Where do I begin? It has a pool, gym, allocated parking for every apartment and WiFi. On arrival to our very clean room, we had complementary cheese, ham, bread, butter, juice, milk sachets, tea, coffee and bottles of water. Air con in all rooms, cleaning products (self catering) a very well equipped kitchen, constant hot water and I can still go on. Excellent for family or group of friends but you do need to hire a car as the beach is a short 3 min drive away. But too far and way too hot to walk. I have seen local bus running to and from Larnaca and the village but not taken it myself so can’t comment on how often they run.

Nothing, I love it there, have been before and will definitely go back again.

the apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The resort was very quiet and tranquil because it was out of peak season and I would return again out of season. There were plenty of towels and a change of sheets and a washing machine. The penthouse terrace is exceptional south facing sunny. Lots of wardrobes and storage. Very modern and neutral decoration is relaxing. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Plenty of parking

The complex isn't close to any resort and a car is essential. I went to the Complex in November and the indoor pool wasn't heated so was unusable and wasn't fixed. The pillows are old and stained so need to be replaced. Everything else was as described

It was definitely the cleanest property we’ve booked through Booking. They even had basic items and products, like cleaning supplies, bread-butter-marmalade-cheese-turkey-fruits-water in the fridge, sugar/coffee-tea. Everything you might need in your first couple hours when u arrive. Not gonna lie, we were impressed. Everything was spotless. Sheets and pillows were ironed and smelling fabric softener 🙂 Towels were provided. Iron board & drying rack. Pool was clean -couple of leaves and the occasional flying bugs, but clean. We had a great stay ✅

The complex is set amongst olive trees and was peaceful.The apartment is well equipped for self catering and comfortable . Great Wi fi .The owner George is extremely helpful as are the staff who maintain the property to an exceptionally high standard .lovely pool and sunbathing area . As a useful tip to get to the Oceania from Larnaca airport take the A3 to aya napa and exit at Junction 60 to dhekalia/CTO beach then take a left towards pyla and the next left at the bus stop and the Oceania is at the end of that road . As previous comments, much appreciated food items cheese ,ham bread and juice tea coffee etc were provided as we arrived late .Highly recommend

There is nothing to dislike however it is highly recommended that you hire a car , there is a bus stop approx 250 metres away and there seemed to be a regular bus service , there is also a water filling kiosk at the same point which we found very useful.Car hire is very affordable in cyprus and we always use Helen’s Cars on dhekalia Road they are the best

The apartment is perfectly big for four people or a family. There are three balconies, and we sat there and watch kids swimming in the outside pool. The place is quiet during the night. The beds are perfectly hard as we like them. The pictures show exactly what the apartment looks like. We found everything that we needed to cook (oven, pots, etc.), even the wine bottle opener. The apartment was very clean, and the host was a very nice and kind man. He informed us three days before our arrival about all the details (check-in, check-out, etc.). Fruits, bread, butter/marmalade for breakfast, and coffee waited for us w/o any additional charge. The check-in and check-out were easy.

We had a really nice stay at Oceania Bay Village. The location was great for exploring this part of Cyprus, with beaches, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. It’s a good base for getting around and seeing what the area has to offer. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. A nice touch was the welcome goodies left in the fridge—some water, snacks, and local treats—which made us feel right at home from the start. Also a starter PDF was great to know everything in advanced. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Staffs were very friendly, helpful and very proactive when we needed help in anything. Welcomed with fridge filled with basics including Bread, Cheese, Juice, Grapes, Water. Also had the full brew kit; coffee, tea & sugar, and jams as well. How amazing; with our starter pack.

Well because it was a new property that was explained to us by host - the only downside was there was only a mirror in the bathroom which we were all in queue to use especially when someones using the bathroom. Otherwise; it was an excellent and a delightful stay.

This self catered apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, the AC was excellent as was the bathroom and all fittings worked well. We did not use the pool or gym but they both looked fine. The welcome pack was very welcome as shops are not very close. It was a perfect base for us visiting family in the Dhekelia area, btu i would suggest you need a car to make the the most of any stay. It is a location that really needs a car unless you are a regular walker and or cyclist.

The best place I've ever been in Cyprus. If you look for a quiet, clean and comfortable place The Oceania bay village is the best option. It's only 25min drive to Ayia Napa, 37min to Lefkara (beautiful village), 20min to Larnaca Airport. Perfect location for eastern end of southern coast of Cyprus. The apartment is specious, bright and has a view to the pool. You don't have to worry about anything. There is everything what you need (iron, hair dryer, microwave, owen, washing mashine, towels for indoor and outdoor etc). We also had water and some basic fresh food in the fridge (bread, cheese, ham and bananas) which was a very nice surprise. I would definitely come back there of I'm in Cyprus again!!! :)

The location was excellent for us, as we have family living in the village. The food left for us at the apartment was excellent and very helpful as we arrived late at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment was pleasent. There was good flexibility in checkout time.

The washing machine was somewhat temperamental in its operation. The balcony airer was in a state of near collapse. A better supply of bin bags would have helped.
