The rooms were very nice and spacious, with a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining table, and a bathroom. The location was excellent—within walking distance of the water park and a variety of great restaurants. The hotel pool was also nice, and both the rooms and bathroom were kept very clean.

Unfortunately, the first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes. The staff moved us as soon as another room became available, which we appreciated, but the new room was on the entrance road of the hotel and we lost the pool view. Breakfast was very minimal and could definitely be improved.

We had a fantastic stay from May 19–23. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the attentive and respectful staff. The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to receptionists Thoulla and George for their exceptional hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, with balconies that open directly toward the swimming pool—perfect for relaxing. The pool and yard are in excellent condition, adding to the overall charm of the property. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, and breakfast was a highlight each morning, featuring fresh fruit and a variety of coffee options. The hotel’s photos accurately reflect its condition and views—what you see is truly what you get. While the hotel is a bit away from the center, public transport stops are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. Makronissos Beach is just a 10-minute walk away, ideal for beach lovers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

One area that could benefit from improvement is the quality of the towels, which would enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

Everything was great except the weak WiFi. Clean, cozy, well-equipped for a family stay (kitchen with all essentials). Breakfast is simple but fresh and enough. Nice clean pool, beach towels provided. The walk to the beach is hot, but the large pool and plenty of sunbeds make up for it.

Everything for me was perfect. The place itself , their facilities , services and location. They arrange for you the pick-up from the airport and back for 50€ depending on the time. From 20.00h it's 10€ extra till a certain time in the morning ( if it's too early). It's very clean , you get a bottle of water , tea sachets, instant coffee packs for your consumption on your kitchenette. It is a quiet place , you can mostly hear only the birds. 2 good restaurants nearby. In front of the hotel " The Garden of Eden you even get 10% off from the hotel and The Agrotikon restaurant and bar " a bit further on the right side. Also near supermarkets and 3 beautiful beaches ( walking distance ) Makronissos , Landa and the popular Nissi beach. It's also easy to commute with public busses. Very friendly and helpful staffs. A very relaxing place and it makes you feel lucky choosing this appartment hotel. I never been so content.

We were truly delighted to discover this hidden oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by beautiful landscaping, the property offers spacious units featuring a separate living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with direct access to the pool. Our mornings were pure bliss—sipping coffee in the shade of a tree, with vibrant bougainvillea blooming overhead. The pool is large, serene, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is excellent as well—just 700 meters from one of the area’s best beaches, and conveniently situated right across from a waterpark and a supermarket. The staff was very friendly and accommodating .

Breakfast could be a bit more appealing, yet value for money is still there. The same applies for bar- there is none and people tend to stay around and rest after a chaotic day on the beach.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice, also the best thing about the hotel is that is pet friendly and you can bring your pet with you. The outdoor area was very well maintained with a lot of greenery and the hotel it’s located in a quiet area 10 min drive from the city center in agia napa.

They should try to work on the breakfast options as there is only option for English breakfast or cereal. If a person comes for 10 days he won’t be able to eat the same thing everyday. Probably like a menu with couple of options so people can choose out of them. Also, the toiletries in the room should be somehow upgraded for a better stay.

Breakfast was good with generous serving. Staff (Thoulla and George) were courteous and accommmodating. They helped us find a restaurant that would allow pets and even got us a discount from the restaurant The room was big compared to another hotel we stayed in during our last visit to Ayia Napa. Towels were clean. Unfortunately, we did not manage to take a dip in the pool as it was cold, windy and raining. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Would have been better if they provided more toiletries and drinking water.

A peaceful haven, that was clean, modern and really well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was as good as it could be.

The property is well laid out. The apartment is really well appointed, spacious and kept very clean. Bed was very comfy. Easy access to the pool, which was marvellous, shallow entry and no deep end which is really good for kids. There is also a small separate pool for smaller children. It’s positioned a short way away from the main Ayia Napa strip which was perfect for us, just 5 mins by car or really easy access with local bus.

Room was spacious and well laid out , bottle of water left and tea and coffee, Bed was very comfy, apartment very clean, we had an upstairs room, which had a large balcony , which we glad we had as down stairs was a bit smaller and shaded and we like to have the sun. The pool area was lovely and nice small quiet complex which we like and near to the areas we like to visit. quick and easy check in the lady at reception was very helpful. We didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that

The water for a shower in the afternoon was not hot we don't know why, but didn't ask as was only there for 2 nights,

everything was great: - the location a little outside from Ayia Napa, quite und relaxed but two supermarket and some restaurants close by - Mon Repos is very clean and neat, very friendly staff - great swimming-pool, not overcrowded, beach-beds, umbrellas and towels - rooms are spacious, refrigerator, microwave, nice terrace with private seating and beach-beds in the upstairs room - everyday 1l complimentary water bottle - big breakfast buffet with a wonderful outside sitting on the terrace at the swimming pool if you like at quiet and relaxed with all the comfort, this accomodation is the best choice! a huge thank you to the amazing staff, we will come back!

there are only minor things to improve: - the WiFi in the room is sometimes very slow and not proper working - the breakfast could have some changes from day to day (e.g. not every day the same peach joghurt)
