The service was amazing! especially George and the other front desk team. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our return flight was canceled and what was meant to be a 3 night trip turned into a 2 week stay!! During this stressful time the hotel staff showed incredible care, understanding, and support. They went above and beyond to help us find accommodations until our new flight home. We are truly grateful and will always remember how they helped turn a difficult experience into a positive one. With much appreciation - Thank you.

Buffet was good, staff is nice, easy parking,

Waaay too many kids crying and screaming thru the night, I had to request to switch the room and was even given a better room, and there still were kids couple doors down screaming during the night. Israelis flooded the hotel with 2-3 kids and it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Lunch menu wasn't rich. We ordered twice and some meals were great, the pizza bread was hard. and we had to order from wolt to make a variety for the kids. No lock to the room bathroom. Its hard with two kids curiosity. No privacy. Also the shower has a glass wall to the room which with enogh light wasnt private enough. We ordered a room for three and asked for permission for baby crib but the room was small and they told us that only when we arrived that we cant add a crib. Altgough we notified the hotel about the visitors number in advance and they approved it. So the baby had to sleep between us which was okay but we would prefer a crib. Beds werent comfy.

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a nice balcony with open views to the sea and around. Very good and plentiful breakfast, great dinners with a different theme each night. Some background music matching the theme could have been a nice addition. Nice bar and music in the evenings. Good kids club. The private beach is wonderful. Nice and helpful staff. We really liked our stay.

The hotel has side sea view rooms on both sides of the corridor, make sure to get a room on the right side with odd room numbers, as the even ones face a building with almost no views. I first got an even number room and asked to switch rooms, which I eventually got when we arrived, and it was great, a very big difference even though both are coming considered the same level.

The size of hotel was excellent and never felt over crowded. The staff was exceptional. The service in every area impeccable. I had one of the best massages ever in the Spa. Our room was lovely and housekeeping never disturbed us while maintaining and supplying all our needs. The hard working food service staff were a pleasure. Efficient and courteous always ready with a smile and remembering our preferences after the 1st couple nights. The weather was brilliant and location was awesome. Beach and pool easy to get to, especially for someone that has mobility issues. It was an all around delightful 8 days. Kudos to all!

I really have no major complaints at all. Worst thing was batteries in TV remote were a little slow...lol

-Staff at the reception. In comparison to the restaurant personnel who were great, the reception personnel (especially the guy) were not welcoming at all. It seemed liked they did not belong to this hotel, kind of. Not rude but just cold and bored. - Very bad sound isolation. Not much to do about it, I guess. - I was surprised there was no entertainment area like billiard or a couple of board games. - Breakfast are the same all stay long. It was good but could vary.

We had a fantastic experience at Lordos Beach Hotel! The property is beautifully maintained and everything feels very clean and well cared for. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful,always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was a real highlight! So many delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes ,and yes, they even serve sparkling wine in the morning, which was a lovely surprise! 🥂 The pool area is clean and inviting,with plenty of space to relax.The kids' area is also great and safe, well-maintained, and fun for the little ones. We truly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! 💙

The stay at this hotel was the nicest experience I’ve had traveling with kids. Everyone from the staff was extremely helpful and professional, everything that we’ve asked was taken care of. The staff was extremely nice and more than understanding, considering that we were staying there with two small kids that are messy and fussy. The cleaning service was excellent and more than professional. The food was diverse and very nice, including for kids, and the staff was understanding and accepted small changes in the menu, also reacted and were prepared with small gifts and activities for them while we waited. The pools are nice, including the one for kids, also it’s very comfortable to have only 50 meters from the hotel to the beach, and having assigned sun beds from the hotel. Also, the best gym that I’ve found in a hotel, well equipped and also good quality of the equipment.

In the kids menu the soup of the day was sometimes spicy, I don’t think that is a good idea.

Great location

Breakfast buffet. Wifi very good. Multiple pools with separated for small children. Towel service. A/C was quite in room. Lived in junior suite and terrace was good. Excellent staff and help during stay. Glutenfree options available (but quite limited). Restaurant terrace with view of sea (however can be windy). Very helpful and nice staff.

Pool not heated and rather cold (used in start June) - maybe hotter later in season. Location of hotel is around 10 km. from Larnaca city. Taxi cost around 12-20 euro pr. trip depending on time. No real working desk in room. Buffet restaurant (night) could be improved but excellent wines. Life guards need to be more strict to guests music speakers. Smoking policy could be improved and enforced so non-smokers are not impacted by smokers (especially restaurant and pool).
