Nice location Nice design

Housekeeping was a problem. I was asked at check in if I want housekeeping (which I already find odd, because I think this should be standard in a hotel of this level). I said yes I want and they honored this on 1st day. Unfortunately on the 2nd day I was out of luck and the hotel forgot what I had requested and I went with a non clean room on that day (later when I called reception they had mercy and they delivered fresh towels). I don't understand this concept of optional housekeeping in a hotel. If I want to clean the room myself, I can get an airbnb and get much more value for money.

We had another amazing stay at 25hours Hotel Das Tour! Fin and Vivien at reception were incredibly helpful in arranging us a great room and helped us with the bike rental. The bikes were excellent and well-maintained and made it really easy to get around the city. The breakfast was outstanding as always with a fantastic variety, and the view from the restaurant absolutely stunning. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This hotel never disappoints with its great service and great atmosphere. It's perfect base for a trip to Düsseldorf. Can’t wait to come back again!

the place Is amazing, the rooms are marvellous and mine had a bath outside in the balcony so so charming. I am really I stayed there. Vania , the other ladies at the reception i cant recall the names now and the other 3 guys working at the reception and one lady from the coffee/ breakfast ... they were truly truly amazing. I was originally in the Melia , in Dusseldorf and left cos the stuff was daaamn rude. I stayed in the 25HR in Dubai before, Hamburg and Koln, I just found out they have one in the Dusseldorf cos i wanna get away from Melia. BTW Not all Melia are bad , the frankfurt one is amazing. Thank you to all the girls and the boys at the reception! and the lady from coffee / breakfast, i had amazing 4 nights with u! sure i will be back (soon) ❤️

The hotel is beautiful, very interestingly decorated. We always love going to 25 Hours hotels around the world, because they are really something special. The location of the facility itself is excellent. Breakfast is good, but a bit overpriced. What justified it was the beautiful location of the restaurant on the penultimate floor, with a wonderful view. The garage is spacious and safe.

For our guests, the hotel is in the more expensive category, and it doesn't offer much to justify it. In any case, we are satisfied with our stay there.

Breakfast price per person is 29€ and it was not worth it. Not that much to take in buffet and the taste is below average. They will charge you a city tax while checking out. Per person per night 3€. Maybe this is usual but idk.

Location of the hotel is great - close to the city centre, and close to the train station. Souvenir shop at the entrance is lovely, a bit pricey, but with a great variety of gifts. Receptionists were really nice and helpful.

For the price we payed, 180eur per night - we didn't get much. Receptionist told us at the check in "everything in the mini bar is free", and in the mini bar there were only two beers. Not even water. We chose room cleaning every second day, not every day, and we were not satisfied with that. Not once was our floor vacuumed, let alone cleaned with water. Breakfast was really expensive, 25eur per person daily, so we didn't try it out. For our 10-days-stay, we could get much more elsewhere for 1800 euros, We choose this hotel because we were visiting Florence this spring, and were mesmerized by the same hotel there, but looks like they only share the same name.

Specific interior, great atmosphere, supportive and sympatric staff, great breakfast and great view from restaurant. Rooms are practical and pleasant, i like sustainability touch in materials and cosmetic, and free minibar option was added value. Great roof top bar and cocktails.

Coffee machine in the rooms would be a nice touch and missing. Floors are from wood, and it could be good to have slippers in the room not to make it wet after shower.

Breakfast was very good (with oysters and prosecco). Decoration is a modern vintage style. It is close to the city center, lots of restaurants around, close to the train station, subways, I walked the whole time. Nice roof top bar, with a great view of the city.

Lots of events and sales happening in the lobby, most of the week, Not that I dislike, but could be calmer. Gym is very small room, but you can request a pass to access the gym nearby.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, stylish, really nice to be in. The breakfast buffet in the 16th floor restaurant with a view over the city was fantastic. We received an upgrade and had the room with the bathtub on the balcony - even in November this was our absolute highlight. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!!

That we had to check out again

The room is so welcoming and fun. You will feel like home. We stayed here for 3 times and we would definitely recommend. Don’t forget to use the sauna & visit the bar. Both with spectacular views.

The bucket outside (sauna area) can not be used. My boyfriend used it and he became all dirty with algues. Definitely something to look in to!
