Good location and comfortable stay. Room is equipped with all possible amenities. Good and comfortable bed. Also very close to a city mall with prominent brands and numerous eating outlets.

Parking is expensive at EUR 15 per day. Should be free for the guests. Breakfast - there is no hot breakfast. It is only a continental breakfast with cold breads / muffin variants etc. Very few options for vegan or vegetarian preferences. Sliced breads were all over by around 8:45 / 9 AM and there was no refill for a very long time.

Good value for the money. Excellent when you travel and need to stay overnight. Newer hotel and everything is neat and clean. The breakfast that is usually included in the price is very good and fits the purpose. . We always gladly come back when we travel. .

Parking is usually full when you arrive later but there is a lot of free parking overnight around the hotel so we did not find this as a big issue. Indoor paying secure parking is available nearby as well.

Good Breakfast, Good no of options at the breakfast, Good AirCon as it was quite warm outside. Comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff at reception and house keeping. Check in was smooth. Ice Cubes near the reception. Room was big enough and clean. Provision for Coffee and Tea in the room. In close proximity to some of the attractions. What else would one need.

Nothing to complain, those who prefer public transport and are with luggage might need to walk a little bit.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Augsburg, the reception area was nice and clean, as you would expect form a big chain, there is no restaurant, but across the road there a couple of eateries, the room was nice and clean, parking was a bit limited so lucky to find a space, and cost €12.00 per night, it was secure with a ticketed barrier, there was a few motorbikes there, so good if you are touring. breakfast was pretty good, i deal if travelling through on a tour,

The hotel was easy to get to from the highway. There were several options for eating in the area, although options did become limited after 8 pm. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for our suitcases. It was nice to have on-site parking for our car, so we could park it and then leave it for the night. The shower was roomy and had great water pressure. The breakfast was tasty and was diverse enough to satisfy all the members of my family.

Getting into the parking lot upon arrive meant going into the lobby and talking to someone at the front desk. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't a convenient place to park while waiting for the parking lot gate to open.

Clean and comfortable hotel, just outside of the old town. It was an easy 20-30 minute walk into the main old town area. Bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast selection to start the day. Parking at the hotel was easy, we had no problems getting a park for our rental car.

The basin in the bathroom is very high, which I struggled with.

We missed our connecting train because of delays coming out of Stuttgart. We ended up in Augsburg at almost midnight. The train station was closed and there was no one to help. We did not know Augsburg at all, and knew almost no German. We booked at room a the Holiday Inn through our phone at random. The booking process was very smooth and easy, and we simply showed the taxi driver the address of the hotel on the phone. It was midnight by the time we arrived. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and gave us information about booking a train for the next morning. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We requested a taxi at 5:30 to take us back to the train station, and it was already waiting when we came downstairs several hours later. The staff insisted that we pack a breakfast to take with us. Coming from the US where hotel breakfast usually means nothing more than eggs, bacon, and cereal, the breakfast spread at the hotel was outstanding. We will always be thankful to the staff and the hotel (and to the two very courteous and professional taxi drivers).

Breakfast was great, location perfect - everyting reachable by foot. Parking was outside, despite I have tought it going to be garage there, but however, parking was good. If parking lot is full, you can park in City Galerie.

Poor wi-fi - slow speed. We didn't get connected rooms, despite we asked for it, they haven't been not even in the same floor.

Stayed before and it's good value for money. Also includes a decent breakfast. The location is good as you can park at the property or nearby Citygalerie. It's worth asking at reception regarding parking at Citygalerie as they have better rates. Easy to walk into central Ausburg and the Old Town.

Rooms could be cleaner.

The hotel lobby and bar area very modern. The room and bathroom also very clean. A spacious bathroom with an exceptionally large shower. Off street parking for €12 a day at the car park behind the hotel. Old town 10 minute walk. Good varied breakfast.

The room would have been ok if it was for 2 people however I was travelling with my son so they put up a sofa bed to accommodate him. Thus eliminating all floor space so there was nowhere for the suitcase and bags. Have to say the bed was comfortable but very narrow for a double bed. I kept waking up thinking that I would fall off the side. Would have been nice if we had a choice of a sheet or duvet as it was too hot for the duvet provided but too chilly to be without anything at all.
