Hands down one of my best stays so far. From the moment we arrived to the departure everything was amazing. The staff were excellent, especially Ahmed Naser the shift leader at reception who upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a stunning view! All the restaurant and kitchen staff were exceptional and friendly. The rooms were big and very clean, modern and bathroom essentials provided daily. 10/10 for cleanliness and 10/10 for food. We had all inclusive but missed it some nights however they provided a good variety of meals and desserts. Also, the cocktails were exceptional especially at the Pool Bar. Thank you to Sinai the Spa staff and the lovely ladies who did our massage. The hotel grounds are amazing and enough space, pools, and activities for everyone. The Wi-Fi was great connected even on the beach! Honestly, I do not have enough words to say how amazing it was. There is also a night club which closes at 2am. Football is shown on the big screen and kids clubs, adult entertainment outdoors which was fun and good music! There are also shops in the hotel and amazing perfumes etc and shops walking distance from the hotel. In terms of activities & airport pick up, we booked most through Booking.com. Everything is charged in dollars, euros, or pounds, so I advise to change to Egyptian currency to spend less. TAKE CASH WITH YOU. There is an amazing guy Mumud I think his name is at the taxi stand who is amazing. And the tour providers in the hotel are also amazing! I will be back again for longer. I highly recommend you experience cleopatra at least once in a lifetime. They deserve 10 STARS!

Nothing. Everything was amazing

Splendid view from the room balcony, out room was upgraded on arrival. Special shout out for the staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and valued. The staff is always kind, smiling and polite and they make sure you have a pleasant stay. Spacious room and shower room with everything you might need. Towels and beach towel changed everyday. Excellent size pools. We enjoyed the drinks especially the local beer. Very clean and well maintained outside area. Excellent beach, with clear water (but make sure you'll bring your water shoes).

The shower/bathroom water temperature was not appropiate for the weather, even on the highest temperature level the water was roughly lukeworm. Maybe when is 40 degrees C outside this is the right water temperature for showering but when is just 21 degrees C is not good enough for us.

Pleasant with very nice corals if you like diving/swimming. Food is of good quality and chefs are nice. Cleaning is good and pleasant. Overall very relaxing place with helpful and nice staff. Nobody begs tips from you and are professionals. Pictures that you see here are what you get. Maybe first or second time in my life everything actually was how it looked. Clean, nothing broken, everything as good as in pictures. I’d even say they didn’t show nature as beautifully in pictures as it were there. Postive or negative depending on you is the amount of Russian spoken. For me the best/funniest animations were more aimed Russians and worst ones were aimed at English (country)

Animators can be bit too active trying to get you to participate. Sometimes you want to just relax and not explain why you don’t want to participate. Alcohol isn’t really good, I could bring myself to drink wine and beer, everything else was more or less ethanol with sugar. Some might find it kind of repetive as maybe 20-30% of food change and still with minor changes. For 1 week I found it good and value for money but my wife got bored after 3 days.

We liked the resort. We felt it was really beautifully laid-out and it had a very pleasant relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were very friendly.

The Wi-Fi was rubbish. I am not sure how it got that score. I partner paid $20 for the 72 hour internet upgrade but that was also wank. The food and drinks weren't amazing. They were fine, but they didn't match the opulence of the resort on the whole.

In our first step they helped us about a problem. There was only superior room was available with queen bed but we needed separate beds. They gave us deluxe room to fix this and I really appreciate it. The whole resort was so relaxing, as a person who got used to be in crowd I felt totally chilled. Beach was rocky but the water is so clear. Pool was good almost everyday we played pool volleyball. animation team was super good they always kept us alive. But the most beautiful thing is bars were super good, especially pool bar and Mr. Zidane, he’s a good bartender who makes special cocktails, also it’s so nice to have a conversation with him. Also all the chefs were great and so so kind, I loved their delicious food. Dear Cleopatra Resort it was my first time but for sure it wasn’t the last time. See you soon inshallah 😽🩷🧚‍♀️

Nothing, Everything was excellent

The resort is very beautiful, there are all kind of animations and spectacles, the staff is very nice and kind, specially the Head desk manager Eslam, and Master chef Bakr and the others. They will try to accomplish any your wish. Strongly recommend

Only thing that I didn’t like and it’s NOT the fault of the resort, that official exchange rate everywhere for an Egyptian pound is half price, than than on the street or boutiques, and it will cost you double if you pay by the card because they calculate in that Egyptian pound that is 32 which half of what you’ll get on the street. Recommend to bring lot of cash and before you need it, change it on the street in pounds and pay with it, like this you will pay about 40/50% less.

Room was huge, staff were very friendly, food is good, Gardens are absolutely immaculate, they brought me the cutest chocolate cake for my birthday- so kind, they are very accommodating, facilities are stunning, the beach set up was my favourite, super fun jetty with snorkelling and a very knowledgeable lifeguard- Ahmad! everything was great and we really fell in love with it towards the end and felt very sad to leave. Hopefully will be back soon

The first day we had a lot of representatives try to sell us all kinds of things- massages, quad bike trips etc which would have been great if it weren’t a bit forceful. I think if they can be slightly less intense in their sales technique it would have been more welcome. After the first day none of them approached us again.

The staff were absolutely incredible! They bent over backwards for us! On arrival, the head chef, restaurant manager and sous chef came to see us at reception to go over our dietary requirements. They took such amazing care of us. We were spoilt! The hotel is very clean! They are always cleaning! The rooms were beautiful! The food choices were amazing! Many of the beaches in Nambq bay are rocky to get to the water but at Cleopatra, it is a lovely Sandy beach. We never go back to the same place twice, but we are desperate to return next year.

There are reps in the hotel that try to sell you trips and taxis. They will try to overcharge you 3 times the price. We recommend booking trips on booking.com and to find a taxi driver outside of the hotel. They all communicate via WhatsApp, so we just messaged our taxi driver whenever we wanted to head out.

The review I'm most happy to post in my entire life. I spent 9 fantastic and relaxing days (too few) in this wonderful resort, perfect in every way! The cleanliness and attention of all the staff are incredible starting from Ali our cleaning man (room 3007) followed but no less Ani and Omar very nice and also super attentive, Ahmed and the second pool bartender with their super colorful cocktails and their reading what you want before ordering it and a real thank you goes to Ebrahim from the very kind Pilli Pilli! The diving center in the hotel is exceptional and looks after you very well (we also had a car problem and they moved the excursion without even asking, really super). A super thank you also goes to Karim, Seven7 (uh uh! That's not his name but for me that's his name 😉) and Eva from the entertainment staff. I don't want to forget Reda and Romani from the Market (excellent food) always kind and smiling. Thanks to all the staff in general and to those who are on stage during the wonderful evenings that make this resort a dream!

2 small things to improve: - the food of the à la carte restaurants (appreciated the mixed fry of the Italian and the main fish dish of the sea for the rest no comment); -Wi-Fi

Anything I say is less. First trip to Sharm and what a memorable stay with Cleopatra. The most luxurious I have ever felt on any of my trips. The sea view rooms were jaw dropping, size, bed comfort was top notch. Staff were amazing. Food service was excellent. Amazing location, only 7 minutes from the airport. Overall, if you are looking to get well worth your money this is your place. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Main courses everyday were mostly similar and average taste wise. The staff did scam us once here, we wanted to get a taxi to Old Town but they said there is no taxis and can only be booked through hotel for which they charged us £60 for a round trip to the bazaar and farsha cafe and back. When we stepped outside of the resort there were taxis everywhere and 1/3 of the price. Please be careful with this. I did not appreciate being lied too and tricked into this scam. Especially as it was our first time there and we asked the hotel for help they just thought its best for them to make money out of it.
