Beautifully located in Split. We had a downstairs room. Very quiet in spite of being right off the courtyard where breakfast is served. Breakfast was excellent with multiple choices. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. Staff was very attentive. Hotel is located up a pedestrian alley, so you must schlep your bags from the taxi for a short distance. Hotel has not an elevator.

Aircon was in a unusual spot in the room with a large black out curtain which covered it and the door. Thank goodness I brought clothes pins and was able to lift it above the aircon for airflow. (33C in Split that day) Also, said curtain was a trip hazard every time we entered or exited the room.

Cozy boutique-style hotel very close to the old town and main attractions (Riva promenaade). The hotel was located on a narrow and relatively quiet side street (there were many restaurants nearby) and also had good A/C. We had a double room with a balcony, which would have been very nice if the temperature hadn't been so high even at night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was in different styles and you could order it according to your taste. I definitely recommend it.

We can't recommend Heritage 19 Hotel enough. The property is just a quick 10-minute walk from the ferries and the heart of Diocletian's Palace. The hotel was spotless, the room was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The bedding was soft, and the minibar had a few essential items. The hotel also features a private garden where you can enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Most importantly, Antonia and the staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always up for a great chat. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to friends and family. The staff is friendly helpful and kind. The rooms are generously sized, very clean, with a gorgeous bathroom and shower. Very very comfortable bed. The only issue for me was noise from the street well into the night, which is not the hotels fault. And to be fair it was a Friday night. But I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Lovely outdoor breakfast patio as well. Just a few steps from the promenade so it's a great location. One thing you should know is that there's no elevator. This would've been a problem for me as my bag was heavy, but the wonderful staff took care of that for me!

This is a great little bolt hole. The location is fab, there is just the right amount of what you need for a boutique hotel. Decor is tasteful and understated. The staff were super helpful and friendly. And breakfasts were fresh and delicious. We travelled as a family of four and booked two doubles. I would definitely return.

Tiny bit noisy at night from passers by, but in the centre of town it can’t be helped.

The building itself and the courtyard are very nicely converted and our room was lovely. Staff were all delightful and knowledgable about the area, restaurants beaches.. and about the wine they served etc. Excellent breakfasts. Lots of bars and restaurants near by but it’s a little oasis

You can hear people very late at night even though we had no windows onto the street. It’s not bad value for money for Split but a little pricey compared to other comparable places we stayed in our 9 days in Croatia

The room was lovely, exactly as described and pictured. The hotel location was superb and not more than a few minutes walk to all the sights of Split. Breakfast was served in the outside courtyard garden with plenty of choice of food, freshly cooked. All the staff were very helpful and helped make our stay an excellent and memorable one. And just to note from previous reviews, that rooms do now have tea and coffee making facilities in them which shows the hotel listened to reviews and made simple adaptations for the benefit of guests, brilliant!

Great stay at Heritage Hotel 19! The location was close enough to Old Town and the ferry docks (15ish minute walk from the docks), but tucked away from all that hustle and bustle. We loved the area around the hotel, dotted with ample restaurants and bars. We enjoyed having dinner nearby and strolling around Old Town afterward with gelato. The hotel itself was clean and professionally run. Do note there is no elevator here so you will have to walk up some stairs to get to your room unless you choose one of the two ground-floor room options they have. We didn't have an issue with this, but some folks might. Breakfast was very good as well, served every morning downstairs under their olive tree with options on an a la carte menu for you to choose from. We had a room with a balcony and really enjoyed the option to enjoy a glass of wine out there (it had two chairs and a small side table). Their best room option, in our opinion. Overall a peaceful and relaxing experience. Plus they will hold your luggage if you arrive early/ are leaving Split after checkout which is helpful. It was a great way to end our honeymoon and we are so thankful to the team for making it extra special :)

Set in a great location, walking distance to most things, this small hotel with only 7 rooms offers a lovely more personal level of service. Despite being only a stones throw to one of Split''s busiest restaurants (Fife - always a queue to dine there), Heritage Hotel 19 remained a quiet haven. There was the gorgeous courtyard where an excellent breakfast was served right through to our room itself, everything was excellently done. Note: there is no elevator, but there werent that many stairs as it's not a large hotel.. It was clean and stylish and the staff very friendly. Loved our room which had a balcony. My advice would also be to steer clear of the restaurants along the waterfront. You will find better food at more reasonable prices a few streets back in the Old town with some great looking places in the area just behind the hotel. Go for a wander.

The bathroom was very small. Convenient parking close by but extortionate in price (48 Euro p/day) Not the fault of the hotel of course, but if you have a car you might want to consider dropping bags and then finding cheaper parking further away.

Excellent location. Our room was off a lovely courtyard where we had an excellent breakfast. The hotel was next to many restaurants and charming alleyways. The room was very clean and comfortable. Antonia and Matej were very friendly and kind. Matej went out of his way to help us with parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay the last few days of our trip.
