The Location of the Property is very excellent. Very well connected to the Public Transport (just a 2 mins walk). Vasil and Veronika at the Reception are just Amazing. They explained us all the things while checking-in. Thye gave us perfect and all details about Room, Hotel, Breakfast, Public Transport, nearby Restaurants and attractions as well. They are very Polite and knowledgeable too. We really enjoyed our Stay. Room size were quite decent and rooms are near and clean. Everything was perfect and value for Money. Parking is included in stay and very convenient to park and use it. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay

One thing made me upset and terrible is we had a little problem with Shower in the bathroom. Although it got fixed very quickly but the Facility Guy who came to fix that entered into our room directly without our permission. (He might have got the Master key). This is not at all acceptable and evade into someone's privacy. I would request Hotel staff to look into this very seriously.

Great Place to stay while visiting Prague. Few minutes drive or Tram ride to the city center. Staff was great, beds were clean and comfortable.. Rooms were well maintained. Loved the services and the staff. They were helpful and Jolly. There is a roof top bar as well to relax in the evening.

hotel is great , receptionist guys are very kind , manager was also kind , we talked with him due to city tax issue .

Manager made us pay the city tax although our booking payment shows that our payment includes taxes too . He was trying to explain me booking.com was not correct we have to city tax . They took that money from us ! It is 2.20€ per day per person but it is not acceptable to pay more when i have already paid it !!

Overall it was a very good experience. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also top quality. Room was comfortable enough for three of us. Will recommend everyone.

It lacked swimming pool, but it can not be held against them.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are so friendly. They have free mulled wine for guests for most of the day. We were given a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The rooms are so clean and the pillows were super soft. The location is very close to the tram line about a 3 minute walk and the number 18 tram takes you to city centre Would definitely recommend this hotel to friend ♥️

Stunning and beautiful. Classic building with elegant aura. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. This hotel is not in Prague center but Ubers and taxi where never more than 5 minutes away.

Great breakfast with international and local food selection. Big clean room, nice location (15 minutes by tram from city center) and free parking. Super friendly and helpful people on the reception.

We came to this hotel from the UK and stayed for two nights to join a family party (90th Birthday) on the 14th floor in a lovely space with a great buffet and ouze of drinks with great staff at hand.

Can't find anything we didn't like.

The breakfast was fantastic with so much choice I didn’t know where to start and what to try first! Everything appeared well labelled and well presented. Everything we tried was tasty and we didn’t need to eat again during the morning.

I would’ve liked to know what is in the detox juice.

Good location, fast access to the city centre, tram station 2 min walking distance. The room was big, the parking free, and the hotel staff is always there to accommodate your needs. The minibar prices are very decent, giving the fact that it’s a 4* hotel. As a bonus - Great cocktails at the rooftop bar. Prices also very decent. The welcome drink is also a nice touch.

They could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, as there are some aspects that can be improved. If you want to order room service, a 6.5€ delivery fee will apply, and there was a minimum order value, for the delivery tax not to apply. Given the grand stature of the hotel this shouldn’t exist.
