There was a really pleasant woman at reception who allowed us to check in a bit earlier and was very friendly overall. The location is excellent, with several tram lines nearby. There’s also an Aldi supermarket close by, along with many cafes and shops where you can buy anything you need. There was a coffee machine with sugar and coffee creamer provided in the room. The bed was clean, and the room had a TV and everything you might need. Additionally, it was very quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay

Location was great, many nearby restaurants and near the S-bahn station as well as near yeah stations. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room itself was pretty nice. Price was quite reasonable.

Toilet was very high off the ground, would be difficult for someone short to use. Very bright lights in the back of the building, and blinds were not sufficient in our room to keep the light out and let it be fully dark in there; slept ok anyway though. Pillows were not as thick or firm as I would have liked, but were ok.

I really enjoyed staying in The Botschaft hotel! Staff were very friendly and speak in English and Russian! Hotel is close to Karlshorst S Bahn station. Two minuts away. The Karlshorst station is 10 minutes away to Alexanderplatz. Also Hotel is situated quate close to BER airport. So the location of the hotel is great. Hotel has a good Internat conection. Posible to do skayp calls. Also, I wauld like to point out buteful arcetecture of the neyborhood.

Clean and bright room, friendly staff, I was impressed by a capsule coffee maker. Close to s-bann kind of 5 minutes walking.

For me minuses are tram rails at the window, not to much noisy, but for sensetive people it could be a problem and the place, because you have to use public transport to get touristic spots.

I really liked this little hotel it is really clean and they cleaned it everyday, the staff is really helpful doesnt speak much english but still helped a lot

At 3rd floor the wifi is sometimes slow but still good

It was clean and great for the concert I went to. The location was perfect

The floors were squeaky and could hear steps of others. The shower was really narrow and I never knew if there was WiFi

Location is well engaged with transportation of the city, clean and well-facilitated room, helpful workers. No weird and unexpected stuff. Good price. Solid hotel experience

Simple, clean, comfortable. I travelled for an event at the FEZ centre for which it was very well located.

It could have benefitted from a bit more bedding especially in winter (the weather was great while I was there)
