This hotel offers outstanding value for money. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Messe. The rooms are modern, well-designed, and although compact, they provide plenty of space for a comfortable stay. I stayed here and also at the Hampton next door during the same week for an event at Messe, and I can confidently say this hotel was a 10/10 in comparison. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. There’s also a stylish bar that’s open 24/7 (or at least it seemed like it!), which is a great touch. The staff were incredibly professional and efficient, special thanks to Macarena, who managed both the reception and the bar seamlessly. I’d definitely stay here again without hesitation.

A clean room with a big, very comfortable bed. There was a kettle, a hairdryer, a coffeemaker, extra pillows, and a mini fridge. We didn’t hear any noise — it was very quiet. The area near the hotel felt safe, although there were quite a few homeless people around the train station. The hotel is located close to the shopping center — it’s very convenient.

There was only one large towel for two people. The hotel doesn’t provide free bottled water — the receptionist said we could use the tap in the room. Very limited breakfast options.

Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

As I mentioned location is not perfect since its not too close to metro station but is nothing major. Room was also a bit tight and the bathroom door just closes by itself which I know has its uses but it can be annoying. Overall nothing seriously bad here honestly mostly great experience!

The location was great near the subway and the mall and our receptionist was very kind.

We had a pleasant stay overall, but there are a couple of areas where improvements could enhance the experience. The bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell, despite being clean, which was a bit unpleasant. We ended up using air fresheners to make it more comfortable. Additionally, I believe certain aspects of hospitality should be standard, especially for guests staying longer than a night. Charging for early check-in when the hotel isn’t busy and requiring guests to request cleaning services in advance or pick up their own clean towels is an inconvenience and feels less welcoming. These adjustments could significantly improve the overall guest experience.

A premier Inn where you get what you expect from the brand: a comfortable room with all the basics. The location was also very quiet, and a bonus for me was that the window opened (a little) - I don't like the practice of fully sealed windows. There was also Aircon- not that we needed this in October! The reception staff were all great. Transport links are great- bus from over the road to the main station, u-bahn and tram about 10 minutes' walk.

Breakfast was ok - a buffet and it was good to see there were gluten-free and vegan options available. The sausages were among the smallest I've seen for breakfast and the beans were lukewarm but still worthwhile if you want a decent breakfast.

Loved my stay. It is an excellent hotel, it has new facilities and it is very clean. Rooms are perfect for 1-2 people. It is not a big room and doesn’t have big traditional closets but I love it because it is in line with the new trendy compact hotel concept.

The lobby is trendy. love the decorations. Rooms are modern, love the lighting in the room. Very clean hotel, parking is underground and has in and out privileges. The hotel is is a safe location and very close to the mall. Employees are excellent and extremely helpful. It must be noted that Tariq, Gracie Navetch (originally from Bangladesh worked on the evening of the 13th) and the female front desk manager who was present on the morning of the 14th are excellent employees. They all have excellent customer service.

The staff were friendly. Warm welcoming at reception. Car park was spacious and easy to access. Room was lovely. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Nice bar to relax in the evening after a long day exploring. Across the road from tram, so location spot on.

The breakfast area was very small. No staff taking charge of seating. Couples were sat on 4 seater tables rather than 2 seater tables leaving families of 4 unable to sit together. There are high tables with stools but with small children this isn’t practical.

I liked everything about it, especially location. In Frankfurt there are so many good hotels, but it’s really important there is it located, because one part of the city is not so nice and safe. And this hotel’s location is very good. It has a big mall in 3 minutes of walk. It has nice neighborhoods and beautiful building near. The room was clean and comfortable. I had pillow options. Staff was gladly helping me with things I needed.

The wifi services were almost terrible, I got there earlier and they made me wait 3 hours before check in. The bad part is, room was empty and they could easily let me check in, but they asked for extra charge, which I didn’t want to pay, so I sat there for 3 hours, after whole night flights. And the other thing, I didn’t like was that I didn’t have refrigerator in my room. Idk how was it in other rooms.

The hotel is in a safe area close to skyline plaza shopping center and you can get to the train station by bus M46 (3 stops) or by S.(messe). The room is very clean with very comfortable beds.we had a very nice sleep! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the lady in reception! Breakfast is very good as well and the aircondition works properly!we had a wonderful stay!

There is no mini bar or fridge in the room.

Clean and comfortable hotel in quiet area. Location is convenient, very close to Frankfurt Fair grounds, many shops and restaurants in close vicinity. Easy enough to access: about 10-15 minutes walk from the Main Train Station, underground garage for cars, bus, tram and U-Bahn stations nearby. Also, 12.00 check-out is nice.

No real complaints. Breakfast is rather average, but good enough.
