Hotel is in the perfect location. You can reach historical places very easily. Breakfast was was above my expectations. It was possible to find a product that appealed to every taste. Rooms were cleaning everyday.

Although it was written on the website that there was an airport shuttle and my friend make a reservation by stating the time we would arrive, they did not send a shuttle and said that it was a paid service. When we wanted to pay for it, we heard that we did not have a shuttle available. Since we made our reservations by shuttle, transportation was difficult for us with our luggage.

Good location, everything within walking distance, but quiet at night. Good breakfasts and a very large and comfortable bed.Clean bathroom with everything you need. And it's very convenient that there is a refrigerator.

The only thing I didn’t like was that during our week-long stay they never changed the reading light, even though they reminded me about it every day.

The location is great being near lots of shops and restaurants. Checkin was easy and so was checkout. The room was a good size, clean and with a small fridge in the room. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo provided. The breakfast is very good with a wide range of options, couldn't ask for a better breakfast.

The only slight negative was the main radiator pipe ran vertically through the room, so even when we turned our radiator off, it was still warm in the room but for December that wasn't bad for us. The beds were two singles pushed together with two separate single duvets, but for a couple of nights it was fine.

The buffet style breakfast offered a great variety of both savoury and sweet foods and was very tasty. I really like to commend Andrea, a natural team leader who was very friendly and took great effort to keep the buffet and the restaurant meticulously clean and organized with attention to every detail. Also the reception staff was very personable and obliging especially the manager Kristina who appreciates us as valued frequent clients and found for us a nice room that met all our needs and expectations. Thank you Kristina.

The one thing which could be better, is a general lighting in the room, with the exception of the bathroom and reading lights, it needs to be much brighter. The same goes for halls and reception area. Brighter lighting would give rooms and general areas a mood lifting cheery feel!

Close to main sightseeing spots

Some of the breakfast staff were not very polite or friendly. I requested to takeaway my breakfast as I was in a hurry, but one staff member raised their voice and firmly stated, “No breakfast out, breakfast here.” It was an unpleasant experience that could have been handled more professionally. When I later complained at the reception, they mentioned that the hotel offers travel packages, which made the situation even more confusing—why didn’t the staff simply offer that instead of yelling? The hotel manager commented that i didn’t payed for breakfast, but it was included in the price, which felt like an unnecessary argument. At that point, I didn’t want to debate further and simply left disappointed…

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms. Nicely decorated. Lifts to all floors. Good range of breakfast options. Comfy beds. Our room was at the back so nice and quiet. Fabulous for public transport links metro, trams and buses all within a few minutes walk. Great location in the old town. Lots of shops, eateries and a nearby shopping mall with food court. Easy to walk to anywhere within the city.

Not the most modern of hotels but certainly clean and well kept. No kettle in the room but for a small change you can have one for the duration of the stay. Be aware it doesn’t get topped up but if you ask at reception they will give you what you need. Be aware tea is drunk black so no milk supplied.

Breakfast was amazing, it had at least one of every type of food. The room/suite was really good with great views and a nice balcony, although we did have an issue with an ant infestation during our stay. The general location of the hotel is amazing, we went on walks around the hotel, went down to the beach... IT WAS AMAZING!

well again the ants were a problem and one of the staff members wasn't quite nice and actually a bit rude, his name was Marious/Mario I think? something of the sort. I wouldn't say this was generally bad but I recommend making the private pools a little bit heated.

The location was great with the powder tower at the end of road ,along with supermarket,on the corner. Tram and bus stop directly outside hotel ,Helpful staff, comfortable bed ,huge room mine was on the third floor , pretty quiet ,slept very well. The breakfast was quite varied ,fruit , pastry, cereal toast , very good scrambled eggs ,very tasty.

The room didn't have A/C just a pedestal fan , wasn't that hot but in July/August even with the windows open could get quite hot, Surprised there was no bacon ,only minor gripe

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and we were pleased with the area, The old town, shopping center, Charles Bridge, and Palladium Center were all in the neighborhood, 2-10 min walking. the breakfast was also nice and better than our expectations and the staff also behaved nicely.

everything was as expected or better than expectation, the only thing is that, because we have a small baby, if there would be portable douche , that might be more comfortable for us

Situated in the heart of Prague, Atlantic Hotel was a pleasant surprise to me. The room was very spacious , clean, well - equipped, modern style, with good esthetic. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. And all this in a pretty good price. I would highly recommend it!

I visited in the heart of summer, so a small refrigerator in the room to keep our water cold, would be nice.
