I wanted to share some positive feedback about my stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, and from the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and well cared for. The food offered a great variety of options, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning my room daily. Additionally, the area around the pool is very well maintained.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding the pool closing at 6 PM for cleaning. This timing seems early, especially when the weather is still nice. For families with children who need to nap after lunch, it would be more convenient to allow access to the pool later in the evening, at least close the pool at 7 PM. I would like to address the issue of the internet connection in my room, which was quite poor. After three requests for assistance, I finally received an external router on the fifth day of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The fact that the management allowed guests to remove pieces of gym equipment from the gym for personal use, essentially depriving everyone else of use of the removed equipment.

Surroundings were more than fine. Personnel was extremely good at reception and on Q&A. They also tried to organise entertainment themes per night.

Cleaners to have initiative on replacing dirty glasses with new ones for example, beach towels when the dirty ones are handed over etc. They cleaned the room quite well though. During breakfast refill of trays needs to be ameliorated and management to ensure cheese and ham platters to be placed at a cool place since they looked sweating since it was very hot... The hotel was very packed so we were very understanding especially seeing the efforts made by employees.

Good breakfast, great pool and a perfect private beach.

The adjacent hotel is being renovated. It is a building construction site. They start at 6 am and continue all day long. The noise is horrible. If they are still renovating, make sure you get a pool side room, otherwise you won’t be able to stay there.

It was a great choice for all inclusive holiday with my friend. The staff were extremely friendly ( Christina from FOH and Andy from Restaurant were especially attentive and stood out). The room was clean and reasonably sized. The access to the see was sp convenient and easy with many loungers and we didnt had to get up at 6 am to participate in “towel loungers booking run”. The food was good and we never came across empty trays regardless of the time we arrived- desserts were especially good, however they have been repeated a bit too often. As 2 ladies we felt safe and would definitely recommend if you want peaceful holiday.

The entertainment in the evening should improve, however the violin player was great. Everyone enjoyed her take on modern tunes. There is a poor choice of places to go outside of the resort if you want to mix things up so really having all inclusive saved us so much stress, time and money. The internet is also bit patchy and tv channels could improve.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel because I love it very much. And this year my stay at your hotel exceeded all my expectations. For those who are looking for a cozy and beautiful hotel for a comfortable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, there are two more hotels nearby and the whole "complex" is located on the seashore with a large beach strip. The hotel has a beautiful area with swimming pools smoothly flowing into the beach line. Stunning views of the sea. Delicious and nutritious breakfasts. Live music in the evenings in the lobby. Very beautiful and stylish interior in the lobby and adjacent bar area, large area for relaxation inside and outside the hotel. A wonderful place to relax with or without children, for everyone and for any age. Wonderful staff and excellent service at all levels. I am grateful to the hotel staff for a very individual approach, especially I want to express my gratitude to Naser, Sofia and Christina. Everything was perfect

The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, the pools were excellent, and the beach was simply perfect. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff, especially Christina, who made our stay unforgettable. The team was always courteous and welcoming, whether in the hallways, the dining room, or at the reception. The hotel is in a great location, close to Larnaca and Jumbo, with several restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores just outside. There is even a bowling alley that feels like it was taken straight out of the ’90s.

I would have appreciated it if there were more playground facilities for children (there is only one for very small kids and it’s in the sun for half the day), and there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom and the water pressure was weak.

Great location on the edge of Larnaca – it’s just under a 20-minute drive to the airport, and you can reach the city just as quickly by car, taxi, or bus. The territory is quite spacious, there are enough sun loungers, the sea is fairly clean, with a bit of pebbles at the entrance, but then it’s sandy. The area up to the breakwater is perfect for swimming with children: shallow and always warm water. The food is rather repetitive and the selection isn’t very large, but everything is of good quality and tasty — overall, it’s enough. The staff is very pleasant — from the reception to the room cleaning — everyone is friendly and willing to help.

Of course, the appearance of the hotel is not for demanding guests: everything is a bit worn and dated. For example, the air conditioning control panel in the room looks like it’s straight from the 90s — although the AC itself works great. It does sound like a plane taking off, but you get used to it :) Room cleaning is nothing to rave about either, though I’ve encountered the same in beach hotels from the Emirates to Greece. Towels are replaced regularly — and that’s something to be thankful for. There aren’t many entertainment options for children: just a small playground and a playroom — something for families with kids to keep in mind.

Everything was fantastic! The location was close to Larnaca but not too far to enjoy the city , the staff were always helpful and smiling at any time of the day, the pools and beach were very clean and the restaurants offered buffet or à la carte menu which you could choose depending on your préférence. The breakfast offered many choices either hot or cold with omelettes made to order, and poached eggs!!! which is very rare in most hotels. The bars are plesantly situated indoors and outdoors with comfortable relaxed seating and nightly entertainment when we stayed especially the romantic saxophonist!! The airconditioning worked very well especially on 34 C days also a rarity in alot of good hotels. The toiletries are of excellent quality and the beds are comfortable. I'm sure I've forgotten a few things but I think this hotel is a perfect pick for a holiday in Cyprus ❤️

I might have been just our bathroom but there was a small amount of mould in the grouting of the shower stall also the doors to adjoining rooms that make up the suites are not soundproof.

The entire staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel truly at home. Especially Christina, she took care of us in all aspects. One of the highlights of our stay was the private beach — clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It offered the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. We also greatly enjoyed the pool area, which was both inviting and well-kept, providing a refreshing escape throughout the day.
