Extremely central position, close to all amenities and transport; really nice staff available at all times to help. The room was essential, but nice and clean. Despite the central position, the room was silent and I had a good night sleep.

I had to give up the breakfast because it was extremely expensive (20 euros a day) - not sure this is average in Germany though. My room was simple, but I believe for even higher fees there will be more luxurious rooms. It was overall pricey but I guess worth it for those who value a convenient location above saving.

the breakfast was good - lots of choice and options. Do not think you could order anything special but was really no need to. The room was very clean, the water was in glass bottles, the staff were to a person friendly and helpful - bilingual (at least and probably more). This is a good place to stay in the center of Bonn - close to public transit and all shopping as well.

the hallway could be a little noisy as was tile floors -but it was always short and temporary. On Sunday my room was not cleaned and I noticed an announcement in the elevator that you need to request your room be cleaned. I did so on Monday and was told it would be cleaned every day and it was. the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked - it is a very welll located hotel - not fancy but very well suited for a business or personal trip.

Location is great, right on the market square, where there is a market everyday. The historical townhouse is closeby. There is a parking garage closeby. One can walk to stores and restaurants, or take the car to do something outside the city. Hotel staff are friendly. If we need something, like new towels or extra toilet paper, it's taken care of. It's quite safe. We forgot our key on the door and were not bothered at all.

The hotel is outdated. Ventilation is not so good, air gets stale in the room. There was no water kettle in the room, until we knew that we could requst one from the reception.

Wonderful staff and fantastic service- quick and courteous - and the location is as perfect as it gets for Bonn. Very clean and well set up room, and overall a greasy stay!

There was definitely nothing that significantly detracted from my life of this place, but something I just wish was there was some form of AC, which, if it was there, then I missed it- and I know it’s not common in Europe, but in the heat of summer, it definitely helps!

Fantastic location right on the Marktplatz. Clean, comfortable room, mine had a balcony. Large breakfast room with good food options. Be sure to order breakfast if the next day is a Sunday or holiday, because many nearby cafes will be closed, or will open up late. Easy walk to several trains or buses in different directions. The weather was warm, and thankfully there was a good fan in the room. Staff very helpful.

The single room was very spacious, with a good desk area and extra chair. The hotel was clean and very well located with plenty of restaurants close by. Within walking distance of main train station and area was safe.

There was a strange smell from the bathroom, but as I was out most of the day it didn't bother me. Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels I've been to e.g only scrambled/boiled eggs as hot breakfast.

Excellent location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was quirky but would 100% stay again.

Not a negative just a bit weird - had to enter the hotel room through the shower and the toilet which don’t have proper doors on them. Shower had slightly low water pressure but still ok. Outdated decor but adds to the charm of the hotel and its history.

The outdated German door key system. Would have preferred card keys where each family member could have their own key. It works fine to leave the key at the front desk, but it’s a little it personal for the desk manager to know who is in/out of the room and when. It’s more a culture barrier for Americans, and it works out fine so maybe I should learn to appreciate the cultural difference.

Central location. Very quiet.

The A/C was in the description but we had no A/C and it wasn't good when the temperature was +30 Another thing, there wasn't any mention of the city tax what we paid on the arriving and was, ironically, notified just one day before we left.

Professional and helpful staff, amazing locationon historic building with beautiful platz centre of the city and 7 minute walk to the train station.lively and spacious room with balcony viewing the platz.Have been staying hthere for few years and looking forward to go back when travelling.

For me was perfect as the hotel is willing to accept any requirement from the guest to adapt.
