Good location with parking. Property was well maintained and clean. Short walk to grocery store. Great view of the seafront.

The GPS location was off, had to get out of the car and walk around a bit to locate the place. There was a great view from the balcony, only problem is that the balcony wall was a bit high needing a bar stool to sit on for enjoying the view with a drink. There was exactly one bar stool available so we took turns to sit out and enjoying the view☺ You will need to take your luggage upstairs, this was not an issue for us but just be aware.

It was about a 15-minute walk outside of the city center - one section up hill but no big deal. The view was beautiful of the bay. The place was clean, had a coffee pot, fridge, sink, 2 bedrooms, and owner friendly and responsive. There's parking if you have a car. Checking in was easy with instructions communicated prior to arrival.

We didn't see the Aircon the fiest night so we slept very hot, but that's an us issue, not with the place. Limited hot water for 4 people, but not a deal breaker.

The apprtment is like a penthouse. with beautiful view of the port above the city rooftops from the lovely balcony. The appartment is big and comfortable. Had nice kitchen, living room with sofa, lundry machine, AC and every thing you need in a vacation. Perfect location - 7 minuts of waking to the port. FREE parking spot. (and if you need more parking spot, the street near by is also free, but you will need to wait untill some will move his car). The host was very helpful and gave me tips for parking spots. need them because my original had changed and i needed to improvise a parking spot. Been there in the start of sep 2024

We chose this apartment, but after spending a few days here, we’ve decided that from now on, we’ll always come back to this place. We’re absolutely thrilled with Split — we managed to relax and also explore the old town, beaches, and enjoy swimming, all on foot. The old town, waterfront, beaches, and museums are just a 10-minute easy walk from the apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy, the hosts are kind and helpful, and the neighborhood is peaceful. 😃

The host was very accommodating - even though we were later than expected to arrive, someone was there to provide the keys and let us in, even offering to carry our luggage. A nice clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views over the water with a short stroll to the marina and Diocletian's palace. A large parking spot is located at the property, and not on the street as many other apartments, so you are guaranteed a spot

The location of the apartment is great as it's only 5-10 minutes walk to the center, with plenty of restaurants in only 5 minutes. It has a nice view to the harbor. There's also a great bakery right on the street below as well as a supermarket. Our host was very helpful, she gave us plenty of information. The parking space is also a big plus.

You have to walk up a very steep drive to get to the building so if you have mobility issues, maybe you should think twice. It is doable but a bit difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristina's apartment. It has amazing views, it's very spacious, and a parking space that's off the street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We had an easy time finding the place. We got there before Kristina but her neighbour was very lovely and called her for us, and we had a very easy time checking in and out. Kristina was lovely enough to let us keep the car there a bit longer in the morning as we went back into town for breakfast before heading off. The house is a short walk from the city centre and it's situated in a lovely area. It's also close to a supermarket.

Great location and the apartment was clean. It was just steps from the old town, Marjan park, and a convenience store. The apartment had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The wine opener was missing, but the host was able to accommodate almost immediately. The showerhead broke while we were there, but the host was quick to fix this (same day). Overall, nice place to stay.

The bed was not super comfortable and the toilet clogged up easily.

The views from this lovely apartment were amazing, it is only about a 10 minute walk into the old town and it also has parking. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and enjoying split. The host was lovely and very helpful, she met us on site and showed us wee to park, the beds are really comfortable and the apartment was bigger than expected. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Split, I would highly recommend this place as it was lovely

Short walk to the beach, and short walk to downtown Split. Close to supermarkets, and the apartment has a parking spot right on the property. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small children.. Beautiful view. Good WiFi connection.

The shower is a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, all is great.
