Room was very newly renovated and very clean. All staff went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant, and were very good in communicating back and forth with questions. Location provided us with free luggage storage the day of arrival before we were able to check in, and helped get us transferred into the parking garage for easier transfer to our rental car pickup (which was in the same block on the backside of the building - Avant car rental, which was also very good to deal with).

Nothing to note, other than the public areas of location a being a bit sparse in appearance, but everything was safe and clean.

Location was in walking distance to old town with private car park where was only few steps to the room, although extra 20 euros per day starting from the time you check in until end of next day. Room was spacious with a window. Reception staff was so friendly and shared information of major attractions as well as good restaurants

Staffs sometimes slowly replied to messages. No one at the car park exit gate. We must walk back to return car park pass at the reception desk. Pillows were too thin. A/C was not working well. The room was not as cool as setting temperature.

We stayed here just for a day and night before taking a ferry to Brac. To check in, you MUST meet a staff member outside of a parking garage so they can bring you to the private parking area (20 euros a day) and then check you in. Our phones were not allowing us to make calls for some reason, so this ended up being a big problem, as we couldn't get in touch with the property for an hour. Make sure your phone works! The woman who checked us in was very nice. The location is GREAT--short walking distance to Diocletian's Palace and the center of town, Marjan Forest, and numerous restaurants/bars/cafes. We felt extremely safe here (and everywhere in Croatia!) and it was quiet at night. The AC worked very well and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room/property itself is a little odd--it is like a standard hotel room with things updated, a fridge, and spacious bathroom. It had one window that didn't open. The property is tucked away inside of a larger building/parking garage, but once checked in, you can access it from an entry in the back that empties into a street. Because of this, it's not a place that I would want to stay for more than a night. If you're looking for a place to stay in for a few days to explore Split, I would pick someplace else. For an overnight, it was good. It just feels like a nice hotel room with no windows that is kind of tricky to get in and out of. Not a lot of ambiance or scenic views of the city.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean with lovely bathrooms and the accommodation was in a great location, close to the water and plenty of excellent restaurants/bars. Julija made us feel very welcome and was extremely friendly, helpful and engaging - thank you! We wouldn't hesitate to return!

It was a little difficult to find - we walked straight past it on our first attempt as you can't see the signage until you peer through the railings.

This is a new, modern, clean property in an excellent location just outside of the center of Split - about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Diocletian's Palace. The room was spacious and the bathroom facility was fantastic. Location was fairly quiet - my room window overlooked a street and some occasional traffic noise could be heard, but not enough to disturb you. Reception was pleasant and helpful but not available at all hours of the day.

No significant complaints.

The property was in a great location in Split. Close to great restaurants and walking distance to so many things, beach, pool. Our host Julija was very helpful and accommodating. She was there all the time and answered all our questions. Very responsive and the apartment was clean bright and had a wonderful view of the promenade.

It can be a little tricky to find so make sure to give your driver the exact address.

A very spacious apartment that was in reality as beautiful as shown online. My wife and I were accompanied by our adult son and the apartment with two bedrooms (one open) and two toilets (!) and a living/dining area together with a kitchenette provided excellent comfort and privacy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent in an older part of the town across the street from a sea promenade along Split's famous "riva" and close to Diocletian's palace. Nearby steps lead up to the city's park Marjan and adjacent beaches which provide fine opportunities for light exercise and walks in fragrant pine woods with great views of the Split peninsula and bay from the top of the hill. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The apartment was surprisingly quiet which is not easy to find in that beautiful but very noisy city.

The thermostat interface gave us some difficulties the first night but we learned with the help of the staff and the AC served us well throughout the stay. Written instructions in the apartment would be helpful.

Location was great - close enough to the old town but in a quiet location. The room was big.

It was quite hard to find, it’s in an apartment complex in the basement. Our room was dark with no natural daylight The reception was only open for check in from what we saw. We asked for an extra pillow before we left for dinner but it wasn’t delivered and reception was closed up when we got back. It felt more like an air bnb than a hotel.

The location was perfect! It was right next to the promenade and almost all the tourist attractions and tour start-points were a mere few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The room was also big and comfortable. The view from the room was well worth the cost of it - you can see the sea as well as the promenade. The service staff was also very cordial and helpful.

There is a restaurant downstairs which has excellent food, but the music from there can be too loud for people who don't like noise at night. We personally didn't mind it.

The location was central and very convenient, close to everything yet not noisy, I could rate it superb, staff were very friendly and helpful, highly responsive to any request, inquiry. In short the staff always took the extra mile, especially Julia, who left her cellphone number available for me and my friend in case we needed anything. The room was very clean. I couldn’t ask for more.
