Clean room and bathroom, coffee and water offered in the room, delicious breakfast buffet and friendly front desk staff. Coffee from the breakfast can be taken for to go. The hotel gave us two welcoming drinks.

The location was a bit far but it’s possible to move around. Service buses can take you everywhere and to the Hamburg Altona train station. No body lotion was provided in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have it as an amenities. The man, who I think he is the manager or the maitre of the restaurant because he was wearing a blue suit, could behave more friendly. He was maybe stressed, but working in the hotel sector, requires empathy, attention-to-details and service skills.

First of all, amazing surprise with printed Ed Sheeran at the reception which brought smile to everyone who came for his concert. I loved a lot of plenty free stuff, like water, fruits, sweets that you can just grab whenever you want. Room was clean, spacious and nicely designed. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice and the most important it was until 12:00 on Sunday. Location is good when you go for the concert in Stadium as it is few bus stops away, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Free icecream in the lobby, shoe cleaner machine (kids loved this!), cute little rooftop gym and sauna, great buffet dinner and breakfast (very reasonably priced for the kids) and friendly staff. Rooms also very quiet, thanks to the two doors and good soundproofing. It was way better than I expected for our one night stop over and the kids now can’t wait to come back on our way home - especially as we’ve promised they can try the sauna this time.

Rooms have dull decor but we don’t really mind this!

Staff were very pleasant. Room from what I remember had everything you needed. Bed was comfy. In a quiet area so no problems with sleeping.

From memory, it was quite far from public transport - certainly for Hamburg. There's not that many local amenities either besides a cafe 10 minutes up the road, McDonald's or a nearby petrol station. Room was quite small from memory but no problems with the content of the room as previously mentioned. This review was completed a few months after the trip so might not quite be right regarding public transport.

Lovely friendly feel, lots of space to sit downstairs and relax. The rooms were light and airy with plenty of space. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful and hot. Good choice at breakfast with plenty of seating. Staff told us about the public bus routes and we used the transport system throughout our stay.

Bit of a mix up with our room but this was sorted and the staff worked very hard to do this.

Well maintained hotel in a lively area. Spacious parking space, clean room, good breakfast, super friendly staffs. Everything was just perfect. definitely will come back. One big positive different between this hotel compared to other is Firdha & Nikola, the front office staffs. Both serves us well, give suggestion of what to do, super friendly and kind. They deserve a raise :)

For 2 adults and 1 kid we got the largest room of all, very spacious, two showers, nice and clean with functional interior. Very good breakfast/ large variety.

Some negotiation was needed with the personnel who wanted to charge more for the stay then what booking.com had offered. Service was limited in the restaurant/bar in the evening.

Staff is really friendly, by the time we have arrived (around 1pm) the room was already avaiable (the offcial time is 3pm). Breakfasts are really great, I also like the idea of skipping cleanings with vouchers. Great initiative! The room was really spacious - we had a lot of space with an additional bed.

The online ckecking didn't work properly - the information was in the system, but the room I selected was not there, so, I've lost quite some time (the website was super-slow).

Breakfast was exceptional - catering for every taste and the produce was really good. You could even pick up things like extra milk and coffee for your room - should you run out. There were lots of hotel facilities and they were well thought through - even a shoe cleaner in the lobby. Staff were friendly and the prices really fair for what you get. We had been left stranded due to a flight cancellation and the staff were so supportive. We found a diamond... when we were left scrabbling around for a hotel.

The location is a little walk from the nearest metro - but not too far. About 10 mins.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean. There is a brewery just around the corner. Bus stops on the main road go directly into Hamburg, very easy to use and pretty quick.

Only complaint is the aircon controls did show a temp, just hotter/ colder
