The location is superb. Close to the baths and local shops. Its also in walking distance of the Faberge museum, and restaurants. The room was very pretty. We had a front room with a balcony overlooking the small square outside. The bed was large and very comfortable.

At night for around 5 hours there is an extremely bright spotlight that is switched on lighting up the front of the building, it focused on the windows of our room. The curtains in the room do not completely cover the whole front of the room, barely covering the windows, so the light did come through. Additionally, it didn't feel private in the room due to the curtains not being big enough.

A really nice traditional hotel with lots of authentic and individual features. It incorporates a popular restaurant in a busy corner of town. We enjoyed the breakfast choices and the staff were always helpful and efficient. Our room was fairly spacious, very comfortable and serviced to a high standard.

The only complaint was the car park arrangement which involves ringing the hotel to request a member of staff to come and raise the barrier every time you wished to reenter. It never caused any big issues but felt a little awkward because we went out in the car 6 out of 6 days.

I felt let down because I booked this hotel specifically due to its traditional, Bavarian prettiness but on arrival they did not give us a room in the main hotel. They gave us a room/apartment across the square above a kebab shop. Nice but not pretty or Bavarian looking. I asked to be moved to the main hotel, and after a lengthy phone call they agreed.

perfect location in the city center in the pedestrian streets and walking distance to everything . Comfortable room ; Standard breakfast the hotel has a nice restaurant for drinks, lunch or dinner.

The building is very old so there is no elevator which made it a little difficult for us because we are getting old ....and a mini fridge in the room would have been nice

This hotel was in an exceptional position right in the heart of the town square. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was quirky and loveable. Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Baden Baden.

The breakfast is very good and fresh. The staff are excellent.

No elevator which makes it difficult with luggage. Staff are more than willing to assist. The hotel does not have a/c and normally not needed except there was a heat wave. They provided a fan and free water.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town and close to the shops and Baths. The breakfast as ok, not alot of choice. Our room was small but very cosy and well decorated. The bathroom needed updating alot.

The restaurant was very expensive so we didn't use it as there were many other restaurants close by. There are parts of the Hotel that needs updating. The parking was restricted to only a few cars and it was away from the hotel.

Staff attention was the worst, we asked for a taxi a night before our departure early in the morning, the staff with not very good mood took all the data , she wrote, showed it to us , and in the morning the taxi did not arrive and we lost our train because we had to run to take a bus

The hotel is decorated in a fun, rustic, romantic way way and has lots of surprising elements on display around various corners. The location was in the old part of town, so no direct access with the car Parking was in parking garage up the road. Breakfast was good.

No elevator but staff helped find the room and carry the bags.

The location is exceptional, in the middle of everything. Room was very cute with lots of character.

The staff could have been friendlier and the breakfast was adequate but a bit disappointing.
