The hotel is very luxurious, it has great breakfast and a nice pool. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The AC in the rooms is bad, you can’t really feel it until it’s the middle of the night where the temperatures outside are relatively low. The pillows are uncomfortable and the hotel is located outside the city, making the transportation very expensive to everywhere in Larnaca, the lowest fare I’ve paid was 15 euros to the JUMBO store.

Good location, comfortable and clean room, beautiful view

The TV was not working and I had to call three times to get their attention. The pool was under construction. I asked the hotel in advance and got the notification that pool is usually open in April so I was expecting it to be open. Unfortunately nobody warned me it was under construction. Also I couldn’t check in early so i had to wait 5 hours before my check in time.

Location is great! Hotel is comfortable, staff is friendly and effective. Pool is great, and the beach and sea entrance are really nice. With a calm stretch of water protected by rocks, which makes for a natural sea "pool".

There is music EVERYWHERE! There is not a SINGLE spot in the hotel without loud music. Why? I (and other guests too) might want to relax? Read a book? Catch up on work? Hear the sound of the sea? Why must there be music everywhere? You can have music in the loby, and the bar. But there is ABSOLUTELY no need to have music on the beach and everywhere around the pool. Even in my balcony!

Breakfast was plentiful and high quality. There was a great deal of choice and the cooking was top class. There was even a section for local produce.

Location wasn’t great, there is not a beach, it’s just a few inches of pebbles. The room was nice except there is nowhere in bathroom to put toiletries, and the shower leaks, there was water damage in our room so the wood flooring had lifted and when you have a shower the floor gets soaking wet. This is definitely a design fault.

We went for a Relaxing two weeks after my wife and had a Hip Operation a few months prior. It was our intention to totally relax and do nothing and we succeeded. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were very nice albeit not that chatty as were the staff at the Radisson Larnaca City. Overall very impressed and certainly enough to make us come back

The Staff did lack interaction with guests. The Bar I would have thought would be Table service as was the one at The Radisson at Larnaca City. Continually having to go and order drinks etc we did think was poor service for a Hotel of this Level.

The room was perfect EXCEPT for the bathroom.. There was no outlet in the bathroom which I believe is an absolute MUST in any hotel.. There was NO counter space to put anything as that big turning unit next to the sink was more of a pain then anything...(a man must have created these bathrooms lol) women NEED counter space And the shower was not well thought out...the water was not contained in the shower space..it would keel running into the rest of the bathroom floor which made the floor extra slippery and VERY dangerous especially for my mother who is an older lady. And lastly there needed to be more hooks to hang clothes im the bathroom.
