First off, it's super clean! The rooms, the common area, the bathrooms, wow. Secondly, although it was slightly more expensive compared to our budget for nightly rates, it is worth the money! The beds are soft like clouds, the decorations inside the rooms lovely. Single rooms also have a mini- fridge - we booked one single, one for 2 people and one for 4, quite a large group;). In each room, there is a table and comfortable chairs for relaxing, as well as a shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. Very close to the train station, very helpful staff, would definitely recommend!!!

The room was comfortable and well cleaned. The staff really polite and welcoming. The location was absolutely amazing as it is both conveniently close to the centre and next to the bus stop for everything else in the suburbs. You can reach the metro station a few steps from the main entrance something extremely appreciated weather wise :)

The size of the room. Although well cleaned and cosy it was a bit small. It is really comfy for one person but for two people it is rather narrow. And I would also recommend a refreshing in the decoration.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lot of facilities like electric kettle & tea, fridge, tissues, desk, ironing desk and hair dryer. Free coffee at the lobby for hotel guests. Luggage storage. Metro station just a few steps from the hotel entrance.

Our room's windows were headed just at the busy street so it was loud, even at night. We could even hear people talking on the street. There's also a church next to the hotel and we could also hear it's bells ringing. There seemed to be some issues with the radiators too, because they were working very loudly.

It was wonderful to have a staffed reception, and the receptionists were very helpful about checking in, and explaining the transport options in Hamburg. Breakfast was hearty with lots of hot and cold options.

The signage for the parking area at the rear of the hotel was difficult to find on first arrival but with help we managed to sort that out.

It was very well located, the subway station is just outside the door of the hotel, and they have a parking, a mall, and so many stores and restaurants in the area. We visited during Christmas and there was a Christmas market right outside.

It’s close to a delivery warehouse, so you hear a lot of bins rolling even at night

Location was good with Train entry was just outside hotel. Staff are very good, to ask advice, also very friendly. Clean hotel. Good mattress 😴

No English Tv, if as advertised satellite Tv, some should be in English. We used our Ipad to watch films. No Bar, No fridge, No room Telephones. For the price all rooms should have the above facilities.

Excellent breakfasts. The location near U-Bahn station is very useful.

The noise from the reckless handling of carts used for delivery near the hotel in the early morning could be improved. Bathroom is tiny and nice, just it could be really small for some people.

The hotel was very nice, clean and located in safe, beautiful neighborhood. Well connected to public transport, 200 meters away. Many shops, restaurants are around. Also, beautiful parks and gardens. The rooms were clean, we didn’t have any problems. From the window, we had a very cozy view.

Great one night stay in Hamburg. The location is good. Not directly in the city but the tram takes you to the city center fast enough. Friendly staff.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist, the room was lovely, clean and nice. Additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. The subway could not be closer (3 meters away from the front door!) making the location perfect as it is in between the city centre and the airport.
