The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of sunbeds on the side. The hotel restaurant was good, although menu not too fancy. The hotel is further away from Larnaca center and main beaches, so you would need a car to move around. But, being further away also meant that the hotel had more space, large rooms, comfortable breakfast rooms, a nice bar and swimming pool, a free parking lot, etc. The breakfast was great, with plenty of fruits, as well as hot and cold preparations.

A couple of waiters from the bar personnel were a bit unfriendly and cold, for unknown reasons. Often it felt as if we were bothering them by ordering, reminding them of the order or taking a long time to get served. On minor occasions there were errors on the check. Nothing bad, but we had more welcoming environments in other hotels. The reception staff of Sveltos was really nice, on the other hand.

The hotel is perfect, We are a couple+1 and the hotel is really nice for families. There is a small playing room on lobbys floor that our daughter enjoyed alot. The hotel crew and reception are really friendly and helped us with anything that we asked in any time. We liked also the food in the restaurant and the bar. You did a great job, Thanks :)

The location is a bit far from the touristic area of the city (maybe 15 minutes by a taxi) and there is not much to do around by walking, but to be honest, we knew that before and its not a biggie for us because we looked for a hotel like this with quiet area.

I loved everything!!!! It was my first solo trip and the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I can't thank them enough! Special thanks to Noemi, the waitress with glasses and curry hair(can't remember her name sorry hehe) and Christina as well!!! The bed was super comfortable, the swimming pool was extremely clean, the food was 10 out of 10.

There isn't anything I didn't like, however if I do have pick one thing, it's the fact that there's construction everywhere around the hotel...but I still managed to get around just took more effort, as I was only walking or took a bus.

Food was amazing. Breakfast options were more than ample. Staff were really friendly, Naomi and Elaina (not sure if I've spelt their names right) in particular made me feel really comfortable. Cant fault the hotel really. I worked my way through their menu and every dinner I had was really good.

Only downside is the location if you want to go out wondering, you'd be better off renting a car or using the busses which we did do on one day. The hotel is perfect if you just want to stay there and chill or if you've got a car to get around but it's not really within walking distance to anywhere. Also - I really think the bar staff should be allowed to wear shorts! Seeing them all walk around in black trousers in 37 degree heat when you are laid in a bikini doesn't make you feel good. Hopefully this could be noted and they could be given the choice to wear shorts if they wish.

Clean bathroom, floors, bed. The man at the reception kindly advised us where to go to see flamingos. But then, we even heard them and saw them from our balcony! Breakfast was at the level of a luxury restaurant with decent quiet music and attentive staff. Nothing was missing, even vegan options (chia pudding!).

The noise from the nearby highway and common road is very disturbing into late night. Walls are like paper so you can hear all guests too. Missing mosquito nets. The TV is built into the wall so you can't connect your own device with a hdmi cable.

A high quality hotel. I'm not sure why it only gets 3 stars; it was significantly better than a 4 star hotel I stayed at last year. A really beautiful pool area with extensive loungers. Breakfast was good with an extensive choice and good quality coffee. Food was available by the pool all day and was good quality.

It is situated a good 75 minute walk from central Larnaca and the surrounding area is a bit of a bombsite at the moment. However, I finally sussed out the bus timetable which made travel into the centre easy (I would recommend downloading the Moovit app). There were quite a few restaurants within a 20 minute walk.

staff very friendly, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Well managed hotel, quite well situated for exploring the region. Overlooks Oriklini lake - flamingos and rare birds to see.

Not much. An extra blanket in the room would have been welcomed during the recent cold spell. There is currently alot of road work construction that prevents walking access to the nearby beach which is a shame, but probably this will have been completed by the Summer.

We loved our stay here. Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff who treat you with so much love & respect. Excellent pool restaurant. Very filling & hearty breakfast. Highly recommended. There’s a bus stop just 200 meters away. From airport the hotel is easily accessible with bus 425. Thank you for making our stay so memorable 🙏❤️

Everything was truly amazing! The decor was beautiful, and the cleanliness in all areas was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious, and the à la carte meals were tasty with generous portions. The hotel was quiet! But what impressed us the most was the staff! From the first to the last person, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always smiling! We felt like we were at home! Thank you for everything! We will definitely visit again!

The rooms, hotel, and pool were all clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

In the images, it appeared that the hotel offered an open buffet, so we were initially considering a half-board option. However, we later discovered that they only serve à la carte meals. Consequently, we changed our minds, as we found the photo to be misleading.
