The host was friendly and helpful. Spacey and chill room with own balcony with a great view and shared garden. Also good location to go for a run, and in Kasjuni beach good for freestyle swimming. Excellent overall.

there was only some little things that really didn't matter but. Only one fork, spoon and coffee mug. Why not two? In the bathroom sink closets were not in use, tape around them, just wondering why. Also the night tables lockers beside the bed were moving up and down was weird. One light bulb not working beside the bed. No whole body mirror, some women really like to have that.

I had very good communication with the host Davor. I arrived a little earlier than expected & was let into the property within minutes. Each apartment is separate & mine was of a chalet style with a well equipped kitchen ,bathroom & bedroom comprising of a comfortable king size bed & single bed. The bonus was the apartment came with a small outside terrace which was pleasant to relax in. I felt it to be a safe & secure environment because the apartments are accessed by a locked exterior gate. It was a quiet & peaceful place to stay even although Split is a very lively coastal city. The bars & restaurants are within ten minutes walk. There is a supermarket approximately five minutes away .The train & bus stations are about fifteen minutes walk away. As i was on a tight budget i thought the Garden Apartment Hotel was extremely good value in terms of price & location.

The apartment did seem to be a little dark inside but with the lighting available it improved the situation. A previous occupier had been a smoker so there was slight smell of cigarettes inside. Although this was not a major problem for me.

Great location just on perimeter of old town with easy access to the waterfront. Our apartment had a double & twin bed which is good for 2 friends traveling together (not many places have 2 beds). Kitchen, bathroom & and lovely terrace under grapevines to enjoy.

A fan in the bedroom would be beneficial.

great location, nice little garden in front, we ate outside. Was perfect for 2 people, a good shower, good beds, quiet at night. Very good location in Split, outside the front gate you have plenty of cafés, restaurants and the Riva!

somewhat dark in the bedroom, but in the summer, heat is probably very good!

Great location, handy for the Dioclesian Palace and very quiet at night. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Staff friendly and helpful and made an effort to say goodbye to us.

A TV may have added to the experience, our stay wasn't long enough for it to be an issue but some people might expect it.

Verry nice place, we enjoy every minutes. Clean and the host was asking and helping alltheway. Perfekt location, 5 min from everything. We spent our daytime on the local swimming arena, 15min walk.

I dont know, it was just Nice.

The bed is so comfy, enough hot water, good A/C, had a kitchen to cook food, the host let us in quickly and didn’t stay long which was nice because we were tired from traveling. We just stayed here for a day but almost wanted to stay another because of the comfort. One of the most homey after traveling for months.

The lack of kitchen utensils. Maybe add a spatula, but we made due.

The space was GREAT for the price! I had to book something in Split last minute due to some flight changes and the property was great and location could not have been more perfect. An easy walk to the ferry port and accessible by car. The property owner was great and stayed up to let me in closer to 1am when I wasn't even able to communicate about my delays. Wish I had been able to stay in Split - and this property - a bit longer.

I'm not sure I could handle 3 people with lots of luggage staying, as the bedroom/kitchen were on the smaller side, but everything I needed was there.

Great location close to the center of Split! Lovely large bathroom and good kitchen facilities. No lounge area but that was no problem for us as we were out exploring all day. Short walk to the port/bus terminals for transport.

Very convenient to the old town of Split without being right in the heart of it. If you want a quiet green place to stay that is near the action, but quiet, this is it.
