The location to the airport was perfect and our room was comfortable.

The shuttle bus in the morning was extremely full. I would highly recommend having a reservation list for people to sign up for the shuttle.

Comfortable place to have a night layover

Restaurant is not so cozy and opens too late in the morning. Also the airport transfer costs too expensive for a 5 minutes trip. Moreover, first transfer was at 6:30 in the morning, so I had to go to the airport by feet for the flight at 6:30.

We arrived very late at the Hotel. We stayed in FFM because of Kendrick Lamar's concert. It was amazing the hotel and the hotel crew. Especially one person behind the reception treated us with the most hospitality you can imagine at that late time. No discussion he new his job and what it means to be hospital to customers. He was really nice to us the best way you can be I will definitely come again and can fully recommend the rooms and as well the location and stuff. Great job. Thanks a lot!!!

There is nothing

Very close to the airport. The room was large and well laid out. Loved all the counter space in the bath area. Nice to have CNN on the television. Lobby and restaurant nicely decorated for the holidays. Staff was outstanding, especially reception. We had a very good dinner at the inhouse restaurant.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. My husband and I went for a walk in the area. It is a very sterile environment. A bunch of hotels laid out with some business thrown in. A few functioning restaurants, some already out of business. There is an attempt at a small park, but it was not very attractive. This is not a reflection on the Holiday Inn, but in general, it turned me off to staying in the area again.

Considering we were almost at airport, it was exceptionally quiet. When we checked in there was a good sized line but the 3 front desk staff moved it along efficiently with a welcoming attitude. It was a dreary evening and when we entered the hotel, which was buzy, and I immediately felt nice and cozy. I was with my adult daughter and we had two single beds which were very comfortable. The rooms aren't spacious but were perfect for an overnight with good seating (a desk chair, a lounge chair and a hassock). We were able to regulate the temperature, it was blowing cold air and we preferred it a bit warmer. Breakfast was abundant with many choices of hot and cold items, several different baked goods and a lovely coffee machine which can satisfy most needs. I needed lactose free milk and asked the attendant if she could bring some and make it warm for my coffee, no problem. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and did what they could to make our very quick stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is perfectly located in a large complex which had many hotels, restaurant choices and even a Rewe supermarket all withing walking distance. We had a 5 minute taxi ride to Terminal 2, the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1 and leaves everyt 30 minutes.

THe only thing that I found odd was the small sink in the bathroom. There was plenty of space for something a bit larger but not a big deal.

Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and amenities were very nice. Gym was good with nice machines and clean water. Breakfast was OK - more museli/granola options and non-roll bread options would be nice (thicker slices of dark rye bread would be ideal).

No shuttle bus to the airport. I walked to and from T2 with my suitcase. This was OK for me because I am young and fit enough, but will be hard for others who are older or not capable. For the price of the hotel I think a complimentary shuttle bus should be included.

Close to the airport - which was helpful for us because we were just overnighting in Frankfurt on our way back to Canada. It offered a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the shuttle back to the next morning was only six year-old per person which I thought was a good deal . It runs every 1/2 hr on the 20 min count There was a restaurant on site, which was expensive - but the food was decent.

Front desk checking in - the girl was obviously new or in training and was EXTREMELY slow - I’m sure the gentlemen in front of us was there at least 20 min - a lot of flights have just come in so the Que behind us was getting frightening long - and only 2 staff on.

It doesn't make any sense that a airport hotel doesn't have the restaurant open later. It says that dinner is until 10:30pm but we were there at 10:20pm and the waiter said it was not possible to give us a table as the kitchen was already closed. If you flight arrives late or if you eat dinner late, I would reconsider staying here due to this.

Roberto at Reception on 8 Nov 2024! As a tired traveler I checked in early. Roberto was exceedingly polite and patient with me. He worked to get me checked in early, seemingly suspecting that I needed rest. Please recognize this gentleman for his personal and professional service to us travelers. His assistant was equally kind and accommodating on that afternoon.

The music in the restaurant that afternoon. You know that cheap (and immature) hipster music that only appeals to the very young crowd. That music lacks melody, harmony, and the rest of the music elements. I was a bit hungry, but I couldn't bare the horrible mumbling sound of the "singers." Egads, what is happening to Western Civilization! Grow up! How about some soft pleasing instrumental music that actual required knowledge of music and time composing the music.

Clean well kept facility. Close to the airport. Bar staff was excellent.

No caffeinated coffee in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for caffeinated coffee & he said housekeeping would take care of it. They didn't. I specifically looked for a hotel with a shuttle. I got a message 2 days before my arrival say there is no shuttle service. Very confusing instructions to ride a train. Not getting on a train if I can't figure out where it is going. Ended up using UBER.
