean, comfy and a great view. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was consistently good. We ate in the hotels restaurant one night. It was quiet but very good and not any more expensive than eating in some of the swankier restaurants in the town. There is a building site between the hotel and the sea. Currently, September 2024, they are working on the foundations so it's not an issue visually or because of noise. But I've no idea what was being built and whether or not it will eventually block the view

The facilities were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and really clean. The hotel itself felt high-end and luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was me and my wife’s 1 year wedding anniversary while we were there and they very kindly arranged a nice little well wishes message and bottle of wine for our room on the day. The breakfast was also brilliant to say it was included in the price of the stay. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

One small issue was the building works going on in front of the hotel across the road. Although the windows provided good sound dampening, we could still hear the noisy construction works. However this is something the hotel Cannot really do anything about. I guess it is a short term problem while they complete the works and It certainly doesn’t stop us from wanting to go back.

Everything felt very luxurious and we felt well looked after by the staff. Pool area was small but lovely and most days we had it to ourselves (at the end of July as well!) Breakfast was amazing! Location was great - only 5-10 mins walk to the historic centre and Diocletian’s Palace. Beautiful views from the hotel terrace and pool and our room had a gorgeous private terrace with a day bed, stunning views of the marina and lots of tropical plants. Fantastic attention to detail throughout the hotel. A real little gem.

There was no way of requesting service at the pool once up there. We found best approach was to call reception or the restaurant before going up and someone would then come up promptly.

It was a perfect stay. The staff were so attentive (remembering our breakfast orders etc) and the hotel was very peaceful, and perfectly clean modern and air conditioned. We sat by the pool on the top floor for much of our stay, with great views over the harbour. One of the best hotels I've been to. We are aware of the comments about the building site and noise. However while ongoing in the daytime, this was quite quiet while we were there in July 2024. I expect it was only loud back when they were doing the foundations in May 2024.
