The pools were great & the restaurants had a good selection of food. We had a lovely big family suit & nice views.

The drinks selection wasn’t great. Also public toilets in the hotel weren’t very clean.

1- Good value for money 2- Good aqua park and swimming pool 3- helpful and decent staff

Regarding facilities 1- Aqua park and swimming pool open-hours needs modifications to start earlier and finish later 2- Car park area is not covered Regarding food 1- Salad corner is poor 2- Sometimes food plates are not clean 3- Sometimes restaurant is very crowded and you have to wait in a queue to get food which is a very bad experience

Perfect, my reservation was 2 connected room garden view but they offer for us pool view without any charge just to welcome gift

Room service could be more perfect compared to all facilities in this hotel.

The room is clean and nice, the pool is big, the reception is very helpful and great, check in was fast,

I was in room 1100 in the main building the door is not sound proof enough as it is too noisy in the room from the night party. You can hear all the music in the room .... Need to improve food varieties.

The best thing about this hotel and the reason we return time and time again is the staff they are amazing go above and beyond are always polite and make you feel welcome, we have been to this hotel 5 times this year so don't believe some of the bad reviews I think they are just far to picky and expect 5* when they have realistically paid for 3* The beds are soooo comfortable and the pillows are the best IV ever slept on I need to get these for home 🤣 Food is not 5* Michelin but you won't starve there is always something to eat so the reviews about absolutely nothing to eat are over exaggerated to say the least Pools are clean and well maintained and one is heated which you do need in the cooler months Kariem (gym) Ali (snack bar) tamir (restaurant) Ahmed (lobby bar) young Mohammad (life guard) Omar (restaurant manager) islam (reception/hotel manager) Ibrahim (snack bar) these few in particular stand out every time we stay they are always smiling & nothing is ever to much trouble ❤️

Bathrooms really do need updating they do let the rooms down Spoons need putting in the rooms so you can make a cup of tea or coffee Mosquitos are quite bad so take plenty of spray and wrist bands but it is Egypt so these are not only at this hotel just keep patio doors closed and spray the rooms

- Staff is very friendly and helpful. - Room size is nice, very clean and furniture is new . - Jacuzzi in the toilet is nice. - Rooms are close to the reception, pools and resturant. - The heated pool is very nice . All in all the, Hotel is very nice and I definitely plan to re stay in soon .

- They need to do more efforts on food regarding varieties and taste. - Poor evening activities maybe coz of low occupency during my stay .

The whole thing was amazing The staff at exceptional they really do make sure your stay is of a very high standard. Even the taxi desk at the front did us amazing deals and was available all times of the day.

I would have to say the food was disappointing I ate out a lot The ques were a little long at times but I didn’t like the food. They allowed sun beds to be saved and with only one heated pool that shouldn’t be allowed as you never get a place and going in the winter we went in Jan the weather was amazing but the other pools were to cold for the kids

Staff friendly attentive and helpful. Especially our cleaner Marbruck and bar staff Muhammad Ibrahim Islam and bar manager Muhammed. Always helpful and asked us to sit down and bring our drink order over to us. Reception and Dining staff also deserve a mention. Nice swimming pool, spacious double adjoining rooms with aircon and a large bedroom.

The food was mostly disappointing,not catering for European tastes. Omlettes and fried eggs kept us going. Beefburgets would be a nice addition. Plenty of salads, sweet cakes and beef stew and fries. Cleaner knocking on our door at 8.30am, soon changed this to 10am.

The hotel was very nice and handicapped accessible. I looked for a long time for a hotel like this and am very happy to have found this hotel. Due to a congenital muscle weakness, I am partially dependent on an electric wheelchair. And the hotel staff helped me a lot and did everything they could. The bathroom was fully handicapped accessible with grab bars next to the toilet and shower. Unfortunately, this cannot be seen in the hotel photos, otherwise perhaps more handicapped guests would choose this hotel. It could be completed in some photos. What I found very positive, and I only saw it in the hotel photos, was that there were grab bars and flat steps by the pool. Otherwise I would not have been able to use the pool. The staff were very helpful, and I can especially mention Islam at reception, who made everything possible and gave me many options to make my vacation perfect. Everything worked out great, including the transport to the airport in an electric wheelchair. You could reach him at any time and get an answer straight away, he even speaks German, unfortunately I don't speak much English or Arabic myself. In the restaurant everyone was super nice, I would especially like to mention Hisham by name, who was always there to help me straight away. But there were also a few other very nice employees there, unfortunately I don't know their names. The pool supervisors were all great, when they saw me coming, they immediately found me a place so that my wheelchair could be in the shade and moved the loungers to one side. If I wanted to get a towel or bring it back, they immediately came to meet me. And it was like that everywhere, room service opened my water bottles for me every day because I don't have any strength in my hands. The staff at the bars were great, everyone was super nice and helpful, they brought me the drinks wherever I wanted.

I liked everything there. It was a bit remote and I couldn't go everywhere with my electric wheelchair, but that's my problem. It was still resolved and I got out. I was there with my husband, but he couldn't stay the whole time. I got a lot of unexpected help from the hotel staff, so everything was perfect and I was able to relax.
