The staff was very nice and professional! The location is great. The facilities in the hotel and the restaurant were of a high standard.

The room cleaning was very reasonable, mainly trash removal and towel replacement. There was no thorough cleaning, such as wiping down all the drinking glasses, the table, etc., and they did not refill the coffee and tea capsules at all.

The hotel is very luxurious, it has great breakfast and a nice pool. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The AC in the rooms is bad, you can’t really feel it until it’s the middle of the night where the temperatures outside are relatively low. The pillows are uncomfortable and the hotel is located outside the city, making the transportation very expensive to everywhere in Larnaca, the lowest fare I’ve paid was 15 euros to the JUMBO store.

Good location, comfortable and clean room, beautiful view

The TV was not working and I had to call three times to get their attention. The pool was under construction. I asked the hotel in advance and got the notification that pool is usually open in April so I was expecting it to be open. Unfortunately nobody warned me it was under construction. Also I couldn’t check in early so i had to wait 5 hours before my check in time.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Madonna at reception definitely a rockstar. Breakfast had a good selection and loads of treats. Pool was great and the beach view was beautiful. Watersports really close. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

A bit far from the center (but can get there by bus or taxi) and it would be nice if the hotel had a bit more activities (there was a DJ on one of the days by the pool)

Very good in many respects. Staff were exceptional, facilities superb, room clean and comfortable. Food was good.

Breakfast was very nice but the cooked components could have done with being warmer. Not the end of the world but luke-warm bacon and beans wasn't ideal. Biggest gripe is the price of drinks. I don't mind paying a premium for service but €5.50 for a bottle of Keo is a bit much when the supermarket over the road sells the same bottle for €1.50.

Location is great! Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly and effective. Pool is great, and the beach and sea entrance are really nice. With a calm stretch of water protected by rocks, which makes for a natural sea "pool".

There is music EVERYWHERE! There is not a SINGLE spot in the hotel without loud music. Why? I (and other guests too) might want to relax? Read a book? Catch up on work? Hear the sound of the sea? Why must there be music everywhere? You can have music in the loby, and the bar. But there is ABSOLUTELY no need to have music on the beach and everywhere around the pool. Even in my balcony!

Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. There was a great deal of choice and the cooking was top class. There was even a section for local produce.

The hotel and the facilities are amazing. The ladies at the reception were not very kind, but the manager was very helpful.
