Good location - not busy like Agia Napa

Pool needed to be cleaned more often due to amount of people staying at property - was a bit scummy around the sides and layer of scum on the top of the pool . Lots of choice for breakfast - we were first ones down at breakfast and the food could do with being hotter. Other than that breakfast was tasty.

The girl at the reception at the entrance with red hair. She is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. She would look at us in the eyes while we would say good morning or goodbye but wouldn’t respond. And juste the way she would look at us. I just hope it has nothing to do with our skin color

Relaxed and quiet area with a lovely comfortable room. Great pool area with attentive staff and great view of Larnaca Bay

Limited breakfast selection, use of signs everywhere forbidding outdoor food and drink with the excuse of COVID as the reason which has not been an issue for over 18 months.

People at the property was loud. So much noises, going in and out 100 times. It was annoying.

As I wanted a relaxing holiday without the crowd, the location was excellent. The beach wasn’t crowded. I could enjoy the sunrise from my balcony. The staff made my stay very special, very attentive, always with a smile, helpful. Everyone at the front desk, waiters and waitresses and the pool boy, who always appeared very fast when I needed a hand with the umbrella. Breakfast had a good variety. Definitely will return soon.

Cleaning in the room definitely needs an improvement, but this didn’t bother my stay at all.

1- Excellent,worm, ready to help and welcoming staff. 2_ Location on the beach is fantastic, Sun set and rise were romantic. 3- Cleanliness is out standing. 4- Comfortable room on the beach side with Balcony ( Sea View ) with no single disturbance. 5- The admin offers us a good Dinner on arrival from the airport, and a good breakfast early morning 4 O'clock am because our flight was at 7 am. ( thank you for generosity). 6_ Always amazing reception staff because they keep serving the car parking although I used to stay out till late night. 7- The Gym is great and well-equipped for different activities. 8- Facilities are great and relaxing but some need urgent maintenance. 9- Kiosks, supermarket and Cash ATM is 3 minutes driving. 10- Overall it was amazing Experiences in this hotel and forsure I will come back again.

1- The infrastructure Constructions infront of the hotel. 2- Due to the construction You have to suffer driving in a single lane road and it was my 1st. Experience to drive on the right side . 3- The Lebbay hotel yellow sign on the left is not clear and I missed the entrance many times. 4- Basically this area needs renting a car so never book without identifying your targets and rent car with full insurance because you may hit the left side cones ( The Construction area) and the cars bodyies are lean. 5- To conclude with, it's a great hotel but you need to rent a car with full insurance for your relaxation, and to move freely.

Great hotel, right on the beach, excellent sea views from my room. Great morning breakfast buffet, great fitness center, and very nice pool. Great room too--big comfy bed, and bathroom with both rainfall shower and nice soaking tub. If staying in Larnaca, highly recommended--and great value for the price too...

I probably would've rather stayed in Limassol or Paphos--where I believe there are nicer beaches. However, I was staying only 3 days and wanted to be relatively close to the airport. So personally I didn't really like the location, however this is certainly not the hotel's fault...

We visited at the end of January because we wanted a quiet place on the beach with nice weather. (Also I really wanted to see the flamingos on the lake. And I did!) The hotel is very cosy, right on the beach. Our room had a wonderful view. Not much to do around if you re not a fan of jogging or just hanging at the beach but you rent a car or take the bus from right in front of the hotel you can get to the city centre relatively quickly. Nice meal plan for half board and the staff were very nice and friendly too.

There was some construction work happening in front of the hotel so the main road was all dusty and muddy but that was about it.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, it had everything one would ask for. Lovely breakfast, lots of fresh fruits and it didn't get too busy in the morning, set in the very pretty dining area facing the sea. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach even if Larnacas beaches are not the best the water was clean and i thought 5€ for sun bed and umbrella was quite reasonable. Restaurant not bad and lovely to have a drink on one of the comfortable sofas in the evening. I used the local bus service to Larnaca a couple of times, very convenient, but was equally happy every time to get back Lebay. Well stocked minimarket 10 mins walk away for water and snacks.

If you plan to sit on the balcony definitely choose sea facing room.

Bathroom needs to be designed better nowhere to put your toiletries and not enough hooks pillows were not very good but in saying that lovely place would stay again
