Great location.. On the main strip with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is in the “buzzy” part of Protaras so lots of people around the evening, but the rooms facing the pool are quiet so you can’t notice it (request one of these if you want an early night). Bus stop right outside the apartment which was very convenient for travelling around if you want to explore the area (15-20 mins to Green Bay and Konnos Bay). It was a 5 min walk to a lovely beach / promenade. Fig Tree bay (one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus) was a 15 min walk away which isn’t far at all, but I actually preferred the beach closer to the apartment :) The room was spacious and had a balcony. Aircon worked well too. Giorgos was very friendly and helpful.. I was able to leave my bag at reception and use the pool until I left for Larnaca at like 4pm, thank you again!

Excellent location on the main street. The hotel has a pool that is thoroughly cleaned every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful with anything you might need, whether something is missing or if there’s a problem. The on-site bar is great, and the food is excellent. The same staff members work both at the hotel and the bar. The hotel is respectful towards people with disabilities and is actively working to ensure they have the best possible stay.

Room cleaning is done every two to three days, which is not a problem, but it would be helpful to have something in the room to clean the sand off the floor in the meantime, when returning from the beach. The adapters for UK sockets are loose — we bought new ones, but even those were unstable when using an EU charger, causing frequent loss of contact.

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach, right on the strip. George was a fantastic host, very helpful when we asked to change rooms to one that faced the pool (the kids had a hard time falling asleep because of the noise from the bars). For a 2-star hotel we found the accomodations more than satisfactory. Great bang for the buck :)

As mentioned, the rooms facing the strip were quite noisý in the evening, not really the hotels fault. So if your travelling with younger children try to get one of the rooms facing the pool area.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and even though our checkout was at 12 they offered to find a room so we could shower etc later. Unfortunately there was nothing free but even the offer alone was a nice gesture. The food in the sports bar was lovely and we always had a good meal. The pool area was never packed and beds were always available. The hotel is bang on in the centre of everything and the beach is about 5 mins walk away. They also have a carpark if you hire a car.

Our shower curtain was too short and every time someone had a shower the bathroom was flooded. It would be nice to have a wee mop or brush and shovel just for a wee tidy up between cleaners. Especially if you go to the beach as the sand gets everywhere. These were not big problems and wouldn't put me off coming back. 😊

Flora apartments are right in the heart of many of the best bars and restaurants in Protaras but we didn't find it noisy (we were out until quite late though). The apartments are large, clean and exceptionally good value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On the day we left we were allowed to keep on a room until 7:30pm as our flight was late in the evening. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated. There's also a really nice pool which during our stay was never busy. The seafront and extensive promenade are less than ten minutes walk away.

The rather flimsy shower curtain and inability to move the shower head on its fitting without removing it meant that showering was a more complicated and messy business than would be ideal.

Great size apartment with separate lounge/dinning area to the main bedroom and wc. Very convenient for the restaurant and bar with first class service, warm friendly welcome from everyone at the Flora Hotel Apartments. Multiple TVs gave great viewing of the global sports available.

Hard to find fault with the service provided, I did notice the investment with new mattresses being fitted across all levels.

This was a short two day break to Protaras for my wife’s birthday. My only slight gripe was the mattresses on the beds. I don’t know if they were new but they were very hard. We had two breakfasts and one evening meal which were all delicious A special shout out to all the staff who were all brilliant. This was our second short stay at the Flora Hotel Appts and we will definitely be back later in the year.

Great value for money hotel 5min walk from the beach. Location is overall perfect. WiFi works well also. Breakfast is a la carte with 4-5 options like English/continental/American breakfast - nothing fancy but gets the job done for the price.

The only major drawback of the hotel is street noise. The sound insulation is nonexistent so try to avoid windows facing the street if you’re a light sleeper.
