An absolute delight of a place to stay. Philip and Sophie and the whole Tsialis crew were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment we arrived they made sure that our week there was memorable. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was done everyday. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and there are 2 or 3 mini marts within a 2 minute walk for provisions. We were on the second floor so had a wonderful sea view and also a lovely view of the beautifully manicured and colourful gardens. Getting there from the airport is very easy too. Just get the 425 bus at the airport to the hotel. It stops virtually outside the hotel and costs just €2.40 if you don't know the way just ask the driver for the stop. Much better than a €30 transfer. Whilst we were there Philip and Sophie booked us on various full day guided tours of the Nicosia Ghost city and other tours costing approximately €30 each which also pick up and drop off very close to the hotel. I honestly could go on for ages. But the Tsialis was a truly lovely place to stay. Thank you Philip and Sophie for a truly lovely holiday. See you again soon when we book to return to beautiful Cyprus. PS. Before i forget. The little supermarket just to the right on the main road is a great place to buy your little Cyprus gifts Loads of Cyprus sweets and an awful lot cheaper than anywhere else especially the airport.

Nothing at all

Fantastic hotel. Very specious one bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave) and a massive balcony with both sunrise and sunset view. Bath tub with shower. Comfortable bed, large wardrobes. Daily room service. Swimming pool with sun beds. 5 minutes walk to the beach (not sandy beach though). Great location, right next to bus stops (425 to Larnaca and airport) and 711 to Cape Greco, Nissi, Konnos and Ayia Napa. Plenty of grocery shops and restaurants around. 15 minutes walk to a local butcher. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.

Everything. First of all, Sophie and the rest of the staff were some of the friendliest and nicest people you can meet, and I can honestly say every interaction with them left me with a smile on my face. The location was great, just across from the beach (which you can access through the hotels across the road or on the beach entrances that are scatered on the road) and next to the bus stop, stores and taverns (Dino’s for your groceries and La Veranda to eat). You have daily cleaning (spotless), and I was pleasantly surprised that the beds are some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. You have basically a 2-3 room appartment with a nice terrace outside and a nice view (either the sea or the beautiful garden that’s on the propriety)…what more can you want?. It’s not noisy at all during the night, despite being close to the road so no need to worry about that. I can honestly say it’s the best value you can get for your money, and it’s the perfect middle ground when it comes to luxury and affordability (affordable doesn’t mean cheap). I totally recommend it, and I’ll DEFINETELY be back next year!

Everything was perfect, so no bad things at all.

This is the perfect place to stay on your vacation in Cyprus! We loved how clean and tidy everything was, including the pool area and the breakfast area. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Our flight was delayed and Phillip waited past reception hours to welcome us and offered juice, tea and bottled water. We had to stay some extra nights and they were super flexible and helpful with everything! We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing staff ready to fulfill all your wishes. Nice and clean room with fully equiped kitchen (microvawe, touster etd.) and big terrace. I apprecitate that heating was on. Room service every other day. Nice garden with 15 cats. Private gym, pool, shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect and thank you :)

This place is a hidden gem. Just across the road from the beach, supermarkets and the bus stops! There is a halal Lebanese restaurant just nearby as well as many other good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a beautiful big balcony. The cleaning lady came and cleaned the apartment every day. Very friendly, kind and helpful staffs. The owner was amazing, and his daughter became friends with my daughter and played together. They allowed us to have a late check out without any extra cost. It was just perfect 👌. Thank you ever so much for such a wonderful experience. ❤️. We shall be back, God willing 🙏

Cozy apartments with everything you might need inside. They have a very good breakfast at a good price. On a walking distance from the beach, where there are a lot of water sports available. On a walking distance to very good restaurants with local food - we enjoyed the food in Mamas' restaurant, just 200m down the street. The bus 425 from the airport stops right next to the hotel, so the location is good for both sightseeing in the center and/or traveling from/to the airport because of the comfortable transportation. The pool is clean, and the kids love it. We had a lot of fun there. Right next to the hotel, there are shops with souvenirs, ice cream, sweets, cosmetics, good wine, and anything you might need. The hotel also has a very beautiful garden. The hosts are amazing and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. My warm regards to both of them. Philip suggested we go to Camil Park, which was so fun, and the kids enjoyed it so much. Visit if you have a chance. And also to a boat ride, which due to change in the weather we didn't manage to do as planned but instead we did some sightseeing at Finikudes. However, it was a very good suggestion of Philip, which I am saving for next time. We will definitely be back one day to spend more time in Cyprus.

I can't think of anything negative.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, it was great value for money and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only problem is that it’s quite far away from central Larnaca, but this isn’t really a problem if you have a car or even if you’re willing to take the bus (which is just outside the hotel).

We thank the entire professional staff for a wonderful stay. although we didn't use all the hotel's facilities - fitness, swimming pool or breakfast - we got up early for excursions, and every day we returned to a beautifully cleaned room. I recommend this accommodation even for a longer visit, because you can cook and there is plenty of space around. at the same time, I recommend it to everyone who likes to travel by public transport - to get everywhere comfortably. I do not recommend the accommodation to those who want to have fun at discos and go to bars in the area, this is a very quiet location.

Really lovely hotel. Comfortable, family friendly and very welcoming. It must be the cleanest hotel in Cyprus by some measure. Great restaurants nearby. Pool was super clean and the kids loved it. Excellent hotel. The nicest I we have stayed in while visiting Cyprus.

Kids loved the breakfast, but I found the sausage unpleasant, although generally English breakfast ingredients are never great in Cyprus so similar to other hotels on the Island. Other than the sausage I can't fault this excellent hotel. Greek coffee was really tasty and the home made ice tea is delicious. A great hotel.
