The accommodation was well set out , easy parking, exceptional staff. This was our second stay with you and we would like to highlight the man who drove the bus transport between the Casino and the accommodation, he delivered underpasses customer interactions. He should be officially thanked as he is an assert to your Business, we still talk fondly of our interactions with him and spread the word on the personal service he delivered.

The beds/ mattresses were a little hard this time. We don’t sleep very well as a result. The lounge area could have had another two seater couch or two armchairs added as this are lacked sufficient seating for the three adults and one child on this occasion.

Room was spacious for a family. Bed was comfortable. Great pool area. Although, the Villas were pretty full, the apartment we were in was relatively quiet. (It was at the end of the Villa area as well)

The window that was in the hallway did not have a curtain/blind on it therefore letting a lot of light into the bedroom. Bedroom door had to be shut for this reason, therefore bedroom becoming a little cooler. The night we were there Bolters only served pizza. Other area was shut that sold main meals. No tea towels provided to do dishes with.

Staff, facilities - pool, grounds etc were lovely. Beds were awesome and comfortable. Beautifully presented outside of villas, gardens etc.

We were in a villa apartment. The decor, furniture and furnishings in living areas left the room feeling and looking very empty, a bit too small and sparce for the size of the room etc. Couches faceing towards empty walls - not even a entertaining unit and a very small tv oddly mounted in a corner - despite a long empty wall in front of couches. Leaving it looking cheap and odd. Functionality was fine, just looked really weird. We didn't even use TV etc but it just made the lounge area feel weird and at odds with the otherwise luxurious aesthetics of the resort/villa/village

Room was spacious, all the necessary appliances were available (washer, dryer, microwave, cooker hob, dishwasher etc). We could park our car right outside the unit and it's free. Toilet has a heater which was definitely a bonus considering the cold weather. Bed also has heater. There was pizza and beer options within the facility.

Need to drive out for everything (grocery, restaurant, shopping, etc). TV was basic (not much options). Wifi speed was slow during "peak hour - after dinner time".

I actually stayed 3 nights, the first 2 were upstairs which I didn't realise until we got there. Upstairs are for younger, fitter people. We left and travelled and on our return night I requested and got a ground floor unit. Both apartments were clean and the beds were very comfortable which is a must for me as I have had bad experiences with beds that hurt your back or neck. The staff were friendly and helpful. The convenience of being near the airport is a bonus. I didn't get a chance to play tourist this time but I will be back.

Only that I couldn't stay longer but we have already decided to come back in warmer weather and this is a perfect first stop from the airport and very convenient to a lot of places like Cateract Gorge and the Motor Museum.

The staff on the day made me feel comfortable and were flexible with my check out time and my providing some gifts which I shared with my partner. I also like the facilities such as the spa which was a good comfort. The bed was really comfortable and the housekeeping was lovely.

The shower wasn’t great, and was hard to regulate the heat of the water. Maybe also consider getting a better shower head. The WiFi didn’t have a strong connection on the television, but was much better on devices. It would have been nice to have some extension cables so I could do some work on my laptop.

We had recently stayed in a one bedroom garden villa and on this occasion selected a one bedroom apartment which was slightly larger and had a separate shower. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The villas are situated in a lovely setting and about a ten minute drive from Launceston, but close to the Casino. We used the pool.

The rooms are a little dated, but were excellent value for money. Accommodation was mostly very quiet, but noise from surrounding apartments was noticeable during the early evening and early morning. No view from the one bedroom apartment.

Large comfortable well equipped Suite, good air con , Wi Fi ok, spa bath was nice on a cool wet night. Free guest laundry with dryer. Excellent base for a stay in Launceston area. Would certainly stay again.

Washing machine not in the suite per Booking.com facilities description when I booked. I note the description has now been updated to delete this for future guests. Free laundry for guests on site so not a big deal and details now updated.

I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit which was very comfortable and highly recommended for families. The staff recognised and sorted outa mistake with my booking and rang me to clarify my requirements before arrival. Well done! There is a restaurant and pizza place on site and a courtesy bus for travel between the Villas and the Country Club.

Although I booked a single room, I received a message from the hotel to confirm my requirement for two rooms which may have come through from Booking.com. Not the hotel's fault. But it resulted in my upgrade so - happy!

Extremely well positioned for everywhere in the Launceston area. Parking situated at your front door. Lovely landscaped surroundings. On-site bistro and pub and shuttle service to the County Club Spotlessly clean spacious rooms with comfortable lounge area and self catering kitchen facilities, good heating and cooling, really comfortable beds and very nice linen. Everything you could possibly want
