Buffet was good, staff is nice, easy parking,

Waaay too many kids crying and screaming thru the night, I had to request to switch the room and was even given a better room, and there still were kids couple doors down screaming during the night. Israelis flooded the hotel with 2-3 kids and it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast buffet. Wifi very good. Multiple pools with separated for small children. Towel service. A/C was quite in room. Lived in junior suite and terrace was good. Excellent staff and help during stay. Glutenfree options available (but quite limited). Restaurant terrace with view of sea (however can be windy). Very helpful and nice staff.

Pool not heated and rather cold (used in start June) - maybe hotter later in season. Location of hotel is around 10 km. from Larnaca city. Taxi cost around 12-20 euro pr. trip depending on time. No real working desk in room. Buffet restaurant (night) could be improved but excellent wines. Life guards need to be more strict to guests music speakers. Smoking policy could be improved and enforced so non-smokers are not impacted by smokers (especially restaurant and pool).

The hotel was really nice, in front of a beach which only people from the hotel uses. However, it's not a sandy beach. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety eveday.

The hotel is next to other 2 hotels but it's in the middle on nowhere really. It's not far from the city but you either need a car or take the bus. We were looking a hotel where you could go for a drink or walk after dinner and this is not the hotel for that. In front of the hotel there is just a big road. There are some restaurants and souvenir shops but that's it.

Great location

pleasantly surprised with how helpful and kind the staff were, every member of the crew worked efficiently to ensure a great holiday for us, it is much appreciated. On top of that the hotel is really great, clean and spacious rooms, pools and spa, and delicious food and drinks. The breakfast especially has a wide range of food that caters to everyone.

Upon check in we received two 1l bottles, but after that it was only restocked with one 1l bottle each day (so 500ml per person). I traveled to many places and it was the first time i was refused another bottle and was told i have to buy, so that was a bit disappointing, I'd expect from a resort that we spend a lot of money in to at least give us one more water bottle, but that was the only downside and i will for sure want to return.

The hotel is very nice, we went there for New Year's Eve. Even though it was December, we really enjoyed our stay in an off season period. The hotel is clean, is right on the beach, we stayed all day on the sunbeds reading and relaxing. We took long walks on the beach, and another thing we found very convenient is that there is a bus station right outside of the Hotel (Bus number 424 and 425) which takes you all the way to the center of Larnaca, cheap and easy. The bus drive takes about 15-20 minutes. We also liked our room, the view was amazing , we had a sea view double room, it was spacious and confortable.

A thing we found a bit annoying is that the indoor pool is quite small in size, there are only 5-6 sunbeds indoors (that is all), which makes it difficult to relax by the pool in cold season, when there are plenty of guests and not all can stay by the pool or in the pool since they don't fit. Only the first 5-6 people that arrive at the indoor pool can occupy their sunbed. The jacuzzi is also small.

Staff were exceptional professionals and friendly. Especially Ms. Magda is in the reception, who has a lot of patience for our group and Ms. Galina in breakfasts. Rooms were bigger, with balcony views on the sea and cleaned every day. The swimming pool and jacuzzi inside the hotel have around 30 degrees in the temperature, and saunas were very hot. The gym is very well equipped. The hotel has a few outside swimming pools and children area. Get access to the seaside.

Very good hotel, everything you need is there. It would be nice to have heated water in the children's pool, since the hotel works in the cold months, I think it would be ideal for vacationers in November, etc. It was my child's birthday, they were supposed to congratulate him with balloons, since we had agreed on this in advance, but that day in the morning they did not bring anything and did not tell us, only after we went to ask the administrator what happened and where the balloons were, they told us that they did not have helium, of course we were upset since we found out about this too late. After I said that this is not done and it is not good, they brought the child a small cake with a candle and crayons with a coloring book. Excellent breakfast, also good dishes in the restaurant that you order, but the theme cuisines were not very good, except for one that was on Sunday. It is also great that you can order food for your child that your child will eat and the guys will cook it if you ask them in advance. Excellent staff, we really liked it

Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had nice views and heating was nice to have as well, as we traveled in March. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options, also the pool and the sauna was great. Staff was friendly and kind. The surroundings are beautiful with the palm trees, pools and beach. There are also nice pathways to walk nearby. We had a lovely time and we will be back.

I think the cats around the hotel could use a vet check. Just a suggestion, maybe 2 nights of stay could be offered to a vet in exchange for some treatment. The cats are lovely and deserve a better and healthier life.

room and pool were very nice, very close to Nissi Beach and Ayia Napa, really enjoyable and friendly reception and cleaning staff, breakfast is tasty, very nice beach.

1. would appreciate more diverse food for breakfast. and announce in advance what they are planning for dinner. while the general food was very tasty, you cannot expect the chefs can make lebanese, italian, asian, and then very tasty sushi, as well. 2. if you manage to be accommodated near a room with kids, not very helpful. or at least, if they yell or they are noisy on the hallway, it is pretty loud in the room as well. 3. kind of expensive for late checkout, almost the same price as for one night.
