Clean rooms and obviously renovated as described Close enough to city centre to walk if able

Huge fair across Main Street resulting in lot of noise part of evening even with windows closed. Main issue was the separate toilet. Seems to be a good idea, but you have to go to separate bathroom, albeit next to toilet to wash hands. Not ideal when you likely cross contaminate from door handle to door handle. Likely my only issue ie the hygiene from toilet to bathroom

I loved this hotel because it was great value, clean, and very convenient. Staff was outstanding! I am so sorry to have forgotten the lady's name who helped us and a lovely gentleman, Mr.Ayteuiz. They went above and beyond when we arrived with 14 bags (moving to Italy) and disembarked in Hamburg from the Queen Mary 2. They stored our bags for the day in their office until our room was ready later in the afternoon. Wonderful helpful staff also when we needed to print something. There is a huge park very close to this hotel which was fabulous for our two mini schnauzers. A very good locations and very good value and a comfortable night sleep!

There was really nothing that I did not like. Very nice hotel.

The room was very clean, with a good bathroom. The room was bijou as would be expected in a hotel that describes itself as 'budget', with everything I needed but no frills or extras. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. There are plenty of local cafe's in walking distance where breakfast can be obtained. This would be a good place to stay for exploring the city and saving money to spend on other things. The staff were very helpful and courteous and I would be happy to stay here again.

Location was great, near transport links and bars etc, but itself on a relatively quiet and safe feeling street. Room was adequate for 3 fellas using it to freshen up and sleep in for a few nights.

I wouldn't want to spend more time in there as it did get a little stuffy and hot but that was with the weather too - a little cramped and not much space for clothes to be hung up or stored if we'd been staying any longer

We did not have breakfast and we left early. The reception girl was very nice and very helpful. The room was was nice and comfy, and so was the bathroom. The garage next door was easy to get at and easy to go out. If you use the ticket given from the hotel in conjunction with the entering ticket you only pay €6 per night. Very nice hotel with no Hussle. We went to eat just round the corner at an Indian Restaurant. Very nice people.

The staff at reception were always nice and helpful. One of them made a drawing on the map where I should go; I did and it was superb. I liked the location, which was parallel to Reeperbahn. One could walk to the harbour as well as to Jungfernstieg and see and experience many interesting buildings on the way. I preferred to have breakfast round the corner on Reeperbahn, or at the ‘Kietz Bäcker’ in Silbersackstraße, for which you have to cross Reeperbahn, turn right, walk a stretch, then turn left. Often there is a cue. If you like to have breakfast before going out, the Hotel breakfast is sufficient, although not great. If you are in to really good food then there is Fischereihafen Restaurant. A nice way to get there is by ferry, get off Dockland and just walk strait on. It is the big building on your left.

I was missing a comfortable chair in the room and a shelf in the bathroom for placing my cosmetics. Generally there was little facility to place the content of my suitcase.

The location! Parking underneath tye hotel with discount! 6 euro per day.. Public transport 5 min walk.. Shops and restaurants all around!, location is great!

Rooms were not clean, linnen not changed and toilet was used seat was up with stains of urine ... the room was simply not clean and dirty....

The personnel were very friendly. Someone from reception even spoke to me in Bulgarian (my mother's language), which made me feel very pleased. Although Booking stated that check-in would be after 14:00, I arrived around 10 and my room was ready by 11, which was a pleasant surprise. LOCKERS AVAILABLE - I put my luggage in a locker while my room was getting ready which gave me flexibility to move. My room was clean and had a view of the backyard. The hotel is very close to the U3 subway line, just a 3-minute walk (yellow line), and it's near the Hamburg harbor walking distance. You can have a longer walk to the center or take the subway. Overall, it's a good place to stay for 2 nights. I was there during the week, but if I had been there over the weekend, I probably would have chosen a different district. ;)

If you're considering a district, be aware that on weekends it resembles a mini Las Vegas. Generally, I didn't venture into that district during daytime. The window couldn't remain fully open by itself due to its size and weight. Additionally, there were minor details, such as small stains on the shower cabin floor, but I always wear flip flops.

Good value close to the main attractions of Hamburg. Very helpful manager when I had problems with the carpark next door.

I was travelling by motorbike and tried to get into the carpark that is run by a separate company. To get the barrier to open you have to be exactly in the centre of the barrier. I didn’t know this and the barrier wouldn’t open. I pressed the help button and the person who answered said it was not possible for motorbikes to enter and wished me a good day. Luckily one of the other guests saw my predicament and explained what to do and the barrier duly opened. When I queried out with the manager he confirmed that the people running the car park are f’ing arholes. I concur.

Normal hotel, clean and tidy. The room is small, you can barely walk around the bed, but it's a budget hotel so you can't expect much. Good location close to the Reeperbahn, but not on a noisy street, also close enough to the central part of the city. Good and inexpensive parking.
