The location to the airport was perfect and our room was comfortable.

The shuttle bus in the morning was extremely full. I would highly recommend having a reservation list for people to sign up for the shuttle.

Comfortable place to have a night layover

Restaurant is not so cozy and opens too late in the morning. Also the airport transfer costs too expensive for a 5 minutes trip. Moreover, first transfer was at 6:30 in the morning, so I had to go to the airport by feet for the flight at 6:30.

Clean property, a nice and friendly staff, good pillows.

The bus shuttle has weird schedule. We took a taxi both ways. Around 7-10 € one way.

Very close to the airport. The room was large and well laid out. Loved all the counter space in the bath area. Nice to have CNN on the television. Lobby and restaurant nicely decorated for the holidays. Staff was outstanding, especially reception. We had a very good dinner at the inhouse restaurant.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. My husband and I went for a walk in the area. It is a very sterile environment. A bunch of hotels laid out with some business thrown in. A few functioning restaurants, some already out of business. There is an attempt at a small park, but it was not very attractive. This is not a reflection on the Holiday Inn, but in general, it turned me off to staying in the area again.

Considering we were almost at airport, it was exceptionally quiet. When we checked in there was a good sized line but the 3 front desk staff moved it along efficiently with a welcoming attitude. It was a dreary evening and when we entered the hotel, which was buzy, and I immediately felt nice and cozy. I was with my adult daughter and we had two single beds which were very comfortable. The rooms aren't spacious but were perfect for an overnight with good seating (a desk chair, a lounge chair and a hassock). We were able to regulate the temperature, it was blowing cold air and we preferred it a bit warmer. Breakfast was abundant with many choices of hot and cold items, several different baked goods and a lovely coffee machine which can satisfy most needs. I needed lactose free milk and asked the attendant if she could bring some and make it warm for my coffee, no problem. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and did what they could to make our very quick stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is perfectly located in a large complex which had many hotels, restaurant choices and even a Rewe supermarket all withing walking distance. We had a 5 minute taxi ride to Terminal 2, the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1 and leaves everyt 30 minutes.

THe only thing that I found odd was the small sink in the bathroom. There was plenty of space for something a bit larger but not a big deal.

Close to the airport - which was helpful for us because we were just overnighting in Frankfurt on our way back to Canada. It offered a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the shuttle back to the next morning was only six year-old per person which I thought was a good deal . It runs every 1/2 hr on the 20 min count There was a restaurant on site, which was expensive - but the food was decent.

Front desk checking in - the girl was obviously new or in training and was EXTREMELY slow - I’m sure the gentlemen in front of us was there at least 20 min - a lot of flights have just come in so the Que behind us was getting frightening long - and only 2 staff on.

Roberto at Reception on 8 Nov 2024! As a tired traveler I checked in early. Roberto was exceedingly polite and patient with me. He worked to get me checked in early, seemingly suspecting that I needed rest. Please recognize this gentleman for his personal and professional service to us travelers. His assistant was equally kind and accommodating on that afternoon.

The music in the restaurant that afternoon. You know that cheap (and immature) hipster music that only appeals to the very young crowd. That music lacks melody, harmony, and the rest of the music elements. I was a bit hungry, but I couldn't bare the horrible mumbling sound of the "singers." Egads, what is happening to Western Civilization! Grow up! How about some soft pleasing instrumental music that actual required knowledge of music and time composing the music.

Nice hotel near the airport. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very complete. The hotel can be reached on foot from the airport but it's long (25 minutes). A shuttle is available, free from airport, 8€/person from hotel but it is not available from 11:30 am until 6pm. Consider the taxi (10€), we were 3 people and it was cheaper than the shuttle.

The Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms have a decent size. The Hotel Employees are very friendly.

Very long line at the reception at check in. Although the shower was very nice it was broken and the water just came dripping out of the shower head. Called the reception twice, however no answer and in the morning I wanted to inform the reception about the problem however the line was so long. Our room was handicap accessible room and therefore very spacious, which was nice, however the automatic door had a green flashing LED above it, which did not stop flashing the entire night.

All was well with the stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and with a very courteous and professional staff. The check in was quick and efficient. Not a long line of people checking in at the same time.

I really detest that although you paid to re-book the room, because I used a debit Visa card to pay, they insisted on using my card to pay a deposit equivalent to the price of the room and informed me that it would take 5-10 business days to have my money released back to my account. I find that ridiculous and it is the only thing I disliked about the hotel.
