What a gem hidden down the iconic tiny passageways of Split , we adored the decor, from the sparkly black marble entrance stairway to the lovely exposed local stone interior.. We had a very spacious twin room and a beautiful modern bathroom. The location was perfect just 3 mins from Republik Square and about 8 mins from Cathedral Square. There is a lovely, safe, warm ambience around the locality and lots and lots of fabulous eateries very nearby, as well as being close to the superyacht marina, which we enjoyed on our strolls ! Very very highly recommended

Nice room in a quaint area just next to the entrance of the old town. Lots of restaurants in the area and just a few steps from the main historic district. Room is similar to a hotel room with the addition of a little sink / coffee maker. Very clean, new furniture, nicely decorated. Small outdoor space next to our room overlooking a courtyard. Helpful staff at the front desk who organized transportation with pick-up at our room door at 4 a.m. (very helpful!).

A little loud as partiers returned to the neighborhood in the middle of the night.

Just as advertised. Perfect for sleeping and coming and going. Not for sitting around, which we don't do much of when traveling - we are out and about and exploring. Twin beds worked well for my girlfriend and I.

2 things. Could have used another plug or two to charge our phones/camera more easily and there is an outside sitting area right outside of our bathroom (room 4), which our neighbors utilized and they were very noisy. Not a huge deal.

Great location. Staff sent videos to help find the place and were very responsive to messages. Rooms were quiet and we had a nice outlook.

No issue with the property but parking in the area is very expensive if you are driving. The first recommended parking garage was €48 a day. The second was only marginally cheaper at €36 a day.

The owners were very helpful. The apartment was a nice size, had a very nice set up and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the sitting area for morning coffee. Charming neighborhood with restaurants and small shops. Easy walk to the Riva and historic center, and close to Marjan Park.

Great communication. They allowed us to drop our bags early in the morning before check in. Helped carry our heavy bags up the stairs. Room is beautiful with old stone walls. Very spacious. Comfy beds and hot shower. Great location close to everything. Would def stay again :)

The location was amazing.

I had booked this place on the proviso they agreed we could leave our luggage while we went sailing. The host agreed prior to me booking then when I arrived the host said they couldn’t do it then tried to charge for this service. I would not have booked had permission not been granted. Apart from that, apartment was lovely and in a great location.

The location was great. There were lots of lovey restaurants close by and the sea just a stones throw away.

No plug next to the kettle in the kitchen, so we had to boil the kettle between the beds. One of the sheets had a rip in it and one of the coffee sachets was already opened. It would be better to cover the window on the door as it lets in a lot of light.

Perfect location, attractive, and comfortable. Water and grocery close. Luka was helpful with the stairs/luggage and arranged transportation to the airport at 5am. The driver was prompt, friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I liked the surrounding atmosphere, apartment design/style, cleanless and location. Accessing the apartment was easy - a very good communication with the owner.

There are not so many things we didn't like, perhaps bed sizes (they are really small but good enough for a few nights).
