Close to the beach and about 15 mins to KOT beach on foot. The bus stop is 2 mins away and the bus leaves every 20 mins during the day. Breakfast was in a buffet form with changing types of food and was very good. The hotel has a swimming pool and showers you can use after a swim in the sea. The hotel is about 20 mins away from the city center by bus.

The extra bed (3rd) we had gotten was really small and uncomfortable. The room has no refrigerator or safe. The furniture is a little bit old but good. The room is cleaned every 3 days and you are charged if you want your towels changed between these days.

Food was lovely, half board worked for us. Room was fine, liked we had a balcony. Location great however not in Lanarca just outside of it. Staff were lovely, if you like cats which we do you would get on well. The food was really nice, I think they could charge more. :) Small selection though. Would love to go back.

Bathroom was fine, however couldn't sit properly on the loo if your tall/long legs.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. For sure some renovation will make the hotel more attractive but for this price it was enough. The beach is 5 min by foot, not the most beatiful one but ok and there wasn't a lot of people there which was very nice ;) You can always catch a bus and get to Nissi beach for instance or to the Larnaka city centrer. The bus stop is near the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners ok. I recommend to pay with physical card - not by phone or virtual card just to avoid problems with receiving deposit back ;)

It would be nice if the pool will be opened longer, not only to 7pm.

The location is super! Right next to a bus stop which takes you to Larnaka and few minutes walk from the bus stop, where you can get to Ayia napa. The stuff is amazing, we asked the receptionist to give us newly renovated room and we got a room with sea view. Every day they changed towels and refilled the soap. The food is good, typical british cuisine but not outstanding. We took the half board which was enough for the whole day. When we mentioned that out flight is in the early morning they offered they can pack us some food if we would miss the breakfast! Nice gesture. Also worth to mention that the prices is the hotel restaurant and bar actually quite low, so I encourage everyone to get drinks there and enjoy the pool. The pool water is rather cool, but not necessary chilly. All together it was a pleasent stay 5/5stars.

The food could be rather typical cyprus cuisine instead of british food but it is really minor detail.

Breakfast is very varied but in the English style. Omelets, sausage and different types of cheese. Orange and apple juices every day and different types of cake. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day. Perfect cleanliness. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and the view is very beautiful. We found restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes around the hotel and the hotel food is also excellent. Summing pool clean and changed rooms very clean. Excellent cost benefit. I recommend it.

Third stay here to visit family nearby. Breakfasts are really good. Hotel looks a little tired in places.car Park doesn't help.look.of Reception Area. Guy on Reception late afternoon is a real asset to the Hotel. Breakfast staff really nice. Bedroom.cleanets bright and cheerful do a good job. Pool.toilets kept immaculate

Car Park and walk up to entrance to hotel.looks shabby once in side fine. People smoking in Restaurant despite no.smoking signs. But on mentioning this was sorted. Carpets worn.by lift area new poolside recliners not very comfortable

The staff were honest and helpful. We ordered some food and the staff brought up to our room, nice touch given my wife was pregnant and with her elderly mother in law. They also arranged for a easy access shower, one that you don't have to climb into a bathtub for at a relatively short notice of a few days. Well done for listening and accommodating. A lot of hotels would have missed this request or just said sorry , none available and not even checked.

A faster water machine at breakfast. It was really slow.

Good location. Staff friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Good that rooms cleaned regularly.

Breakfast was very limited and a bit repetitive. Music at side of pool very repetitive. Sometimes difficult to get served at bar if staff busy at reception. No pool service which we would have liked. Lift was very small and one of staff advised us that it broke down frequently, so we were reluctant to use it.

Excellent restaurant very close

Location of the hotel was in a nice area and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The buses into town stops almost outside the hotel and will take you all the way to the airport too. The surroundings were very clean and customer service was great.

It was a little way out from the town but it was worth it because the surroundings were quiet and exceptionally clean and tidy with added great customer service. You also have a variety of restaurants within the area roughly about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
