The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The fact that the management allowed guests to remove pieces of gym equipment from the gym for personal use, essentially depriving everyone else of use of the removed equipment.

The adjacent hotel is being renovated. It is a building construction site. They start at 6 am and continue all day long. The noise is horrible. If they are still renovating, make sure you get a pool side room, otherwise you won’t be able to stay there.

Surroundings were more than fine. Personnel was extremely good at reception and on Q&A. They also tried to organise entertainment themes per night.

Cleaners to have initiative on replacing dirty glasses with new ones for example, beach towels when the dirty ones are handed over etc. They cleaned the room quite well though. During breakfast refill of trays needs to be ameliorated and management to ensure cheese and ham platters to be placed at a cool place since they looked sweating since it was very hot... The hotel was very packed so we were very understanding especially seeing the efforts made by employees.

It was a great choice for all inclusive holiday with my friend. The staff were extremely friendly ( Christina from FOH and Andy from Restaurant were especially attentive and stood out). The room was clean and reasonably sized. The access to the see was sp convenient and easy with many loungers and we didnt had to get up at 6 am to participate in “towel loungers booking run”. The food was good and we never came across empty trays regardless of the time we arrived- desserts were especially good, however they have been repeated a bit too often. As 2 ladies we felt safe and would definitely recommend if you want peaceful holiday.

The entertainment in the evening should improve, however the violin player was great. Everyone enjoyed her take on modern tunes. There is a poor choice of places to go outside of the resort if you want to mix things up so really having all inclusive saved us so much stress, time and money. The internet is also bit patchy and tv channels could improve.

Everything was fantastic! The location was close to Larnaca but not too far to enjoy the city , the staff were always helpful and smiling at any time of the day, the pools and beach were very clean and the restaurants offered buffet or à la carte menu which you could choose depending on your préférence. The breakfast offered many choices either hot or cold with omelettes made to order, and poached eggs!!! which is very rare in most hotels. The bars are plesantly situated indoors and outdoors with comfortable relaxed seating and nightly entertainment when we stayed especially the romantic saxophonist!! The airconditioning worked very well especially on 34 C days also a rarity in alot of good hotels. The toiletries are of excellent quality and the beds are comfortable. I'm sure I've forgotten a few things but I think this hotel is a perfect pick for a holiday in Cyprus ❤️

I might have been just our bathroom but there was a small amount of mould in the grouting of the shower stall also the doors to adjoining rooms that make up the suites are not soundproof.

Wonderful hotel Outstanding service Christina is amazing and did everything to make us happy, including our four children. The food selection was limited but the kitchen staff responded to the children's every request. We extended our stay to "all inclusive" so we could enjoy all this goodness. The location is a bit far from everything and we unfortunately discovered that the bus stop next to the hotel is not active many hours a day.

Maybe add shuttles from the hotel to the city to make the stay more pleasant. The bus doesn't stop at the nearby stop at all for many hours a day. Even Pizza Hut and Caffe Nero are very far away and there is no way to get to them without a taxi and when you have children it is more complicated.

A Perfect Stay! I just wanted to share the amazing experience I had during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the guest experience is their top priority. The staff was absolutely fantastic – always friendly, polite, and ready to assist with any request or question. The service was exceptional, and there was a genuine effort to cater to my personal needs throughout my entire stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-organized, with everything I needed to feel right at home. Additionally, the atmosphere at the hotel was calm and relaxing, with attention given to every little detail. The food was delicious and varied even for vegetarians Throughout my stay, I felt like they truly cared about my experience, and the service went above and beyond my expectations. I’m certain I’ll be coming back to this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. Highly recommended!

Our entire 3 generational family of 15 stayed for 4 days. At the end all my grandchildren wanted to stay. The consensus was that my daughter in law and I had picked just the right hotel for all of us. In our family it is not so easy getting everyone to agree. I especially liked the professional service. Pools ,beach ,service ,food all terrific. (The excellent breads are baked everyday at this hotel) everyone was polite doing their best to make us enjoy our stay. They succeeded

Wifi in rooms needs upgrading. I personally would like a coffee machine at dinner - gratis.

Visited out of season so was quiet, which I liked! Good options for food and drinks, with lovely areas to sit inside and outside. Two pools with loungers all the way down to the beach which during peak times will mean people have space. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who ensured my friend with a nut allergy was catered for. Good transport links via bus or taxi to the town and around the island (ask for Sava on the taxis!)

The buffets - both breakfast and dinner - got cold very quickly so unless you were early to meals, the hot food was cold! There was no hair dryer in the room.

A pleasant hotel, not new, but fully and very well restored. Four stars, not five; I don't know why it’s rated five stars on Booking. Everything is wonderful for four stars - the food, the pools, the room. The family suite is very comfortable - it consists of two interconnecting rooms, each with a separate entrance and a door between them. There are comfortable queen beds, a bathroom in each room, a shower in one, and a bathtub in the other. The design of the corridors and lobby is beautiful. The beach is shallow, enclosed by embankments, but it's perfect for children. The bottom is great. Clean and smooth. Adults can walk out to the deeper area and swim there too.

The hotel's location is a bit strange - it's across from the sea, and on both sides there are two other hotels, so the sea view is relative: either through a regular window in a few rooms at the end of the building, or a partial view along with the balconies of the neighboring hotel . Sometimes there was no hot water, only warm water, and the air conditioner blew cold air, even though it was turned off. Maybe it was because of the strong wind outside. ☹️
