The hotel was nice and clean, and the very comfy, large bed ensured we got great sleep. There is coffee machine and free coffee, tea in the room, also there is mini bar, but it's empty. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Parking was available, though a bit expensive, but it was incredibly difficult to find public parking nearby.

Be prepared for a €100 deposit, which seems high when there's nothing in the room—not even a stocked minibar, just two waters for €9. Parking at €35 a day is also very pricey. The TV isn't smart, so don't expect to use your streaming services like Netflix or YouTube, which feels behind the times for the cost of the stay.

The hotel is very well located and the interior looks fresh and new, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the shower pressure is good. Breakfast: the breakfast offers plenty of choice and is constantly kept up to standards, there's a machine for you to make your own apple and/or carrot juice, eggs are made to your liking, there's plenty of free seats throughout the morning.

Isolation from the street was not on par with the otherwise excellent room. This was not an issue for us because there was very little activity and people stayed mostly quiet outside. So unless you're unlucky, it most likely won't bother you either.

Location is very good, Rooms are new, clean, big enough. Good variety, replenish rate is good. Tea variety was good. Egg Station is good, they give what you want. Bread selection is ok. Liked n enjoyed it all. Thnks

Breakfast Staff can be more trained and know what they are doing... They were like training staff. At night, the noise from the park opposite the Hotel is sometimes disturbing. The noise isolation could be better.

Very spacious and good looking. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The room is big and cozy, makes you want to stay there. Unfortunately could not check the gym nor sauna but if it’s the same quality it must be great. What I value most is comfort and the ability to have a good night of sleep and the hotel is 10/10, better than my house. The location is amazing, close to everything, loved it. And the luxurious look also helps your ego, making it look like you made it in life

In the last day the room cleaning people were constantly opening the door and that’s unacceptable for a hotel like this. One said that the hotel is making them clean the room quick to allocate new customers, but checkout is at 12, and opening the room door at 9, 10, 11, 11:30 is crazy. Breakfast at 35€ is not really worth it. It’s not bad but for that price there are better places next to the hotel to have great breakfast and brunch

We booked two hotel rooms so that my daughter didn’t have to share with her mum and dad. The rooms were right next door and totally amazing! The toiletries were spot on- everything you need- hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (big bottles and really great quality Crabtree and Evelyn) I didn’t use any of the ones I took myself and could have saved lots of room in my carry-on case! There was also an adjustable magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is excellent when you eyesight is getting rather poor. Coffee machine and plenty of coffee and milk each day - just put the room service card on the door handle. Loads of plug points with USB and C size charging points. We were thrilled with this as this usually causes arguments!! (So just take plenty of wires) Also there was a massive TV, but all of the channels were dubbed in German. (Wished I’d have taken an HDMI cable to attach my own Netflix…next time) Bed was soooo comfy and there was excellent air con so I slept better than back at home. Loads more positives…it was just perfect! We didn’t opt for breakfast in the hotel as we wanted to get out and about quickly and I felt it was a little pricey (but the restaurant was gorgeous and I inagine that the food was of excellent quality!) We went to a little cafe just 2 mins away most days or bought brekkie from Lidl which is just 5 mins away. (The bedrooms also had spacious fridges to store all your goodies)

Pricey breakfast, but I imagine it was delicious! We didn’t try it, so it’s not a negative really…

The rooms were tastefully decorated and furnished. The rooms were always clean and were cleaned daily. It was really useful to have a fridge in the room. The location was fantastic, being close to shops and restaurants, but being on a quiet square with some green space. The breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty of choice.

There was no complementary bottles of water or food. There was not anywhere to refill water bottles, meaning we had to buy lots of single-use plastic bottles of water. I was not sure how to claim back the cost of the bottles. The lifts were often out of order and it was difficult to use the stairs because the stairwells were locked.

Breakfast was good, alot of options but the same everyday, the room was very clean. The jym had everything you need for exercise. Its near bus stations and metro stations like 5 min walk and alot of resturants (japanese food, burgers, almost everything) and a cinema.

Nothing much i dont want to be picky but in my room the shower who ever build it, made sure most of the water not to drain corectly and had to push the water with my foot. But i think probably this was only in my room. And the internet could be better. Be carefful the water inside the room is not free, just go to lidl is 50 meters from the hotel.

Great position and design

Details make the difference, and one expects much more from a 5-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre with dust accumulated on the shelves and nightstands. Even though the room was cleaned daily (bed made and towels changed), dust continued to accumulate in the aforementioned places. There were also cracks in the bathroom tiles (speaking of details). Being woken up at 9 AM by the housekeeping service on the day of checkout is indicative of poor staff organization. To see a smile at the reception, there had to be three staff members on shift and no customers at the front desk. Exceeding customer expectations… at lower-rated facilities, I received a small gesture for my birthday, but here, there was nothing. There is much room for improvement.

Beautiful hotel in an energetic part of Berlin. It is positioned just behind the busiest parts, so feels exclusive. High class lobby with great breakfast and bar area. We stayed in a family room with interconnected rooms which was perfect as the main room had a small sitting area to share. High quality finishes throughout, and well designed. Super comfy bed and pillows.

Some of the door way in the room were super narrow, the interconnecting door between rooms could only be used if walking sideways, and even the bathroom door was narrower than normal. Parking was expensive at 35 euros per night, but was secure and accessible directly from the hotel. A discount on parking for residents of the hotel would have been welcome. Overall, highly recommended

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm for six days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Just a short walk away, I found myself surrounded by amazing shopping, dining, and cultural spots like the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Berlin Zoo. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and efficiency. The signature DoubleTree COOKIE was a nice touch and a small gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep after days spent exploring the city. The room amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches like a coffee maker, and water, added to the convenience and comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s facilities, particularly the well-equipped fitness center that allowed me to keep up with my workouts. Although I didn’t have a chance to attend meetings, I noticed that their meeting spaces seemed professional and accommodating – ideal for business travelers. Another highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The food was fresh and well-prepared, giving me the energy I needed each morning to head out and enjoy Berlin. Overall, my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm was exceptional. With its prime location, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
